Everything Bagel and Cinnamon Raison Bagel

As a New Yorker I've been on the hunt for a decent bagel shop now that I've relocated to St. Louis. It's not exactly a New York bagel if that's what you're expecting but it's pretty close. Super yummy bagels, and the breakfast sandwiches were great! They'll definitely be a line so be prepared to wait, but it moves quick and the staff is friendly. There's picnic tables outside to enjoy your bagel on a nice day.

Have been meaning to try this place and it did not disappoint! The blueberry bagel and schmear was delicious and the blueberries had a strong flavor for a bagel which was amazing and the sausage roll was so good! They also sell lots of other goodies as well as day old bagels in 6 packs to take to go. You order at the counter inside and then can take it to go or you can sit at the picnic tables outside. Only 5-6 tables so there were some people sitting on the curb, but there is quick turnaround since people are only eating bagels. They also have breakfast bagel sandwiches and grab and go burritos. The service was kind and quick! They were quite busy on a Sunday morning and developed a line quickly. Felt like it moved pretty quick though. Will definitely go back!

This is how you make a BEC. This. Is. How. You. Make. A. BEC!!!! Theeeee only place I trust to make me a breakfast sandwich. They add all the right seasonings so it's super savory and toasty. The thick cut bacon is real crispy and the bread is fresh. The staff is no nonsense and knowledgeable of their menu. I'm greeted with a smile every time and they're always consistent. I'm so glad they recently started putting cream cheese on the bagels instead of doing it myself since it can be quite messy. I'm glad they let the professionals handle it! I'm always happy to spend $15 there. Waiting for my order is probably the only set back since it's quite small inside but this place still has my heart.

I'm a big fan of the Bagel Union bagels so it's obvious I loved Bagel Station. I've really grown to like the crispy crackly skin on their bagels. I ordered an egg & pepper jack sandwich on tzitzelnickel bagel. I also got a salt bagel with scallion cream cheese. I loved that there was no line while I was there on a weekday morning. This is not my neighborhood but if I'm here anytime bagels are appropriate and they are open I'll be stopping by!

Interesting spot in Shaw neighborhood, located in a former gas station. An assortment of bagels are offered - the real thing (water bagels). Bagels are large, wonderfully crunchy on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside. Interestingly, they only sell the bagels unadorned, so if you want butter or cream cheese you can buy some as an individual serving then slice and slather your own. If it were me, I think I'd offer the shmears behind the counter. Kind of a pain in the neck to be self service especially if you're going to sit outside at the picnic table and eat 'em. That nit notwithstanding, it's a cute little spot and the bagels are good.

The Bagel Station is a quaint bagel shop located at the corner of Thurman and Cleveland in the Shaw neighborhood. They have a selection of bagels to take home or eat outside along with cream cheese options in the cooler. If you choose to eat your bagel onsite, they have a station outside with a bagel cutter, knives, and hour sauces so you can make your bagel. They had a delicious Sunday special sandwich that was packed with flavor!!! Fiddlehead Fern had a truck in the parking lot where you could purchase coffee and drinks to accompany your bagel or sandwich. They have an assortment of items for purchase along with the bagels such as apple butter, chili crisp, plants, and bagel chips. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back to try more of their items!

Bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel

Amazing. The customer service is so good, it's clean, they support smaller businesses, and the food is great. I got an onion bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was $11.67. Definitely worth the price for everything I experienced today! Edit: I forgot to add that they have a parking lot!! I was so happy to learn that I didn't have to park on the street to eat here.

It is hard to find a real bagel place in the Midwest. STL is extremely lucky to have this place. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a onion and garlic bagel Being someone who grew up on New York bagels & New York bakeries. I can happily say that this is very impressive place!! Jalapeño cheddar bagel YESSS!! It's a nice spot to sit and eat inside or outside. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can also sit and read or even work. It's just a nice little spot!

