I enjoy coming here and having a bagel and coffee while reading a magazine. The staff is nice. The registers however are never working. Today the weather is rainy and there is a leak taking away one of the booths to sit. The place needs some repairs. I can see behind counter the kitchen area could use some work too. I love their bagels - haven't had anything else here. The bagels are nice & fresh. The outside of the bagels are the perfect texture & the insides are nice & soft. I like that their cream cheese is a little whipped so it's easy to spread onto the bagels. read more

Whoever the owner or manager is needs to train his/her employees how to be efficient. The bagels are yummy, but the service is horrible! We were in today and at least 5 people verbally complained about the wait. Three young men were manning the orders and ONLY 1-2 employees were making the orders. They need training on how to best handle the orders. If I were manager, I'd train extensively and then release ineffective employees. There is hope to make it better. read more

I tried out Bagel Me for lunch after spotting it on the way to Kean Coffee some time ago. I tried the cheese pizza bagel, a plain bagel sliced in half. Each half has tomato sauce and melted cheese. It took kind of a while, but I think that Bagel Me must use a regular oven rather than those conveyor belt toaster machines that most bagel places have. The cheese could have used a little more toasting, it was pure white and still looked slightly grated (as in not completely melted together). However, it was tasty and they were generous with the cheese. read more

I enjoyed the egg, cheese and vegetable melt with cinnamon bagel chips and there cinnamon apples to dip the chips in. I've been going here for 20 years and love having cinnamon apples to dip my cinnamon bagel chips in. I ate half and will have the other half for breakfast tomorrow. They have poor parking but I was fortunate to find a spot on the street to park beings I have a handicap placard and the handicapped spots were taken. read more

Ordered a nova lox bagel. It was ok--nothing special. It came with "chips" they appear to be toasted pieces of bagels that you dip in applesauce. The side item could be more creative and different than more bagel. How about some fruit or salad? Service was mediocre as well; the girl taking my order wasn't very friendly. When I said "thanks," she gave me the "no problem." Well, of course there isn't a problem. "You're welcome" is more appropriate. Anyway, meh overall. read more

Not a bad place for a quick bite to eat. It's a good size building so you can't really miss it. You may miss the small parking lot though. The parking lot is designed for about 8 cars. There are more tables inside than parking spaces outside. OK, on to the bagels.. they are fresh, chewy, and yummy. I had the cheese everything bagel and loved it. They are generous on the cream cheese too unlike some places. The coffee was fresh and hot and the creamer was chilled. Not a bad place, I will return. read more

The Bagel Me! Original- Super "C" OJ is my most favorite thing at bagel me! So good & I haven't found it anything like it anywhere else. Grilled Chicken Sandwich is yummy. Lox & bagels are yummy... love that it comes with apple sauce and bagel chips. It's so hard to choose a bagel... I usually walk out the door with very berry, strawberry, blueberry, chocolate chip bagels....sometimes a glazer. I wish they didn't close so early. This is my go to place for bagels and my Super C! Great fresh bagels, as well as a great choice in smoothies. Everything is fresh there, and the staff is super friendly! The only down side is that it can get pretty crowded and the service and back up your orders. Also they are pretty pricey for a bagel place. read more

Never going back here again! Walked in place smelled like mold and table were sticky, was debating if I should eat here. So I decided to give this place a chance, Waited 30 minutes just to get my sausage and egg bagel. Ordered first out of 3 people behind me and ended up getting my food last. Wow!! Tasty bagels, good selection of flavors. Instead of choosing between the everything bagel and cheddar bagel, to my surprise they had the everything cheddar bagel! open seating snd easy access to coffee/drinks (self serve). Parking was a PAIN. The parking fits maybe 10-12 cars and if you drive in and there is no spot you CANNOT make a 3 point U turn to get out...you have to back out onto the main street (technically you could get a ticket for this move).....park across the street near the paint store shopping center and walk over! read more

It's a pretty solid place for bagels. I actually really enjoy the open face breakfast sandwiches. However, the interior looks as if they are about to close the business. It's empty no decor. I love the BLT and cinnamon toasted glazer so I decided to stop by today to grab a bite. I ordered and realized that 15 minutes had gone by and my food wasn't ready. I asked and the guy said they messed up my order by making the blt with the glazer bagel instead of 2 separate orders. He said they were fixing it and it would be 3 more minutes. Another 15 minutes goes by and it's still not ready. I asked the guy why it took 35 minutes for 1 bagel (the sandwich was ready and cold) and he said there was a big order in front of mine that they were working on. Unacceptable. First off the lady behind the counter was dumb and you couldn't even understand one word she even said. My boyfriend ordered a cold brew and they gave him this disgusting iced coffee that wasn't even mixed as there were still coffee grounds in it, his blueberry bagel with cream cheese was covered in cream cheese and it was gross as well. I ordered the strawberry splash smoothie which was a disgrace to strawberries, it tasted like someone was trying to poison me. Great bagels, great service but for some reason this location SMELLS HORRIBLE. Not sure what they use to cook but other bagel me do not smell this bad. I love Bagel Me! food. Their portions are huge. Their customer service is poor. I was given an old menu whose oprices had changed. They charged me $12.25 for a hamburger and french fries. I'm normally a very loyal customer, but this was too high for my taste. I also didn't like the customer service. They were friendly but didn't listen to what I said. Stopped in for a bagel one morning. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one greeted me or acknowledged me, even as I stood by the counter waiting to place my order for approximately 3 minutes. There was no line and just a few customers inside. Three employees behind the counter with their backs to the customers. Too bad since the bagel I had was delicious. I won't be visiting this business again. When I was finally helped, the young lady had a sour look on her face and never greeted me. read more

I don't come here for Bagels so I can't give you an opinion on that but the burgers are awesome. I get the avocado bacon cheeseburger with fries and an iced tea. This is my second favorite burger in the world just behind the Katella Deli. You do have to wait a while to get your food here sometimes 15 to 20 minutes for a burger but it's worth the wait. The big egg buns and thick juicy patty make this burger different than fast food places, it's more like a gourmet burger I guess. The place is usually empty around lunch time so you can have a quite lunch meeting here if you want to, no wi-fi though. No wi-fi, what is this 2011? read more

Nice selection of Bagels and Burgers. A bit more expensive than expected for such a place, but the great taste makes up for it. The Bacon Avocado Cheesburger is my favourite there. Service can be quite slow, depending on the time you are going there. read more
