I have rarely been as impressed with a business as I was with these guys. Fantastic sales experience. The guy sat patiently with us going through the changes, giving us sound advice, no pressured upsales. Honest as the day is long. Someone you would feel completely comfortable with sending your mom to if she were buying a storage shed. We designed the shed, then we were promised a delivery date that they actually over delivered on getting it to us 2 weeks early, and that's amazing in todays Covid world. The delivery experience was just as fantastic. The guy maneuvered the building into a tight space that I never dreamed possible and would not leave until he was able to get everything solidly leveled, the doors squared tight and ensured that I was completely satisfied. For starters it was a great experience the sales man (Sam) showed us several different buildings and we settled on one. This was on Friday 10/18/24. He said that it would be delivered on Monday 10/21 and the driver would call me that morning to confirm the schedule. Well Monday there wasn't any phone call, so on Tuesday I called the salesman and told me that the driver called and left me a msg and also sent me several texts, and I never called back and texted him back. I told him that I never got a phone call or text or msg. He gave me the driver number and I called him (Tyler) he informed me that I was on the schedule for Tuesday at 4:30pm. I agreed.. Well at 5:30 I called the driver no answer, so then I called the salesman he informed me that it'll be delivered Wednesday 10/23 and he'll have the driver call me the next morning. Well Wednesday at 12:30pm I called the salesman and he'd told me to call the driver to schedule. So I called the driver and he'd told me that he'll deliver it between 4:30 and 5:30 that evening. We'll 6:30 the driver calls me me to reschedule for Thursday at 8am, I told him to make it at 9:30am he agreed. At 10:30 I call the salesman back, he informs me that he can't do anything about this problem and I'll have to deal with the driver and that the driver hasn't made it to the lot to pick up the building yet, but he'll be there shortly, and that the driver told him that the appointment was between 9:30-10:30 At 11:30 I call the salesman back again. The driver just left the lot. I inform him of all the problems that we've had and I told him that he can call the driver and cancel my order and refund me and I'll go and purchase from someone else, he tried to say that it takes a long time to deliver these units, I informed him that I only live 4 miles away and either case with all the broken appointments that the driver has done that this is reflection on his business. If you want to deal with people who make advertising a "bait and switch" art form, & would rather spend vast amounts of time admonishing you for not reading the small print closer, these are the Smart Aholes for you. All I asked was what size?.... Instead of 8x10 they sent a Smart A.. monologue of how I should have read the 25 lines of fine print on their FB add. and still never said 8 x 10. See their add showed pictures of what was most likely a 12 x 16 with a price of $1972 in the title but they called me an As. for asking a question? Glad we have choices of lots of other places. I will definitely buy elsewhere. read more
