    Upside down pie
    Roxanne O.

Super close to home but I never knew it existed. We ordered an upside down pie, a zucchini/artichoke/olive pie and 6 wings. Everything is quite pricey. The wings are $9 for 6 and so salty. But fried well. The pies were both so hard and chewy and dense. Everyone got quite a jaw workout. The upside down pie was super salty and the cheese was congealed. The redeeming pie was the vegetable one, which was supported by the hard crust, otherwise the plethora of vegetables would have gotten the pie soggy. I wasn't expecting it to be a white pie, but it was the only one that was somewhat good.

We were incredibly disappointed by our order. For almost $30, the food was not worth. The pizza was so dry that we barely ate some of it and the wings and pizza were so salty that it didn't taste good. The chicken was so cardboard it felt 2 weeks old, on the overly dried out slices. If server wasn't busy chatting, the outcome might be better.

I think a 1 star review is a little harsh. Maybe I was in a bad mood the first time I tried it. This is more of a 3 star spot because everything is overwhelmingly salty. The grandma slice has good flavor and the crust is good but it is so darn salty. The pasta fagioli is salty too and not my favorite. They need to sort that out because it is difficult to reorder when it tastes like that. It is not a 1 star spot but they have to button that up. Good value for the price though. Straightforward suburban pizza spot.

Another one of the infinite pizza joints in NJ. I opted for the Chicken Parmigiana entree. It came with a salad that was oddly warm...obviously not refrigerated for hours. The meal itself was decent but I found the tomato sauce to be a little sweet (just a personal preference to have it not so much). At $29 for that and a chicken parm sandwich seemed a little high, but with bread and a side of penne, understandable.

Vodka slice. A slice a heaven. Crispy crust, delicious sauce, fresh mozzarella.. i added crushed basil and white pepper.

Baco's Pizza offers delicious gourmet pizzas, hot and cold Italian sandwiches and of course dinner entrées. My family and I have been going there for years and we really like the food. Let's start with the pizza. They offer a large selection of gourmet pizzas loaded with toppings. I have tried many and have always enjoyed them. Highly recommended. My wife really likes the salads. Her favorite is the Capri Salad. It has roasted peppers, roasted eggplant, mozzarella cheese and chicken with balsamic vinaigrette. It comes with iceberg lettuce but you can request romaine. Their salad potions are generous. I like the hot sandwiches. I think their Chicken Parmesan and Meatball Parmesan are the best in the Freehold area. Today I tried a Gusto hot sandwich which comes with grilled chicken, spinach and provolone. I had it on a wheat roll. Delicious! They have a large very comfortable dining area. You can always get a table even during the busy times. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

My family really enjoys eating at Baco's. We are always greeted by the friendly staff upon entering. We place our order, sit down in the large spacious dining room and our fresh food is brought out to us. We have always enjoyed whatever we may order. We especially enjoyed our most recent order, a broccoli pie! It was delicious, with a nice crisp, perfect amount of cheese and broccoli. We definitely recommend Baco's!

My favorite pizza place Have to go wherever in the area or sometimes just because I love their pizza The owner is a great guy too

Grown-up Tuna sandwich, which is minced raw ahi tuna with soy sriracha mayo and pickles on egg bread roll. This was the best tuna salad ever created and produced! This is basically tuna poke on a sandwich and we all loved it. We were upset when we were done! Should've ordered two. LOL. Seared tuna salad, which is seared tuna with pickled carrot, red onion and wasabi vinaigrette. We thought it was pretty good. The tuna was seared nicely. Hubs think they should have a lightly seared tuna sandwich, too! LOL Chicken salad sandwich, which is chicken salad on egg bread roll. Hubs said that this was good, too. Their rolls are really soft here. I asked if we could buy another roll but was told that we have to order another sandwich. The owner makes enough rolls for his sandwiches. We also ordered soup but forgot the name of it. I think it was carrot ginger and it wasn't bad. The owner was giving us little samples of all his soups, as soon as we walked in. Service was really friendly and patient. Will definitely return to try that tuna salad sandwich again!

