I went here for the first time today. Service was surprisingly fast especially for a Saturday morning. Stopped there for a dozen bagels. When eaten immediately with cream cheese, butter or as a sandwich not too bad. But I tried one the following day and almost choked. Horrible! These are not the light, typical airy bagels that I've enjoyed in other establishments. Also, way overpriced.Never again! read more

Food is not bad. Service is completely incompetent. The one red head with the mullet is so rude. When I asked her to put lettuce on my tuna sandwich (something I get every time I come in) twice, once when I ordered it and once again when she forgot too. She replies with "you didn't ask for lettuce." I have been coming here for years and it is getting worse every year because they can't keep employees. read more

This place has the absolute worst service of any place I've ever been to in this state! They make you wait in line to order your food. When you try to pay after ordering, they tell you to wait. Instead, you have to stand in line a second time to pay when you're done eatting, and sometimes the line is out the door! I often get the wrong food instead of my order. Last time I was there, they gave me the wrong sandwich... TWICE! I was on my way to somewhere important too, apparently they thought I had all day to wait for a sandwich. After the second screw up, I told them to keep it and I left and have not been there since. The only reason I gave them as many chances as I did, is because their bagels are really good. However; no bagel is worth a 30 min plus wait in my book. Perhaps if they had an actual adult working in there it might help. read more

Terrible. Have been here a few times before. Owner is always sitting down gabbing with his friends no matter how busy the place is. There must be about twenty kids behind the counter at any given time and all they do is trip over each other. Yesterday we ordered two bagels with cream cheese and coffees. The entire transaction took over ten minutes. We stood there in amazement as the line grew and grew, nearly going out the door while one employee was standing over at the tables talking with her friends, and another two were eating behind the counter, while another girl was rubbing the shoulders of her male co-worker with her plastic gloves on. Gross! There was absolutely no sense of urgency, as the customers stood in line looking at their watches and growing impatient. Oh, and the place could use a little bit of a scrubbing too. Tables are always dirty. Seems like no one ever comes to wipe them down and the garbage pail on the way out is so caked with filth it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the things we can not see. The owner has certainly done a good job of teaching his staff that the customers don't really matter. Won't be going there anymore. I'll spend my money in a place where you at least feel the owner is paying attention. read more

Used to be so much better. This used to be a great place for a bagel and coffee, but in the past year or so has gone down hill. We have these bagels every Sunday and the past few weeks my baby cannot even bite beyond the hard, tough crust on the bagels! Recently, I made the mistake of sitting down to eat. The floor is disgustingly dirty and sticky and had to look at hairy dust balls around the bottom of the drink coolers. A friend claims she saw a mouse run across the floor. This place desperately needs to be cleaned and renovated. Not sure if the owns are supervising anymore or have made their money and are not interested. That is how it seems. read more

How's the tips ???? Very confused what tips if any the workers receive after the owner makes sure the children he teaches in his establishment to make sure each individual customer is only rang up from the person takes order so if cheese or extra meat,wrap whatever choice of bread then make sure that extra egg is also included breakfast sandwich $$$&9.95 isn't getting any missed charges so he can take all the credit card tips oh yea the change that you must have seen him dumping into register change slots then separating so all the money he feels only deserved to be in his greedy pockets that this was great customer service and mostly importantly to show young adults who will have to work for a living in the future this what life and how business is profitable and not only successful in this mans eyes please do yourself a favor keep your life lessons I truly hope we meet in person again. You're attitude towards how employees are treated and why you're company can't ever be what it was.... Bagel Junction has the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches around. They are hands down the friendliest staff and always get my order correct, delicious, and piping hot. Miss Lisa is incredible. While there is always a line, it moves very quickly and the staff do their best to turn orders around. After moving away as well as one cross country road trip, I still have yet to find anything that tops Bagel Junction. read more

This used to be my go-to place for lunch.... Havent been there in a while and decided on a whim to treat myself to a lunch out. Never again. The place was dirty and unkempt, and the staff was very unorganized - nobody seemed to know what was going on. The food looked fresh so I went ahead and ordered, and my sandwich was just blah. I went in there on a Sunday and the boss"s were yelling at the teens working there. I hear yelling in the back; And every time i go there there are new kids. So i asked one of the kids working there. I think his name was David and he told me the boss takes half of their tips at the end of the day.They also try to give them less on their pay checks. After talking to this young man i will never go there again. I have three kids and if they were being treated like that i would go and try to shut them down. read more

The bagels are good no doubt- it's the staff that completely ruins this place. If you walk in there on a weekday, there is this AWFUL gray short haired woman behind the counter with glasses. She is so insanely rude, I asked for a dozen bagels and as she was tossing them into a bag, I asked her how many more can I pick? She quickly snapped, "Do I look like I was counting?" and sighed loudly. I went there three times and each time the staff was so rude. I will not be back. read more
