I recently visited Round Table Pizza and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor from the start--the manager came across as unprofessional and unhelpful, and the staff at the front counter seemed distracted and were not paying attention while taking orders. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. When you combine inattentive service with mistakes in the order, it really takes away from the overall experience. I'm not sure if this location is under new management, but there is definitely a lack of organization and customer care. I hope improvements are made, as this is not the level of service customers should expect. read more

This review is for the lunch buffet I've tried a few times. It's $16.99 and a good value. It includes a refillable drink, the salad bar, and your choice of slices of various pizzas. It's all you can eat, but a salad and two slices is plenty for me. To me, the salad bar is the star of the show. I've found the pizza to be just so so. The drill is you order at the counter. You will be presented with a cup for the soft drink fountain and two plates, and off you go. The woman behind the counter has always been friendly. The dining room is pleasant. There are plenty of booths, and finding a seat has never been an issue. read more

This review is about the customer service at the front. My family and I have been coming to this pizza restaurant for over 12 years, and this is the worst customer service it has ever been. This is the third time I've come in to get pizza, and the lady taking orders is always rude and in a bad mood. She acts like she owns the place. The last time I visited with my family, we had a very unpleasant experience. On top of that, the pizza isn't even good anymore. They often get orders wrong, which leads to extra wait time. This is one of my favorite of these types of chain pizza places. If you check their website, there will usually be monthly deals, but some are excluded for a delivery order. Their specialty pizza has everything! I love that you can dine in, take-out, or get delivery directly through them for only $5, with no inflated prices like you get through those delivery sites. Came to this location randomly with my family. We have not been to a roundtable pizza and over 20 years. We were happy to see you. Lots of families and kid league players enjoying the small family style restaurant. Everyone was happy to get their pizza and play. My mother and I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat salad bar. We love the topping options and definitely enjoyed having a healthy option. We ordered for the whole family three large pizzas and wings. Food came out fresh and the pizza was made well. Every time we needed something, each of the staff members were attentive and kind. Excellent service when we needed our table to be cleaned up. Apparently there was a family before that left a big mess. Although it seemed like they were short staffed, they managed to handle the dinner as well. If we ever drive to the area, will probably visit that location again. I would say give them a try on a less busy night. So I haven't eaten at a Round Table Pizza since I was a kid and I must say that I like it so much now as an adult! They really improved their toppings! I didn't realized that Round Table had high end toppings but they do! I ordered a GOURMET VEGGIE pizza that came with: Artichoke hearts, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, red & green onions on a Creamy Garlic Sauce. HOWEVER - I asked them to instead just use the normal red tomato marinara sauce and I loved the pizza that way it was so delicious! I was impressed that they have zucchini and artichoke hearts and green onions since those toppings aren't usually at the pizza chains like a Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Like I said - I hadn't realized that Round Table was more elevated. My kids loved all of the arcade games that they have at this location and they used the Photo Booth and had fun winning tickets that they "bought" a bunch of prizes with like how you can do a Boomers and Chuck e Cheese. (But the pizza is waaaaaay better here). They also have a nice salad bar. Overall, I was super impressed and will definitely eat pizza at Round Table again in the future - it makes me wish I hadn't avoided it all these years but it's really much better than the other pizza chains. read more

This is what the best Round Tables should be: warm casual sports ambience with local folks and families having good old fashioned pizza. The pizza buffet is an incredible all-you-can-eat deal, with a wide variety of pizzas and some made on-request. The thing that sets this particular location apart though is the service: the servers and the chefs behind the counter went above and beyond to make lunch here friendly, smiling and welcoming customers, calling out each new pizza brought out to the buffet, and going around checking with customers. A lot of work goes into making this chain location feel like a local's place and it works. Definitely coming back, especially for the afternoon buffet. read more

As in they had to ask 4 times for ticket redemption before anyone would help them. Then a 1000 ticket win "didn't register" on my daughter's card. Rather than give her the $3 toy they made her cry. I wasn't expecting too much when I ordered a large King Arthur's Supreme pizza. I asked that they cook it extra well and they did. The pizza exceeded my expectations and was extremely tasty. They don't serve just the rinky dinky standard pepperoni or cheese pizzas either. You're constantly getting fresh top of the line pizzas like the King Arthur's Supreme and many others. Lunch Buffet review: This is my favorite round table in all of Orange County and today I decided to come back for the lunch buffet today and It was AMAZING!! We used to order 2 XL pizzas every other week with my family. The problem is they're kind of expensive but the good part was they let you get rewards points.... well until one day they "expired" half my rewards points savings because it had been a few months until we could cash them out for a free XL.
