I have been excited to try this place for awhile since we live just down the street and finally had the chance today. It's right off Harmony just East of I-25 in beautiful Timnath. Super nice employee running the front and place was nice and clean. I got the BLTA sandwich with a side of waffle fries. The fries were cooked to perfection and have a great seasoning. The BLTA was very tasty and had a great breading on the chicken with a yummy sauce. I look forward to hitting this place up again! read more

This is a terrific place for three reasons: 1. Service is friendly and fast. 2. Food is delicious. 3. Prices are reasonable. But also I have to give them above and beyond because today there was a problem with my order, and they quickly made it right, adjusted the bill, and did it in a friendly manner. Great donuts! I think the product is amazing. They are missing it a bit though. We came in hopeful for a similar find as Denver Biscuit Co in Denver and Maple Street Biscuit CO in Jacksonville, FL. We were disappointed to find they didn't offer chicken until 11 am. They should be doing unique chicken biscuit sandwiches all day! They would kill it with the donuts. The fact that we came at 9 am on a Saturday and it was empty concerns me. It makes me sad because they have some of the yummiest donuts we have had. We really wanted chicken with donuts and the name is misleading. Look up the chicken biscuit trend in the south and make it Colorado. It would be amazing!! The decor and thought behind all the decorations and design is amazing. Just think it needs a business tweak to kill it. read more

This place is so delish! Came here originally for the Soda water on tap and yummy donuts and then today had a spicy chicken sandwich on gluten free bread and my hubby had the Chicken Cobb Salad. After enjoying their food truck over the last year or two, I was thrilled they got a permanent location, very close to home and with a patio! I love the pig pen- the bacon jam is so good. I love the Nashville hot too. I like the variety of sides; the waffle fries are my fav! Don't skip the biscuits either. They have house made purple lemonade that is delish. Just so many things you can't get any where else. I've been 2x in the first week...Is it running at perfection, no. I would never expect that from anywhere, let alone a BRAND NEW restaurant. It is however unique, delicious, FRESH and I can see how hard they are working to feed our faces. I love it and I'm glad they are in Timnath! I am updating my review which was previously five stars. This morning I arrived at 7:50 and entered this business. There were two other customers inside. A gentleman informed us that they would be open in about 10 minutes. The hours posted in the door state 6:30 am on Fridays. However I had noticed that the painted wood sign inside the business said "closed". But lets face it businesses forget to turn those around frequently. And the door was not locked! The other two parties and I stood waiting...no problem. But then a woman appeared and said "We don't actually open until 8:00. The updated hours are posted on the door." And in fact they were on a piece of paper taped up to the side. If you are going to update your hours to open an hour and a half later than advertised then maybe at least keep the front door locked. I would have been fine with waiting 10 min. I'm pretty sure the other two customers would have as well since that's what we were already doing. But the bluntness of this woman's comment, no kindness, no apology, no "I'm so sorry but we've updated our hours and it will be about 10 more minutes...thanks for your patience." What's so hard about that? But clearly it was received as her wishing we weren't standing there. And clearly it wasn't just me who was offended because the other two parties immediately turned and left the business. As did I. Disappointing to say the least. Poor decision on handling customers. You no longer deserve five starts. read more

In town from NY and always try to eat at non chain restaurants. I was getting hangry and found this place. Was perfect as it's close to the highway. We had the grilled rancher sandwich and it was out of this world. The chicken was so juicy and bursting with flavor. Thank goodness we were also there on the weekend so we got to try a donut. This place was my favorite place to go to when it was a food truck. I'd go to the food truck festival just to get some sandwiches here. Had some issues with my first order but owner reached out to me very fast, which is amazing. Haven't tried the donuts, but by far the best chicken sandwich in town. Excellent food and service! The Nashville and BLTA are really good and the roasted brussel sprouts are amazing. Wash it down with a cold beer or lemonade and you are all set. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. It's a great respite in a sea of nearby fast food restaurants. Oh! and the donuts are pretty dang good as well! read more

This was the first time I have gone to this restaurant and I was not at all impressed. The chicken was very dry and over cooked and tasted very old. The mac and cheese had a very strange taste to it and I did not care for it at all. The cinnamon doughnut was terrific. Wow! Amazing fresh and locally sourced food. On a recommendation from the server, I had the mashed potatoes with bacon gravy - and I'm so glad she did because they were out of this world amazing. The waffle fries were crisp, fresh and served with a flavorful aioli. Finally, the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich was delicious - not too spicy and the fried chicken was crisp and moist. First time trying out this local restaurant. Overall pretty disappointed with the meal. Ordered a family meal with mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, and 2 donuts. The chicken is 5/5, donuts were 3/5, mashed potatoes 2/5, and the Mac n cheese and biscuits are nearly inedible. Mac n cheese tastes like just noodles, no cheese or flavor at all. Biscuits were over cooked and scorched on the bottom. Mashed potatoes were saved with a bit of salt and pepper but overall not great. The fries chicken was some of best I've had in Colorado though. I bet the chicken sandwiches are were it's at here. Will give it a second chance, but first impression is not great at all. read more

You can get better donuts at Mr. Yos or the grocery store and in my opinion they are over priced.

Absolutely horrible. The grease was dripping off the sandwich and the bread was soaked in grease. The brussel sprouts also had a pool of grease in the bottom of the container and the bacon was slimy. Waffle fries were average also greasy but not nearly as bad as the sandwiches. $30 for two sandwiches small brussel sprouts and small waffle fries all thrown in the trash. read more
