At no point did they attempt to de-escalate the situation or provide respectful customer service. They completely messed up my order and insisted the wings were "well done" when they clearly were not. When I asked for them to be re-made, they said it would take another 30 minutes and responded with attitude and profanity. The interaction felt hostile and very unprofessional. When I asked for their names so I could follow up with management, they refused and said they weren't "allowed" to give them out. That response alone speaks volumes about the lack of accountability from these individuals. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed seriously, including speaking with the staff on duty during my visit. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed. I will be filing a complaint with management. I hope ownership takes this seriously because this is not the level of service regular customers should experience.
