She allowed my friends and I to try all the flavors they had to offer. She even shared she knowledge of the differnce between gelato and ice cream. Went out recently on a Saturday night with some friends, and was recommended to try this spot! Long story short, the gelato was amazing. The customer service was phenomenal! We were served by Sydney, and she was very patient and kind with us! She even took the time to explain each flavor and had us sample them all! They had a great array of choices to pick and try from, along with a cup or waffle cone which smelled amazing all through out the store. Haven't been to this location - so of course I had to make a stop lol! The location was super clean. We were greeted when we walked in, and the person helping us was super friendly. You know that you love Gelato when you have it two days in a row and at two different Bacio di Latte locations! Yep! I was craving gelato this evening and decided to pop into the Encino location. This location had the best crew working tonight!!! Sidney & Brandon were the best! I didn't get the name of the other taller gentlemen working there who helped me for the to go order. They were all so helpful, patient and very nice! The minute we walked in we were greeted with a "welcome" I already knew what flavors I was going to have. There's plenty of indoor seating and the store is so clean and bright. I'm such a fan of Bacio di Latte! This location is the closest to my house so it will become a regular hang out. I came here a couple of days ago during their free gelato day. I arrived right before the rush and there were only a few people in line in front of me. The line also moved quickly as the service was very prompt. Customers were given samples to try prior to ordering. There were two non dairy options, which were the raspberry and strawberry sorbettos and I was given both to try. I loved them both but instantly fell in love with the tartness of the raspberry which really complimented the sweetness of the sorbetto. I ordered that as my scoop and was given the option of a waffle cone or cup. Being the messy eater that I am, I chose the cup. The service was so friendly and helpful. I was able to find an open table to sit at. The chairs were so comfy and relaxing and the ambiance really made me feel like I had been transported to Italy. I really love their elegant decor. It was very clean inside too, so I felt safe eating my sorbetto there! I love how despite there being no dairy, the sorbetto was still rich and creamy! It was so refreshing on a hot day and such a treat! Parking was also very easy and free in the giant parking lot in the shopping center they're in. I will definitely return soon! read more

On their first day of opening, all the scoops were half off! We heard this was the best gelato in the US from the brother in law and we tried several flavors beforehand. Im truly sad to report that my last visit where I purchased 5 cones for my children and mother visiting from Australia was a truly bad experience. The 5 cones were underfilled by a large male employee and barely 2 teaspoons in each cone, 2 licks worth. My mother said what is this, a sample? I complained at register and was told if SHE had filled it she would have given us the correct fill. What! I stayed to watch many customes but they were all getting cups. I am so excited to talk about this new gelato place that opened up in Encino where we live. I did not grow up eating gelato and until a few years ago when I had it traveling to Italy on vacation I had never had it before. It was amazing in Italy. Looking to relive the experience we had in Florence and Rome has just come close trying many places throughout greater LA until now. We hit the bullseye. Bacio di Latte exceeded all my dreams of finding the best I ever tasted in Italy with their amazing flavors. I must add and this is for the owners, from the minute we walked in we were treated like family or good friends. Jason and DeMarq were extraordinary in every aspect of what you want when representing a great product. They were excited to share and laughed and had fun, just making the cares of the world go away with their joy and enthusiasm to share a delicious product. We had walked in one day not long ago, in a major hurry and had no time to order but they insisted to try some samples and then we had to leave. The pistachio, the coffee, and another with pretzels were off the chart. Then we were in Santa Monica tonight getting a massage when leaving we saw the name Bacio di Latte and knew we had run into another location. Mouth watering at the thought we passed going in because the experience we had going to the Encino location with the employees and drove immediately to Encino our home area hoping they were open at 9:30 and lo and behold they were. We then were told they open 11am to 11pm everyday. Exciting news. It was worth the wait to get home and we will tell all our friends and family what a remarkable brand you have created including hiring those that are present and full of respect and love in what they do.
