Ate there last night with my daughter, found a long hair in my steak. Not just a long hair, that is bad enough. But it was wrapped around the steak like a piece of bacon. Manager took the meal off my bill. Asked if I wanted something else, I asked for chili. I could not bring myself to eat the chili, kept thinking I was eating hair. My daughter ordered fish and chips and after I found the hair she was not able to eat the rest of her meal. We took both home and tossed them. Very Disappointed. #1 We made a reservation, specifically to sit by the Singo event they have every Wednesday. We were all getting off work and were running late. We had called to let them know we were still coming, the girl on the phone said that was fine, they would hold it for 15 minutes. We got there 10 minutes late and they gave our table to someone else, that did not have a reservation, right in front of us. Hostess was yelling at another server while we were trying to get seated. #2 My husband got his beer and there was lipstick all over the glass. #3 I ordered the Taco Salad. The meat was cold, the cheese had melted but was cold and the lettuce was wilted. Not good. #4 my Husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that had pesto sauce on it that w as so cold, if seemed like it just came out of the freezer. The ONLY the redeeming was the Singo guy was pleasant. We will find another place from now on- we used to come every Wednesday. Oh well. read more

One of the very nicest! We live close by & very happy we can go each month without driving miles. Always incredible food, but the service was exceptional on this Wednesday night. I was greeted by a lovely server named Gianna who was very helpful directing me towards the bar. There was a large, fun crowd there this night playing "Singo", a music version of Bingo. I bellied up to the bar and was greeted by a very pleasant bartender named Heather. It was clear she was something special in her heyday. She suggested a fantastic sandwich (Philly cheesesteak) and a delicious smoked old fashioned. Love this place! I went last night with a couple friends. The staff was great and the food was good. I ordered the fish tacos because I saw good reviews about them and I love a good fish taco. They did not disappoint. One of my friends also got the fish tacos and the other got the Get Lei'd burger, but got it with chicken. It looked pretty good and I was slightly jealous. She ate the whole thing, so I's assume that was good too. One thing that was disappointing was the cost of my soda, $4 is a bit much, a beer was only $1 more. The service was the best! Every one who spoke to us was kind and attentive. One small oversight on our order, which wasn't a big deal, was noticed by the server when he checked on us. That was impressive. Good job Will! Then the manager offered to have the order remade, seriously wasn't that big of a deal, but very appreciative of the offer. Great lunch. Came for a birthday lunch with the wife. Ordered the Yellowstone burger, which was on a recommendation from the waitress Taylor who is phenomenal! I was actually waffling between Yellowstone burger & the That's my jam. Settled on the Yellowstone. Had that with the sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked perfect, fries were awesome.I was very happy along with a couple of tap beers which would be from lost Coast brewing Company, the tangerine wheat, which is a favorite of mine, but especially when they're on tap! Wife had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, along with fries which she really enjoyed. It was hotter than she thought it would be, but she really likes some heat in there, so she was good with it! Along with a couple of List coast, tangerine wheat beers on tap and she was happy! Taylor was great checking on us, just enough, but not too much, along with occasional storytelling. I found her very entertaining, good waitress! I also liked the misters. The wife said she that she wanted to sit outside on the patio, I was concerned about that. But they had these big umbrellas along with these misters. They kept the heat out, and the misters were up high and , some mist swirled around to cool you off while sitting outside in the heat. Thr wife was OK but she generally runs hot a little too easily. She was fine though and we enjoyed the whole Experience! Five stars, they have phenomenal burgers, great service we will definitely be back I'll bring my two 20 something kids, which they will enjoy it and you will too! I will say this they have an excellent menu, and I noticed some of the other waitresses besides Taylor. Dined at Backroads Burgers today. Had the reuben rolls appetizer-which was excellent as usual. Also had a medium well cheeseburger, and my partner had a bourbon burger, the burgers were delicious. Our server Cooper was a bit unfriendly and abrasive initially hopefully because he is new. Like dining here and hope Cooper gets better with his ability to be a friendly server. Just a note that all of my experiences here have been great. Would like to give 5 stars but the service was not good today. read more

Burgers were good and prices were reasonable on the Wednesday i went they had any burger for $11 with the exception of a couple of the bigger ones. They had a wide variety of burgers to choose from. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and drinks were tasty. read more

We found this place on Yelp! Great find! We started with the Angry Shrimp. These are breaded, fried, then tossed in hot sauce. Spicy, but good flavor. Would get these again. For lunch he got a Cobb Salad with grilled buffalo chicken and I got the Bourbon Barrel Burger on a pretzel bun. He said the salad was really good and the burger was freakin' amazing. I live right down the street and it's our go to Sunday spot! The food here is very good and we love the bloody Mary's! Every-time we have gone, we have had great service with each waitress. We never have to sit there waiting to order or asking for more water, they are on top of it! And not to the point where it's too much. The people there are all so nice and welcoming.
