I really hate to give a one-star review, especially since I did not have my grill cleaned by the new owner, Arturo, but I feel I must. About a month ago I sent a text to Back 2 New which was returned by Arturo. He texted "This is Arthur. I work with Fred at Back 2 New...." I then asked "Are you the new owner?" "Yes sir I am!" I wondered why he effectively lied saying he worked with Fred. I already knew Fred sold the business. That made me a bit concerned but I decided to move forward. After a phone call, we scheduled a cleaning for today. I texted a reminder that we have an appointment and gave him all the gate codes. Later, he responded with "Hey Rick, my apologies, sir. I did not have you on the schedule, and Fred is handling some health problems." My response was "You were the one the put me on the schedule. You bought the business from Fred (as Arturo told me last month) so why are you blaming his health issue for your screw up? I still was going to move forward until he quoted me anywhere from $50 to $225 more than Fred ever charged. Plus, he wanted $99 to replace a faulty valve and asked if I had a new one. I never had any issues with Fred who treated me as if I was his only customer. His service was wonderful. I am very disappointed that the new owner is clearly not honest. I won't use him and hope to find someone else soon. Or I'll clean it myself. Either way, it will be better than using someone that doesn't know how to treat customers. I miss Fred!!!! read more

My BBQ was in dire need of cleaning, and it was one of those things I just kept putting off. However, once the BBQ actually caught fire because of all the built up grease (and I had to use a fire extinguisher), it was clear I needed the help of a professional. After a Google search, I found Arthur. I contacted him, and he set up a time for a crew to come and clean the BBQ thoroughly. They were all incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Arthur gave me a quote in advance (which was quite reasonable), and he let me know how long it would take his crew to clean the BBQ. On the day of the cleaning, one of the crew members called me to let me know exactly when they would be at my house. When they arrived, we looked at the grill together to make sure the estimate I was given was accurate for the work that needed to be completed. He gave me a fair estimate (which is exactly what I ended up paying) and scheduled an appointment about a week out. The crew that came out was also very professional. Billy was the lead (apologies that I didn't get the name of his very polite assistant) and he not only did a great job but also gave me feedback on the state of the grill and gave me advice on some issues I asked about. But, most importantly, they made my grill look like new! Truth in advertising! I'm attaching a before and after photo, but I don't think the picture shows just how good it looks. I scheduled a cleaning of my barbecue. The workers arrived and were eager to do a great job. But when they were done I was not satisfied with how my barbecue looked. Worker contacted owner immediately and owner immediately called me and I told him barbecue was still not cleaned to my expectations. He immediately came to my home. He agreed that barbecue could be cleaner. So Arthur the owner went to his truck grabbed some cleaning products and began working on the grill. He was able to remove much more of the grime to my satisfaction. He said that this was something he would share with his workers and would make sure the cleaning went well for all his customers I give this company 5 stars and 5 stars to the owner who could not have been more respectful, professional or helpful. I've been seeing their truck in my neighborhood for quite sometime. I finally gave them a call to request their services. They were kind and friendly on the phone which was a great start. By the time they came around to cleaning my bbq, which was about a month later because they are busy and in high demand, it was finally my turn. I use my bbq very often, several times a week.
