We bought a half dozen bagels and a pumpkin muffin after only waiting about ten minutes on a Saturday morning. The muffin was pretty good, but in all honesty a lot of the bagels we got seemed like they weren't very fresh. The Asiago ones were decent, but the onion and everything bagels were super dense and a bit burned on the outside. Terrible Bagels do NOT get Bagels here very Disappointing I live in Clermont and was so excited to get a chance to go to Bagel Bros Cafe to get some bagels. I waited in line inside it was a Sunday around Noon. I ordered half dozen Everything bagels to take home they looked great and were nice and big. Well once I got home I was so disappointed I am used to really good Bagels usually get them from Einstein Bagels which are wonderful. These bagels were awful they were on the hard side and very chewy the flavor was average but the bagels were terrible. Do not waste your Money go to Publix and get some Thomas's Bagels they are much better or even go to Panera they are better than these bagels. Well at least I tried them and now I know that I will never go back. I guess most people really do not know what good food is and these Bagels are terrible! read more

I recently moved back home to Clermont and this place has been a staple for my wife and I. I order an Egg n cheese on an everything bagel. My wife gets the rainbow bagel with the strawberry cream cheese. I grew up in New Jersey with bagel shops on every corner. This place captures the taste and culture that I come to expect from a bagel shop. The music is always great and the staff works very hard. The only con is the wait time which is competely understandable when the food is so good. This is the type of place people flock to on a Sat/Sunday morning to feed the family. Finally was able to stop in here in the early part of the day. I ordered one bagel to eat and 4 to go. The Asiago Cheese bagel isn't great. No cheese flavor. I thought I was eating a plain bagel. Looked a little short on the cheese. The Everything bagel is good though. So since the jury still out I can only give this place an average score. I will try the Jalapeño Cheddar next time. Every time we order from Bagel brothers the food is outstanding. We're from N.Y & a little choosy about bagels, but they got it right. Bagels are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. All the hot meals are fresh, as well as sandwiches. I got the potato salad with my meal. SOOOO good. Creamy, chunky and so flavorful. Stopped by yesterday. They're opening a new location in southern Clermont, and when we searched the name, we found out about the original location, so we figured we would go get a preview of what the new spot near us would be like. We were not disappointed. They were relatively busy, but we didn't have a long wait. We ordered an everything w/ veggie cream cheese, a garlic w/ plain, and an egg/potato/sausage platter to split, so we could try a variety of their food. Everything was great. Were originally from south Florida, and from an area where good bagel shops aren't uncommon, and we kept hearing ourselves say how much this reminded us of our favorite spots down there. Every element of our food was good, right down to the coffee. We will be regulars at the new location, for sure. read more

I wanted this to be a good place for a Reuben sandwich, I placed a order online for their 10oz Reuben and as someone who weighs deli meat out I can tell you right now there's no way there's 10oz of meat on here. Ordered the Philly that was supposed to come with fries and didn't. I also ordered a Bacon, egg and potato plate and paid extra for a side of sausage. Got the sausage but no bacon. All of this was $30. On top of everything , there are workers not wearing masks and people coughing in the back. Will not be returning. read more

So excited for a real bagel place to open in Clermont! I have been waiting for this place to open up, and it looks like the whole town has been too! They opened approx. 8/28 (from memory) and I stopped by early September. They were bustling with walk up orders and people picking up phone orders. There was physical distancing markers on the ground so you knew to stand way from one another and their plastic partitions from cashier to customer were really easy to communicate around. Their set up is a little confusing: order / pickup were both on the right blocking the self-serve coffee/tea. The big menu board was over their bagel case on the left. I think the idea is to line up on the left, and eventually order at the cashier, then wait for them to prepare and hand you your order at the register, but in this weird world where everyone has to have a 'spot' to stand, they needed someone vocal explaining the line up process. Some pro's: Everyone was SO kind! There was a little mixup with another order and they made it right - above and beyond. The associate who took my order helped me make a sandwich I would like with what they had. The cream cheese was so yummy - so fluffy. The bagels were pretty good! I mean, compared to what else we can get around here, they are the most 'hand made' bagel you can get. I loved my chocolate chip one. They also had outside seating! Just a few outside tables and chairs. Love that. Some Improvement requests: I was disappointed that there weren't more clever bagel sandwich options. Offered the standard, Bacon Egg Cheese, any deli sandwich, chicken or tuna salad. I was hoping for a whole menu of creative bagel sandwiches. The quality of my turkey sandwich was delish and the bagel toasted up very nice. I also want to make sure that all employees are wearing their face coverings at all times. Everyone out front was, but you could see in the back that the gentleman working back there wasn't wearing his face covering. That standard is very important to me these days, and I would like to see that improved. First time trying this place the service was amazing . After I ordered the pastrami on a plain bagel I asked wht came with it she said I can add fries for 75 cents . I was like sure went to pay and she was like that's okay I have it . Got home let me tell u it was loaded with meat fries were plentiful and so good . The 2 girls working the front of house yelled across the store because one finished the last of a sweet tea and someone in the back wanted it. Today was my first time here. I've passed by it for quite a few months now, and today I decided to pull the plug and stop in. The place had such a large line that people were holding the door open to claim their spot. The staff was missing someone due to a delivery but they absolutely killed the overwhelming rush. Clermont needed a decent Bagel Store. Well no we have one. We tried them a few times. My wife ordered 2 dozen bagels for a family gathering. The afternoon we were going to pick them up. We had a family emergency. My wife stopped by and told them we wouldn't be able to pick them up. They told my wife, not to worry. Bagel Bros delivered the bagels to my nieces house in Groveland. Kari couldn't of been more helpful. The bagels made a great addition to our celebration "delicious". Our nephews 4 under five. Loved the rainbow bagels. We will definitely will be back. Stopped by this morning around 11 am to try this place out. All 3 employees were very busy. The manager seemed frazzled with to- go orders and the two other employees were doing there best to take and make the orders. I placed my 3 bagel and cream cheese order, paid and waited on the side for my order to be ready. While standing there I looked at my receipt. I was charged for a bottle of soda (asked for a can) and to scoop out a bagel. Never in my lifetime has a bagel store charged to scoop a bagel. What topped it off I was never told there would be an up charge. I don't like "sneaky" add ons. Be upfront and let the customer know. Bagels were good but not impressed with spending $17. read more
