I went in there for the first time today I found them on a web search. I pulled up into the parking lot and you could smell the bagels with the licious that's what they smelled like anyway. I go inside I ordered a poppyseed bagel toasted with butter and an onion bagel toasted with whitefish salad. I get my order I get to my truck. I start driving away and something tells me to pull over and check my order. I did that. I opened up the bag the whitefish salad was on a toasted onion bagel just like I asked for. However, the bagel the poppyseed bagel was not a poppyseed bagel it was a plain bagel with butter. I go back inside and I show them the bagel they take a poppyseed bagel they toasted it and they give it back to me. Thinking they corrected it I get all the way to my destination to find out it's a toasted poppyseed bagel not with butter but with cream cheese. Where on earth did they hear the word cream cheese come out of my mouth. How hard is it to get a toasted bagel poppyseed bagel with butter. It's like you have to repeat yourself over and over however the order still does not get corrected. I think the issue is there's a language barrier. read more

Very unfriendly staff. I was in this place a few times. Girls there have no idea how to work. They rude and don't want to work. Few weeks ago my boyfriend and I came there to have a breakfast. One girl was "our server" brought our food for us and gave me plastic fork, but brought for my boyfriend regular fork and knife, after that she just ignored me. Today we came back and then I asked the same girl about egg sandwich she just start laughing and said "I don't know" and just go away. The reason I did not give this establishment "5 Stars" is that they are usually out of bagels and you have to wait for a fresh batch. For example, over the past three weeks, they were out of plain, whole wheat, and raisin. How do you run out of bagels at 8:45am? I feel like the owner bakes 10 bagels at a time. Went for a few breakfast sandwiches on a Sunday morning for the first time and will never return nor recommend this place to family or friends - will instruct to AVOID. Extremely disorganized ordering system that caused a headache from the beginning. After finally ordering we waited 30 minutes with everyone else coming and going before the order rudely asked us what we were waiting for (and also after seeing him be rude and 2 other customers waiting for their orders). He checked on it and picked up a bag behind him before yelling at one of the girls on the line that she did not tell him it was ready. That bag was sitting there for who knows how long and our food was cold upon returning home. This same man along with another male staff member repeatedly took off his mask inside and walked around near customers with it hanging off his ear. He did not apologize and we were just happy to get out of there. Overall horrible experience. Since moving from North Jersey I was desperate to find a good breakfast shop! This was difficult until a friend told me to try bagel hut! I am so glad I did since he told me this has become my staple place to eat breakfast during the school year on my way home from dropping of our kids my wife and I always stop here to get breakfast sandwiches at minimum three times per week! Just writing this review I think I am going to stop by again today I just love the spinach bagels. Only downside is they always seem to be too busy and you always have to wait ten minutes or more for your food which is to be expected for a place this size that has so much business! I've been going to Bagel Hut since I moved to the area but unfortunately after today, I wont be. I was the only person waiting in line to be served while 3 employees were working behind the counter. I moved up to the cash register after standing there for a couple minutes and nobody acknowledging me. A new customer walks in & goes right to the glass counter & shouts his order. I tell him I'm waiting & he says he didnt know so when I look back at the cash register employee he looks at me then looks back down. Not an "I'm sorry.. I'll be right with you" NOTHING. A NEW customer comes in & does the same thing!! I'm still standing there like an asshole & finally said something. Told them to forget it - I'll go somewhere else. They may have good food, but if you want to overcharge for the area, then your customer service needs to be on point. I'm a stickler for not giving my money to any establishments that don't value customer service. Not to mention we were planning on doing our 80 person shower catering order through them.
