At first we loved coming to the coffee shop understanding everyone is new but all the drinks are tasting the same. The whip cream is never offered and our sandwich's took 30-40 min to make in which they still came out cold. The baristas and cashiers need a little more customer service training. If I could give more stars, I would. It was my first time coming in and I wasn't sure what I wanted. The girl behind the counter asked what I usually get at other coffee places and suggested a few drinks. I looked over the rest of the menu, narrowing it down to 3. I went with what she suggested in the first place, a Caramel Wave. YOU GUYS! This is one of the best blended drinks I've ever had. It was delicious. Not too strong of a coffee flavor which is perfect for me but also, not being too sweet either! Perfect balance. You know when you have a blended drink and you're 1/2 way through and now there's no flavor and it's just ice? You don't get that here. It was perfect. I definitely will be going back!! Also wanted to add how friendly the staff is. I believe the gentleman working was the owner. It's like you were talking to someone you've known for years. read more

I love this coffee shop! They have great strawberry lemonades; red bull watermelon slushees; hot coffee; and iced coffee. Its sad that some of the bad ratings from people are because some employees weren't wearing a mask, but people don't know if said employees have a medical exemption (explained in the Ca. Gov. I love that I have a coffee place right up the street from me now. Employees are all very friendly and always make the coffees quick. Love the atmosphere inside, but the only thing I had a problem with was I was excited to try the Monkey Mocha and I was a little disappointed because I thought i would taste more banana in it. In reality, it just tasted like a regular iced coffee. I will tell other people to at least try this place. It's a nice change from Starbucks. read more

So I had the Haoles Revenge coffee it's a white chocolate and tiramisu flavored syrup. It's actually pretty good! The interior is rather bleek could use some morE decor, However it's true to its brand with Hawaiian esthetic! It could also use some more help in the front during the morning rush. We came in at 9:00 am and it started picking up quickly after we ordered our food and coffee beverages. The food took awhile to get out to us approximately 10-15 min. They where busy soo we weRe understanding! We got the breakfast sandwiches on a croissant bread with egg, cheese, and bacon. The bread was huge and it felt like I had more bread than actual ingredients. There was only one piece of bacon and it was tiny. The cheese wasn't melted. It could have used some sort of sauce or anything to make it less dry. When we got it served, it was served in a Togo foam container to our table not fully hot. Sad. However I still ate it lol. I was hungry. Not a huge fan of the restroom it looks like a hospital restroom with paint. Be a little more creative. Redesign it. Over all it could use some work considering it is new. I saw just get a interior designer and spice it up! The counter is nice so incorporate that throughout the store! Loved the flavor of the coffee and really happy they had almond milk! read more
