My wife and I decided to give it a try, and we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. We ordered a couple of bagel sandwiches, and they were absolutely delicious. My wife is usually very picky when it comes to egg sandwiches and often has a hard time finding one she enjoys, but she loved hers. It's not often that happens! I've been looking for a local Bagel place and opted to check this place out. I ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese. By the time I was able to sit down to eat it, I felt like the Bagel was very dry and hard like a burnt piece of toast. For costing $6.00 I think the price is too high for the quality. read more

No place better to get some amazing breakfast food, especially with the way they load their bagels up! I always go for the smoked salmon cream cheese with extras and it's honestly a weekly staple. This was my first visit, and the best part was how incredibly soft and flavorful the bagels and cream cheeses were! Between the jalapeño cheddar and the jalapeño bagels, I greatly preferred the jalapeño bagel for its softness and being less thick. I also tried the jalapeño cream cheese, the onion & chives cream cheese, and the garlic & herbs cream cheese, and my favorite was the onion & chives as it had the most distinct flavor, although I wish the garlic & herbs one would've had a stronger taste as it seemed like it would taste better... the jalapeño cream cheese wasn't very flavorful, but still a very good cream cheese base. The disappointing aspect was the customer experience, to put it broadly. The man who was taking my order made me repeat the bagels I wanted twice, and the cream cheeses I wanted three times. I felt like the third time he asked me about my cream cheeses, he knew what I wanted but he just wanted to mock me like he wasn't going to be penalized for it and wanted to have some cheap fun. The lady ringing me up was okay but didn't make an effort to give outstanding customer service. Also, I had to get my own utensils and napkins after finding where they are myself, without any acknowledgement or direction from their part. Additionally, the cream cheeses all came in the same, clear, cheap plastic containers and I couldn't differentiate amongst them unless I opened them up and sniffed them. All in all, the customer experience was really cheap and low-effort. The ambiance of the establishment was relaxed with a lower standard of expectations from the customers, but thankfully the store was largely clean. If the staff had prioritized being friendly, smiling, and guiding customers to the utensils and napkins, I would've been okay with the cheap cream cheese containers. Hopefully the management takes this seriously and takes the human interaction component of dining up a notch or two - be happy and friendly, the food is great! read more

Pros: staff is incredibly friendly and amazingly efficient when it comes to food prep. The store itself is very clean and has ample seating both inside and out. The coffee is also pretty decent, and the Twice baked hash brown, while small, is pretty darn good as well. Cons: Price. $30 for two sandwiches and basic coffee is a bit much. This high cost is made worse by the fact that my Asiago cheese bagel was the most tasteless bagel I've ever eaten. Seriously, Vons brand bagels taste significantly better. Thankfully, I the hash brown I also ordered helped confirm I didn't have COVID. Even my friend thought the food tasted off; the onions on her Everything bagel were INCREDIBLY bitter. And while the BASIC coffee was good, it wasn't $5 good. My advice is to hit the bakery at the nearby H-Mart. Better food, better prices, and better coffee. read more

I go to this bruegger's every weekend! i feel like noah's bagels has better bagel selection, but this place is a solid choice if you like standard BEC bagels. Numerous times they have forgotten my spread for a siracha honey sunrise bagel, BUT i usually say it's best to order there and watch them make your bagel and then check out, because they can forget sometimes. otherwise the staff is very nice and fast making orders. the line can get pretty long though so beware of that and times you go. the inside is your regular bagel place. overall it's good enough for me to keep coming here for my weekend bagel fix. read more

I cannot understand why the bad customer service I've been going to Brueggar for years. I was excited to have a bagel sandwich this morning but it happens to be the worst bagel place I've been to. It seems that their bagels have gotten smaller and tougher when you eat them. They used to be chewy and now they are hard even when fresh. I ask a different woman behind the counter. A younger man interrupts my conversation with her and says "Yep! That's what it says on the board - right under. A plain bagel is $1.69. With cream cheese it's $3.99! Yup!" I look at the woman I intended to speak with and say "So to add cream cheese to my plain $1.69 bagel is another $2.30?" She nods her head.
