As for the bagel, it was disappointing. While it was tasty, it wasn't a bagel. It was more like a roll since it didn't have that nice chewy crust that comes from parboiling the bagels before baking. If you're looking for a true NY style bagel, this isn't it. If you want a good breakfast sandwich on a roll, then this is definitely worth a visit.

It is unfortunate because years ago this location was amazing, but in the past 2-3 years the service has gotten bad. One of the young, and very kind sandwich makers came from behind the counter while I was standing in line waiting for Grandpa's sub to be made, and offered to show me in their APP how to order the Salami and Provolone sub.
