Pizza is worth traveling for. Delicious, thin, crisp undercarriage with perfect balance of cheese and sauce. Not greasy at all. Great pie.

I have been coming here for years and most recently I ordered a sq pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. To my surprise the meatballs were so tiny. Where's the beef. Like other reviews, it was $52. Disappointed.

Ordered a large pie. Easy fast ordering. Picked it up in 15 minutes. Ample parking. Pie was good, could use a little more flavor. Clean establishment

I always order a medium pepperoni pizza. Decided to try something different. I went with the white pizza with broccoli. AMAZING! Loved it!

Great NJ pizza place, definitely in my top 5 for NJ. Try the Brooklyn style Sicilian - like Spinoni Gardens. Thin crust is great as well.

Worst margarita pizza, we won't be back. Go to New Corner in Red Bank for excellent pizza.

Yucky might as well go to Pizza Hut or dominoes. Doughy and crunchy at the same time.

Best pizza in Monmouth. I haven't had a bad dish ever! Portnoy hit it on the spot. Carryout can be a bit tough because of how busy it is

Wrong appetizer delivered, setting back the dining experience 15 minutes. When the sausage and beans finally did arrived, we wished we had opted for the incorrect alternative initially delivered. Beans and sauce were very good, but the sweet sausage was dry, as if it spent the afternoon sunning under a heat lamp. Special tagliatelle was overcooked and the guanciale was crisped to the point of uncomfortable crunch. Risotto was the highlight, tasty and well prepared. Patio seating is very uncomfortable and reminiscent of the scene in Animal House where the Delta bros, in this case hostess, did a weed out on sight, separating those they connect with and sending the rest to the patio hinterland. Policy states inside seating is first come, first accommodated, but parties were clearly being seated in the patio despite suitable tables for the party size being available in the main dining room. Mediocre food led us to the decision to pass on desert. If your looking for elevated Italian, Anjelicas or Tramas are far superior choices. Dusals in Freehold is a better alternative for pasta and red sauce standards. Food level does not support the attitude of this establishment.

The sauce was a tad too sweet for me. Lastly we had the pan seared chicken. I absolutely loved it it was hot for my wife lol, but again cooked to perfection. I loved the service and the food. We will be back again for pizza but will try the pasta. Was pleasantly surprised

Unfortunately, the food and service didn't live up to the atmosphere. Things started off rocky when our kid's meal came out first, only for the staff to realize they had completely forgotten about the rest of our order. When our food finally arrived, it felt rushed--and it showed. The garlic knots seemed reheated, undercooked in the middle, overloaded with basil, and lacking that punch of garlic and parm they needed. The pizza had potential: the cheese was quality, the dough was nice and thin, but both were underbaked. No crisp, , no texture, no finish--just doughy. The sauce was fine, but leaned too sweet for my taste. What made it more frustrating was the lack of attention. The restaurant wasn't even busy... just one other table and a few takeout orders - yet service still felt scattered, and the food came out like an afterthought. Would I give them another shot? Honestly, yes. Those square pizzas in the window still have my curiosity, and I'd like to see this place step up its game. For now though, it's more of a "great vibes, disappointing execution" kind of spot.

Arrived a little past our scheduled 12:00, but maybe they only open noon on a Saturday so I won't ding them for that. Visual assessment: salads very light on cheese, meatballs look meaty, this may be Trenton style pizza? Doesn't look NY or Shore style. Taste: Nice thin crust, great sauce, amazing flavor on the sausage tomato pie. Great cheese ratio in the white pie, and a nice touch of cooked onions. So with the salad underwhelming, the final judgment on stars is down to.... the meatball. And what do we say? Typing in real time as I bite in: We have a winner. The sauce makes this one shine, but it's a nice size and comes with some sauce-soaked bread for kicks. Verdict: If this is your daily workplace, make Corbo a regular stop. If you're like me and just here to visit... you won't go wrong by choosing Corbo.
