I have been using Back 2New BBQ for about 8 years. And the last 4 years the new owner Arthur has been providing the same excellent service that the previous owner gave and maybe a little bit better! So today it has been 4 years since the new owners of Back 2New BBQ have been cleaning our custom built in grill! The technician they sent out today, Nathaniel, is a virtual artist! I am amazed at how great my barbecue looks!! I have been going back-and-forth with the owner Art because I had a lot of change in my schedule. Art was so understanding and rescheduled every time (2x) and answered all my text messages plus answered all my calls and was very very responsive . Today both Jose and Hassan came to the house and set up to clean - they did an amazing job. Arrival time was between 10 and 12 and they arrived at 11 AM . And I felt terrible. It was almost 112° today and they worked for a good 2 1/2 hours in this hot sun. Thank you, Hassan - thank you Jose and thank you Art. I will definitely be recommending your company to friends and family. Also pricing will all depend on how filthy or clean and the size of your barbecue is - but for what I needed, it was $350! I would have recommended them as I used them before, and they did an excellent job. I still have the receipt from when they came before. I paid $200.00 but it was worth it. I called again, to have them clean it and was quoted a price that was more than double from the last time. They wanted $450.00 Are they using better products ? Doing something different ? They have new ownership, but the excellent service hasn't changed at all. They really do bring your grill "Back to new".