The ordering system in the store is a little unorganized, but par for the course with any good deli. You wait in a semi-organized group of people until a guy behind the counter calls next. Then you pay when your order is ready. We ordered a classic italian sub, a chicken vodka parm with broccoli raab, and a philly cheesesteak eggroll. On a relatively empty wednesday it took us about 20 minutes to place our order, and another 10-15 minutes until we paid and were out the door. This is not a quick pit stop place. The sandwiches are huge, but also pricey at ~$20-30 each for a half size. The cutlets on the chicken vodka parm were way too thick. Almost an inch thick! I prefer many thin cutlets. I don't even think they are sliced and pounded thin. The italian was decent but didn't blow us away. Eggroll was probably the best thing we tried. I don't think we'd go out of our way to come back.

Along this highway in Farmingdale, you will find an Italian deli that serves quality ingredients. I…read moreonly went there to support local businesses, and I will say that I do not regret it. Brand: 5/5 Tenth and Willow is an Italian-themed deli located in Colts Neck Plaza in Farmingdale. The logo has the Italian flag emblazoned in the background. The solid aesthetics on the website of the sparkles and shining rays perfectly represent the brand. When it comes to the interior, I will say that they deliver on all they promise, for you will find many Italian food and ingredients throughout the establishment. Website: 5/5 It brings you immediately to an image of a sandwich, which makes a good first impression on anyone coming to the site. Scrolling down, you encounter the backstory and the menu with many selections from beverages to wraps to heroes. You will find at the bottom a regularly updated blog section filled with fun facts of Tenth and Willow. Wait Time: 5/5 I experienced no delay or disruptions during the time I waited for my order. Ambiance: 4/5 The establishment housed plenty of Manhattan Specials of varying flavors throughout the aisles. You will also find plenty of cookies and treats upon racks, including meats and cheese hidden behind large glass counters. The aisles and the space between them and the deli did feel cramped with no tables or seats available. Food: 5/5 I ordered the Maple Ham Hero, which considers maple ham, fontana cheese, lettuce, tomato, and balsamic glaze. The maple ham had a sweet taste, as expected, which complements well with the sharp fontana cheese and the lettuce. The balsamic glaze had its own strong taste. The bread held well and had a decent amount of crunch, without becoming stale. Everything in the hero stayed in place while it also had a rich, thick taste. Service: 5/5 The staff managed to get my order without any issues. Worth The Money?: 4/5 The selection of meals, such as heroes, definitely reflect the brand of Tenth and Willow as an Italian market-and-deli. While I did not have a problem waiting, it did feel cumbersome in a cramped area for my order. Nevertheless, the ambiance of exploring around the establishment did not have an issue with me, especially as I got to see the delicacies from the cookies to the marzipan. As for the Maple Ham Hero, the appropriate wait time matched the quality of the food. The organization of the food shows that the staff care about their ingredients. They make it clear on their website that most of their partners provided locally sourced ingredients. If that is true, then this establishment deserves more attention, and I can see how Italian restaurants would rely on this deli for their ingredients. While the website does not scroll down with silky speed, it does provide a sense of welcoming ambiance with its deep, green color. I will say ultimately that the price of the Maple Ham Hero and the experience going to Tenth and Willow was worth it. Rating: 5/5 Stars I have hope that Tenth and Willow will continue to have relevance in Farmingdale, and among those who prioritize Italian cuisine and ingredients. Recommend To... Anyone just starting an Italian restaurant and is looking for key ingredients, since you would be supporting local producers while propping up your local business, thus creating a network of local businesses that help the community through the local multiplier effect. I also recommend to anyone looking to add more to their Italian-inspired cuisine and need suggestions about which meats, cheese, or spices to use. If you like Manhattan Special, then I would also recommend this establishment to you.
