Another update, this one is an unfortunate one. As someone who typically visits at least once a week since they've opened, I've had seen a very disappointing decrease in the service that we are used to when coming here over the past few weeks/visits. Although the food is still very good, it has come back a bit messier and more " thrown together " than I would hope. The thing that has disappointed me the most, however, is the decrease in service. The employees were friendly, and welcoming and helpful. Not anymore unfortunately, they no longer address you when you walk in and make you stand around waiting without even calling out the names on the orders they're finishing. So, they don't ask you the name on the order and they don't call your name when the order is ready - meaning, your order is just sitting on the counter while you wait and wait. I get that they're busy, and im very patient in these circumstances but I would hope for at least one or the other. I've loved this place since they've opened, and have been a very frequent customer, but i don't know if I'll go back, as it used to be a 5 minute ordeal ( providing you give them the estimated wait time ) and lately it's been a 30 minute ordeal ( even after waiting the estimated wait time ) So disappointed in my ( former ) favorite breakfast place read more

Giving a 5 star because the bagels are always great. But also wanted to share some feedback about the inefficiencies I've noticed as a regular patron. There is an older gal who usually works the bagel line. She does a good job at getting orders turned however relies heavily on the younger cashier and is always ordering her around taking her away from her job as the cashier. It's a bit embarrassing to watch and I think the cashier should be treated with a bit more respect instead of embarrassing her in front of a mass of people waiting for their orders. I realize the bagel line worker has a ton of work on her shoulders but just needs to show more professionalism. Cashier is a sweetheart and honestly the main diffuser when customers are unhappy about the long waits. I believe the whole structure would be so much better if there was 1 bagel line worker, 1 cashier, and 1 "runner". Someone responsible for bagging up the orders, making coffee, helping accept online orders & calling customers when inventory is low and unable to fill items on the online order. They can also communicate between front of house & BOH instead of constantly taking the cashier away from their job. We were told there was a 20 minute wait when we walked in, which was fine. Except that it ended up being nearly an hour wait. After being there a while, we discovered other customers had already been there an hour. But everyone who came in was told 20 minutes! The wait time seemed to have been intentionally lowballed to keep people from going somewhere else. The food itself was mediocre, and definitely not worth even half the wait. read more

Yum! I wish I lived closer to this spot. They have delicious bagels if you like thick bagels. I particularly like their Egg Everything bagel with ham, egg and cheese. Also if you like cream cheese - you need to know that they use an ice cream scooper to scoop cream cheese on your bagel. So much deliciousness in each bite. read more

The best bagel place around, I get the Bacon, Egg, Cheese on cinnamon raisin and it literally tastes just like a Bacon, Egg, Cheese from New York. Literally amazing. Prices are good too. read more

I really, really want to like this place. The bagels are pretty decent, and so is the coffee. Everything appears to be made to order. The people inside are friendly and I try to go early-ish or close to closing to avoid the rush. The past couple times I've been in, they have been so backed up with takeout orders that the grill flat out refuses to make my food. Last time, I was the only customer in there, so the people with pickup orders weren't even there yet. They told me it would be 45 minutes before my sandwich would be made. How is that possible? I'm pretty sure there is a better way to prioritize takeout/walk-ins, or they need another person back there. I'm very disappointed and probably won't be back until maybe the hype dies down. read more

I love ordering a Taylor ham, Egg and Cheese on a bagel here! It tastes just as good as when I lived in New Jersey. The prices are great and the online ordering is convenient and quick! Their egg bagels are delicious, and my roommates love the everything bagels and the plain bagels. They always order a sausage, egg, and cheese on everything bagel-- and a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. I've also had their iced coffee and it was very good too! Bagel Bros Cafe reminds this Long Islander of a Long Island deli!! I love their bagels and vegetable cream cheese And their breakfast sandwiches on Kaiser rolls. Give it a try. I think you will enjoy it!! read more

Go to this place if you love a tub of cream cheese on your bagel . Way to much cream cheese. Bagels extremely dry. Only bagel place in Claremont. Will not be returning any time soon, and would recommend. Friendly staff though read more

No. Just no. Bagels are mediocre at best. Dense and lacking flavor. The so called omelet was literally a flat egg mix folded over barely sautéed veggies w an entire sausage patty cut in HALF laying on top of the veggies. This does not constitute an "omelet" by any stretch & no seasoning was anywhere to be found. The bacon is very flimsy/cheap/low quality. The potatoes were the most offensive. They appeared to have seasoning but had no taste and the texture had no crunch or sear common to breakfast potatoes. Everything was bland except the veggie cream cheese... that had flavor, primarily tasting of onions. The service was friendly. The chocolate chip cookie was soft and great. Overall would not recommend unless you JUST want a cookie. read more

I am a Jersey girl and these are NY bagels and NJ bagels at their finest right here in Clermont! Today, was my first day and let me say....WOW. Delicious, fresh assortment of bagels and pastries! Homemade cream cheeses, just like up north! I had the garlic bagel with homemade veggie cream cheese, which was my favorite! Also, salted bagel with yummy homemade cinnamon cream cheese, and...drum roll...Taylor ham!!!!!! Yes Poppy seed bagel with Taylor ham, egg, and cheese!!!!! It was superb! I am so excited we finally have a bagel shoppe like "home," right here in sunny Florida!!!! Can't wait to get some more bagels! read more

Wonderful cinnamon-raisin bagels. Best I've had. I eat mine plain. My husband gets poppyseed toasted with cream cheese. Staff is friendly. So convenient. My husband calls in our order and it is ready for pickup on our way to the golf course. read more

I've never left a review on a restaurant before but I just got in the car after leaving here and couldn't write this fast enough. We literally just threw out almost $50 worth of food that was inedible. I've been to a LOT of places to eat. I've had some sub par food and it never bothers me. This was unacceptable. After waiting close to an hour for some bagels eggs, potatoes and pancakes, the potatoes were very under cooked and bland, the eggs were over cooked and gross. The bacon was undercooked and soggy. The bagels were great and the only thing that made it worth it. They also had to tell people they had to take a break from taking orders so they could catch up. There were 3 orders in at the time. They obviously do not have proper management as they cannot handle 3 orders without it taking them an hour to cook up some eggs. I'm sick we wasted our money here with so many other options around. read more
