Chicken Burger with Choice of Toppings with choice of side

Came here with coworkers after work! The place was cozy and staff were nice. The lady serving us was busy but was helpful and got all our orders correct. Got the mimosa flight and the chicken burger and added other toppings. I enjoyed what I ordered.

Decided to stop by with my team because we wanted to celebrate the end of a successful work week. We were intrigued by the Mermaid Mimosa so I decided to purchase a Mimosa flight. Absolutely delicious! All the flavors were perfect and they were so refreshing. I decided to get the Cajun Melt, which had a kick of spice from the jalapeños, and were amazing! The french fries were plain and not impressive. Our server was patient and was even kind enough to give us our tabs on separate checks so we could see how much we all we owed the one who put the bill on their tab. We sat inside, which was nice, and had a nice breeze from the open door and windows.

I really enjoyed the food here, I loved the clam chowder! The batter on the fish was light and crispy, very delicious. We got to sit by the window and enjoy the waterfront views. Service was quick and our server was kind. Also appreciate the accessibility of this place :)

After hubbies Dr. Appt. at Kaiser Vallejo, we headed to our favorite waterfront restaurant near Mare Island. We got there at a perfect time of 2:30, seated ourselves and menu's were delivered. I had an Iced Tea cause it's so good. I prefer it rather over brewed. Lol. We both changed up our usual orders and decided on the SC Combo Louie with Dungeness Crab and Bay Shrimp. If you love Clam Chowder, ya gotta get a cup! Thee best Chowder in the North Bay according to us. The Salads came out shortly and they were packed with crab and shrimp. Nicely sliced whole HB Egg, Tomatoes and Cucumbers. The dressing was delicious too! I also gotta give props to our server Nadia who was so friendly and attentive! Thanks again for a yummy salad on this warm day.

We were warmly welcomed when we entered (around 9:45am) & the server took our drink order when she handed us our menus. The coffee really hit the spot! There were quite a few occupied tables & I noticed the lone server did a great job checking on all of us until the next gal came in. We ordered the following: Piggy Scramble, Mushroom/Spinach/Swiss omelette, Meat Lovers Skillet & Sourdough French Toast. Everything was delicious! Can't wait to go back and try something else...

Such a little gem! The food is great, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the views truly make it even better. I came with a group and we were seated quickly. We arrived right at sunset, and it was stunning to look out the big windows over the water from our table. I had the New Orleans gumbo and it did not disappoint!! Highly recommend!

What a surprise for a little restaurant hidden at the end of a dilapidated parking lot beside the bridge to Mare Island. The decor and layout is dated but still charming in its own way. There are windows facing the marina which you can see from any table. My MIL kept saying how much she liked seeing the boats. Our server had a friendly and familiar personality. I had a sense that she's used to chatting with her regular customers. The menu offered large portions of seafood (chunky pieces of fish with chips), delicious bowls of clam chowder and refreshing beers. There were other items I'd like to try the next time I visit, including dessert (banana pudding!!)

We had Crab Louis, garlic bread, Creole Special, clam chowder, sweet tea, mimosa, and dessert (carrot cake and red velvet cheesecake). Sorry folks we ate and I totally forgot to take pics of the entrees. Lol. So you know it was good! We took our dessert to go and it was delicious too! Food was fresh, clean, and appealing to the eyes! Only thing that could have been better was the still water tasted like tap water. Yuck! Cmon folks at least get filtered water. Service was ok - not spectacular. It's a small place at the very end of the marina by the Coast Guard station. If you don't know it's there you wouldn't see it. There is indoor/outdoor dining. It's an older building that could use sprucing up (washing and repairing windows, etc). Otherwise we would definitely recommend but no need to dress up. Very casual place.

A small joint, very American, and very country. We ordered seafood over rice in two styles. They were all very tasty. You can taste the local history in food as well as in this restaurant. The place is also very country and American with all the decor. People here are efficient and fast. A very interesting area and spot. I recommend it.

Food was delish! My sister had the seafood sauté... enough food for 2 people! I had the grilled tuna and home made clam chowder combo.... it was a big bowl of soup! Alexis was our awesome server... very kind and helpful. It was a beautiful day with a view next to the water. Will def be back!

You are stepping back in time when you enter the doors here! I'm pretty sure there are decos on the wall that were hung up when this place first opened. Very chill, nothing fancy. There's indoor and outdoor seating. If you sit in the back, you'll have a water view. The are plenty of menu options and I ordered the jambalaya which was really good. It was a large portion and had plenty of sausage and shrimp. I also ordered a bowl of clam chowder. Delicious! Lots of clams! The service was friendly and sparse. Our order was taken, delivered and no one checked back with us. Not a deal breaker for us. We'll be back again. This place is worth checking out. It's unique, interesting and after your meal you can walk along the marina.

I guess we were really turned off when we asked for extra napkins and she said something to the effect of "if I have time, I'm really busy and there are other people I have to help!" Well, excuse us! She did come down with a very small handful of paper towels. Meh. If I were in the area again, I'd go back but it's probably not a place I'd need to visit again.

The onion rings were good too, although I wish they used the same batter as the fish. The food wasn't served quite as hot as I would have preferred, and they were pretty conservative with the condiments. That may be intentional given the location and the likelihood of non-customers helping themselves if everything was left on the tables. I asked whether the beets in the beet salad were freshly roasted or canned, and I was told they were fresh, so I ordered it. It was good, but something wasn't quite as fresh as I expected. It may have been the walnuts--I think they would have benefited from being toasted--or perhaps another ingredient. I'm very particular when it comes to beet salads. I also ordered the crab and artichoke melt, and this was the star of the meal. It was absolutely divine. Rich, buttery crab and melted cheese layered on thinly sliced, perfectly toasted ciabatta--it was pure comfort food. I was surprisingly full after just two bites, partly because the portions are generous and I'd already made a dent in the beet salad. I skipped drinks this visit, but I'll definitely be back to check out the rotating taps and wine selection. The staff were laid-back, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful. The setting is one of the restaurant's biggest draws. The outdoor patio offers a beautiful bird's-eye view of the ferries arriving at Mare Island, making it the perfect place to linger over a meal. Inside, there's a large, inviting bar where it's easy to strike up a conversation with another guest, or you can grab one of the window seats and simply enjoy the waterfront views. I'll definitely be back.

My favorite lunch order is the Chicken Caesar Wrap - perfect ratio of chicken, lettuce, cheese, dressing, and croutons. The wrap is always well constructed and never falls apart mid-consumption. When I moved away from Vallejo, I thought about this wrap often. For dinner, the wings are always a solid choice - korean bbq, bbq, buffalo - all equally good. The wings are a good size, an even mix of drums and flats, the chicken is always moist and the sauce ratio is perfect. Best wings in Solano County. The M.I.B.C. Burger is another favorite, always cooked as requested, the meat is super flavorful and the toppings - cheese, onion, sauce, and arugula fit perfectly between the brioche bun. This is also served with fries - always served the right amount of crisp. For beers, I prefer to drink the War Bond. However, I can vouch for the fact that all of the beer here is good. Also, all of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Best neighborhood bartenders, best views of the sunset. We are lucky to have this spot in Vallejo.
