First off, this is in a gas station. That was strike 1 for me. I know people love Royal Farm's chicken, and i'm not a fan. So when i realized it was part of a gas station, i was apprehensive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that this chicken was quite good. Is it the best. No, but its up there. When you combine the fact that a 3 piece meal with a side and biscuit is just 10 bucks, then value-wise, its way up there. I found the chicken to be fresh. There was a definite crunch that seems to be missing from a lot of fried chicken. The batter is not overly seasoned and you get the natural chicken taste. The main thing is that because its a gas station, there isn't anywhere for you to eat it fresh. I only ate it because i wanted to try it fresh, but when you have to take it home, or elsewhere to eat, time is of the essence as the quality will drop pretty quickly the longer you have to go.
