The regular size is huge! I probably could have shared this with 2 others but this is a great problem to have. I found the acai to be super fresh and delicious. The avo + egg was a pretty underwhelming: there was a single greasy fried egg atop a small avocado spread toast. the egg slipped all over the place, the toast part lacked flavor, and I must say it was one of the lower end avo toasts I have had. In their defense, avocado toast is not what they are known for and so I don't expect it to be the best thing in the shop to be toast...regardless I wouldn't order it again!
