Came here again after a while, and the service has definitely improved a lot. My friend and I got seated immediately, and the server brought us water right away and took our order shortly after. The inside is nice and spacious, with a lot of seating options available and a bar area as well. The bar area had some entertainment playing on the TV, but there was music playing in the background as well. Although I have gotten their seafood bags and enjoy them a ton, I opted out of getting one this time and instead went for a Shrimp Po Boy Roll and Garlic Noodles. The food was delivered on a cute robot machine that is always a joy to watch. Shrimp Po Boy Roll - Really good. The shrimp is super crispy on the outside and works well with the vegetables and sauce. It also comes with a side of fries, which I chose to upgrade to cajun fries for $1. The fries are sooo good. A bit light on the seasoning, but the texture is definitely one of the best I've ever had. Garlic Noodles - Absolutely delicious. The noodles are perfectly coated with garlic and also topped with some garlic bits that give it a slightly sweet flavor. It can get oily at the bottom, but it's nothing a little mixing around can't do; that way the oil will evenly disperse around the noodles at least. And the great part about this is that you get a generous amount of noodles for only $7.95! You can't beat that. My friend got a Combo #2 seafood bag with Atomic Sauce and a little bit spiciness, and she enjoyed it a lot! It's convenient that there is a piece of wax/parchment paper laid out on the entirety of the table since the bags tend to get messy and can be easily discarded when the table gets cleaned up. The service was great as well. Our server kept checking in on us, asking us how the food was and if there was anything we needed. She was very responsive and I appreciate that a lot. The food has never been a problem here, if you wanna eat a decent meal, go ahead. But if you don't wanna get involved in staff drama and possibly get stolen from, don't come here. What upset me on my last visit is after we handed our credit card to our waiter Alex, he proceeded to completely avoid us for the next 20 minutes, without telling us he had lost our credit card. Finally when we asked where our card was, then he admitted he had put it down somewhere after swiping it and it was gone. He said he'd ask their manager Derek to check the cameras, so we waited another 30 minutes, under the assumption that the manager was actually AT the location. Well, he wasn't actually there, so we were really waiting around for nothing. I asked for the manager's phone number and called him as we were leaving the restaurant because I didnt have time to wait another hour for them to just avoid me. The manager said typically he could check their cameras remotely, but he was unfortunately out of town. Fine, just have your employee communicate that to me in the first place? After 15 minutes, Derek the manager contacted me to tell me my waiter found my card. I returned to the restaurant, and Alex handed me my card and proceeded to tell me that there's been theft issues with staff and he felt like one of his coworkers hid the card from him. WTF? I don't care what kind of drama your staff has, just leave your customers out of it. I told their manager this and he seemed dismissive about how inappropriate this all was, and was very off putting by telling me essentially I was bothering him on his day off. My family loooves the garlic butter shrimp with added corn on the cobs and potatoes. Some of us get it medium spicy but my son and I are fine with not spicy. We have typically DoorDashed food from here and it's just as good as if you were eating at the restaurant! I wish the sauce was a bit thicker as it didn't stick so well to the seafood, I would have to use a spoon to scoop up the flavor and drench it on there. We usually ordered via phone and it takes about 15 mins for the food to be ready. We came here despite the bad reviews to give them a chance. And I'm glad those negative reviews did not deter us from coming here. Service is a bit slow, yes, but we have had worse. What I observed was they were understaffed compared to the San Leandro location. When I came in, nobody was no hostess, then two employees, who seem to be arguing, from the bar area saw me but did neither came right away, instead continue to have their discussion. Eventually the guy in blue shirt came and sat me down. I'd say he's fine but needs to learn more soft skills. Our server was ok. She only checked on us one time. I asked is 2 Lbs too much, and she said its 2Lbs. Well, I went ahead and ordered 1 and it wasnt much at all, the actual amount of crab meat in a pound of king crab legs was probably around 1/3 cup at most. Ordering online was easy peasy and the pick up time was accurate for the 10 piece lemon pepper wings, garlic noodz, and 2 lbs of shrimp in the mild atomic sauce (garlic butter, lemon pepper, and original Cajun). We were all pretty hungry and my parents obliged me to take a few of the necessary photos before the carnage began. Garlic Noodles- chewy and can taste the butter and garlic - perfect side dish. Lemon Pepper Wings - huge pieces, juicy, crispy, and flavorful. Love the pops of lemon pepper in each bite. Shrimp head on with mild atomic sauce - huge pieces (slightly overcooked), sauce was flavorful and my requested mild spice was just right. You can also add corn to the bag and they have salads and fries. You can also get fried items, and they also have po' boys and soups. My bag of crawfish came with plenty of atomic sauce. Cajun sauce has a kick to it without adding any spice. C3: Dungeness crab and shrimp with non-spicy garlic butter. The cajun sauce was rich with flavor. I love the sausage, corn and potato that comes with the order. The meal was fulfilling and would definitely go back. I requested for four bibs and a table setting. They folded the table mat for us and advised us to have glossy on top. Even though I didn't eat there, I noticed as I was waiting the restaurant was clean and spacious. They have a robot that delivers drinks and starters. All tables were filled except the tall tables and seating. Maybe they should convert one of those for a regular length table to serve more people. My only suggestion: There were two parties ahead of us in the order and pick up line. I think if there are three parties in line they should ask who is ordering and who is picking up. The family ahead took a few moments to order, which is understandable because they need to figure it out. What can I say about this place?! The food is what you will normally expect, but what it made it great was the service. Our server was amazing!!! Rhea made sure that we have everything we needed & wanted. This young lady knows everything they have on their menu, equally attentive to all her assigned tables, and attended to us. Rhea is the BEST!! The place was clean, appropriately staffed, music level was a bit loud, but the food was good.
