My first impression of Bagel 10 Cafe is very good! - Nice big seating area which was very clean. - Good size parking lot. - Large bagel selection. - Friendly service. Clean bathroom, clean seating area and coffee bar was clean. Tables needed a wipe down. Prices were fair and bagels were good. I have had better bagels but not many. Their cream cheese offerings were fantastic. I recommend the sun-dried tomato spread. read more

With our steady go-to Bagels on the Hill in Mine Hill now closed, my son and I ventured out to find a new breakfast sandwich joint. We left quite disappointed. The first clue should have been seeing a Trenton ham package in the background, as this is an inferior brand to the much more popular Taylor brand. If this was a discount sandwich venue, I'd be more understanding of needing to keep prices low by using lesser ingredients. But wow, the price. I ordered ham/egg/cheddar sandwich with extra meat, so it came with five extremely thin slices. I mean, wow were they thin. The roll was not as fresh as it should have been for a sandwich ordered late morning, and I'd swear the eggs are cooked in bulk in advance and placed on the sandwich later. Not sure, just an educated guess as someone who's had a few of these in his lifetime. I didn't care for the taste of the meat at all. My son got a ham/egg/american cheese on a bagel. His bagel was fresh and tasty, but he noted same observations I did. I added a banana bread brownie type dessert to our order, and it came just shy of $20. Wow, that's quite a bit, and it was after the discount when the clerk asked if I was paying cash. Add insult, I wasn't give my coin change and had to ask for it. I've had that happen in the past, so not sure if he was distracted or if it's an automatic tip. I added it to the tip jar when received anyway, but I won't stand for register attendants "rounding up" on the change. No way, not at those prices. This will be my last time there, I have already identified my next scouting trip for a good breakfast sandwich. Sure wish Bagels on the Hill was still here. Two stars is a gift. Banana bread was best part, and I'm 99% certain that is made elsewhere and purchased wholesale. read more

Bought 2 bagels and a sandwich. Ordered by phone for pickup & paid via credit card. $12 for the food. Then they charged me $3.72 tax & fees plus a $1.20 driver tip on a pickup order!! I really wanted to like this place as it's location is better for me than the other 2 bagel places in town so i've tried it now 3 times and each time it just got worse and worse. They have a real issue with their employees being cognizant of the fact it's not the best idea to openly sneeze and cough around food. and I also saw them prepare food without wearing gloves. The last time i was there and the final straw was the woman behind the counter preparing my bagels just toasted with cream cheese who continued to cough a very productive phlegmy cough all the while preparing my bagels. That was it for me. The time before that i got a breakfast sandwich and the cheese was still cold on it. So unfortunately I won't be returning. 3 times was enough. read more

I've given this place several chances, never again will I go into this establishment? Today I was the only person in the café and I ordered a breakfast burrito, which should literally take less than five minutes, after 25 minutes of being there I finally had to leave without my burrito, if this place doesn't get any good help soon. In my opinion it'll be out of business, they don't have a good cook to make sandwiches very fast. Every time I get my order it's constantly wrong so I will not be going back to this place ever again. read more

My now favorite bagel spot. Wonderful bagels, great prices but best of all amazing customer service! I had to put in a very complex bagel sandwich order last week. Four very different sandwiches and not only did the woman patiently take down my order, but she proceeded to read it all back to me to make sure she had it right! I thanked her for her patience and she was like " of course!" Like anyone would do that. One time I had an order for two doz bagels ( they gave me an extra four) and they asked if I needed help getting them to my car! Who does that!
