First time there. Food was great but service not good and ultimately that makes or breaks an experience. Order messed ups, non-attentive wait staff many who appeared to do everything they could to avoid tables. A table was blessed with great service because they were friends with wait staff :(. This was not an issue with just our table and patrons were sharing complaints among other tables. Better customer service training with staff I think is needed. Order mess ups was wait staff not kitchen. if you are not going to write down order, you need to LISTEN carefully to order. She did not seem engaged... or happy for that matter. To end as I started, food was excellent but not sure whole experience is enough to have me go back as many other burger joints with great food & service. read more

I have been to Bad Daddy's before while traveling for work, and again at the Roswell location. I was thrilled that they were opening one up so close to my house. They have burgers ranging from veggie to chicken to traditional beef. A ton of toppings, great staff and good drinks. What's not to like? read more

We stopped by Bad Daddy's today for dinner and our dinner got delayed. I don't typically give a good review when we have an issue but I was surprised when the manager came out to speak with us. We hadn't complained at all and this manager came out and genuinely apologized and offered to discount our meal. It's not often I am impressed with customer service anymore but definitely was today. I NEVER write or leave bad reviews, because I know everyone makes mistakes, or has a bad day.. I work in the service industry so I have a soft spot for customer service. HOWEVER, This is the 3rd time in a row that I've had to wait over 25min to get my to-go order. Seriously, I place it online. Give them ample time to make it, show up a few minutes after the time the email states, and yet I have to wait for 25+ minutes.. the bartenders have attitudes when I nicely tell them my name for my order. They don't apologize for the wait, or offer a free drink, this is on the house etc... no manager even came out... they now have sign on the curbside door that states "ALL PICKUPS COME TO BAR". Short staffed maybe? Who knows... When I finally received my food it wasn't even hot, like it was sitting somewhere and got lost.. WTH? On a positive side, the food here is fantastic when you get it, but there customer service sucks! read more

My husband and I love going to Bad Daddy's burger bar in NC and were excited to be able to take my son and our grandchildren to a local one. We went early to beat the crowd and very few customers were in the restaurant when we arrived. I think only 5 tables. We were seated after a 5-minute wait, but then the customer service went downhill. After 35 minutes with no waitress, we had to get up and ask for service. It appeared that the staff argued as to who had to wait on us. Meanwhile, more than 9 tables had entered, gotten their drinks and their food. I would think a table of 6 would be hard to overlook. Food was not as good as we are used to receiving from other Bad Daddy restaurants. Sadly, it was not the "oh Wow what a great place" that we wanted to share with our son and his family. read more

There were black burnt meat in my dads philly, all of our food was cold, and they didn't even bag up my 8yr olds meal. Also it's almost impossible to get an employee to pick up the phone. Popped in here when the wait next door was 90min. Very impressed by the menu; lots of options & easy to customize your burger. The fresh squeezed lemonades were delicious! But the service was SLOW...and this was when they just opened and only had a few customers inside. And my burger was ok...but the bun was cold, as if it had just been defrosted. Ordered an UBER order to pick up. It was ready on time and when we went in to grab it we noticed the 2 lemonades we got were in kids cups. A $3 lemonade in a kids cup. We were also missing our deviled eggs. We told the lady at the bar and she demanded we give back the lemonades so she could switch the size. She was rude saying she read it was "kids sized." We showed her the receipt and she said she didn't want to see it. When we brought up the missing deviled eggs, the lady at the bar practically threw them at us. She was so rude that we will not be returning to this location. The food was okay except for the philly that had everything on top of each other in one location and not spread out. We waited over an hour for our food. When we did get our food, one burger had a hair in it. The other burger was suppose to be cooked medium and was very very rare. The French fries were cold and not fully cooked. First time I went there wait for food was very long also. Thought I would give them another chance. I write this with much sadness. The food here is so good but the service. The servers are very sweet people but do not have a good understanding of customer service. Every time we've come it has been mid day, weekend, weekdays. The first 2 times my boyfriend and I ate here they got both of our orders wrong. The following 2 time we can here no one came to seat us. We waited about 8 minutes each time and again my boyfriends food was wrong. The time we came today no one sat us. It took 15 minutes for a server to come to our table after trying to flag them down. After being given menus it took about 15 minutes to order and get our drinks. Our refills took a reminder to receive. The alcohol is all cheapy stuff too. I wish this place was better. Tonight was our second visit. We sat down and we were given waters and submitted our drink and food orders. After 10-15 minutes, our waiter came back and asked what my drink was. I then waited another 20-30 minutes for the food to come out. The food beat the drinks. The food was Luke warm and mediocre, but the drinks were good once they arrived. Overall we were at the restaurant for over an hour for two warmish burgers and two drinks and the place was not busy at all. This place easily lost money tonight as the drinks came out so slow. Not to mention, there were a bunch of employees (maybe upper management) standing around. I understand that places are short staffed and I'm empathetic to the waiters and restaurants, but they had people (managers) going around changing the tv channels. If the waiters are struggling I'd expect the managers to jump in and help out, rather than standing around. Our waiter completely avoided our table and only came back to give us our check. We almost walked out after 30 minutes. Just an annoying experience and I'm unlikely to come here again read more

We asked for one of the TVs to be changed to football since 4 of them were on a top 25 countdown for wrestling and it was Sunday. W were l told it could happen but it would be a while. Wait on this one! Newly opened and still clearly struggling. Server offered strawberry lemonade, then comes back saying they are out of strawberry. Husband orders a strawberry shake. (Literally 1/4 of the menu are shakes.) Server comes back saying they are out of ice cream. Asked for app plates- never came. Watching the Braves game and seated at a table that can only see 1 TV outside the bar- server changes the channel without asking if anyone is watching. Having to watch it on our phone in a sports bar atmosphere is hilarious! No manager in sight. Cocktails are good, but certainly not going to rush to come back here for a while! read more

First time experience for us, and it was great! Our server Keslynn was outstanding. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and answered questions. Her attitude and personality made the dinner a pleasure. Nachos, burgers, fries, tots, and onion rings were great. Nice location and bartender, Cassie, was very friendly. I ordered a build a burger with cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Food took an incredibly long time to come out - people who ordered after me got their food before me. When food finally came, the plate was extremely hot - like was it tossed into a microwave? The mayo had separated, and the mustard looked hardened. I asked the bartender if that is how it should look, as I've never seen anything like it. She said yes and then later offered to replace the top bun. I declined so as not to cause an issue but was very unsure about eating it. I went ahead and took a bite and could not taste the mayo or mustard. Tomato was so smashed into the burger that I almost missed the onion that was smashed underneath it. It took 20 minutes for our waiter to come take our drink order while the table behind us came in after and got drinks pretty fast. The food was ok nothing special.