A lot of my coworkers highly recommend it so I knew I had to try. We finally had a morning playing at the market, and decided to swing in for breakfast. WOW. It definitely lives up to the hype. Their bagels are SO flavorful, and their sandwich options are delighful. I just got the standard egg and cheese on the onion bagel and it was SO GOOD. My husband got the pruscuitto sandwich and he was a big fan. For what you get, I think the pricing is super fair. Really cool you also get to see the kitchen and everything they're making in back. We will absolutely be back, and will recommend it to all our friends who visit!

Recently spent some time in New York and was happy with the bagels - non chewy, not tuff, soft, and consistent throughout. I went with the New York New York option, ample meat was between my bagel halves. Very filling and great taste. I opted for the potato salad as my side, it is mustard based. Potato salad is always Russian Roulette for someone that does not like crunchy onions in their food -- this one passed the test. The flavor was there but no big chunks of raw onion were to be crunched while enjoying my meal. (Please never change that) Great friendly service. Refills on fountain sodas and tea available. Would definitely recommend.

This place is more of a breakfast/sandwich spot first, before it is a bagel shop so don't come here expecting a TON of bagel varieties. Nevertheless, it was still good for breakfast. I got a salt bagel for my BEC, and my husband got cinnamon raisin for his sausage, egg, and cheese. I also ordered a buttered plain bagel for my son. We didn't wait too long, and they gave my son a sticker that he played with while we waited. The bagels were nice and chewy, and I loved that they didn't skimp out on any of the ingredients. The buttered bagel though was VERY buttery, so be ready to wipe your hands a lot while eating it. It was still very good!

Everyone was extremely nice especially the person at the register! I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was hearty and delicious! It took all my strength to not buy one of everything but I selected on four picks for my first of two visits, as well as a bag of their sourdough shortbread that I just finished today and am already missing. I was also given a taster of their apple crisp with my first order, which was very delicious and will be a great addition to any holiday meal. The maple glazed doughnut was soft, a perfect classic. The cranberry ginger jam was delicious and punchy, but could have used a little something on the actual doughnut to balance out how strong it was. I enjoyed both kolaches; the everything seasoning one is well reminiscent of the classic bagel and schmear with its cream cheese center, and the three cheese bacon had good sized strips of bacon baked in. Perhaps my favorite was my take home item from the next day, their cinnamon roll. I warmed it up a little, not that it needed it. Pillowy soft with a delicious frosting. I also miss that already too. I really appreciate that you can also pick up local eggs and milk from this spot with Fed From The Farm. As you can see, it was very busy around 9am when I came in Saturday morning, but the line moves quickly and there's space in the back to wait for your order. The parking lot is small and fills quickly but nearby street parking seems feasible enough. Really glad I got to check out this spot!

My review comes with an embarrassing admission: For the better part of a year I've lived within…read morehalf a mile of a divine Jewish deli -- and today was the first day I visited. But not the last! Legitimately tucked away from Delmar Blvd, Deli Divine can be difficult to find (if you don't know where to look and also because there isn't a shop sign). But you will be rewarded upon your discovery! Fresh foods! Hard to find specialty foods! Real sour pickles! Flavorful sandwiches! 'Tis the season for root vegetables, so we each tried the beets and didn't let them drop. Amazing and fresh and gorgeous, I have zero complaints about our beet salad and sandwich (the Herta Peltzman). Pickles, beets, red cabbage, Swiss cheese. What's not to love?! Enjoy lunch indoors or outside in the courtyard for warmer weather. Excellent service. Of course I'm going back!! See you there!

Wow, we are so glad we discovered this spot for bagels and schmear!…read more We first tried Deli Divine out on Too Good To Go (an app which lets restaurants sell their excess foods for a discounted rate) twice and have loved both orders. The first came with a pack of mixed bagels and a giant (GIANT) tub of dill schmear. The second order came with a small tub of salmon salad, a medium tub of split pea soup, and a pack of mixed bagels. We were generally happy with both orders: Bagels: love that these taste so robust and fresh, even though we know these were excess product and potentially day-old. I also appreciate that their bagels with onion/garlic are not A) overpowering or B) burnt, both common issues we have found at other bagel shops. Schmear: Well made, but few flavors available. They have plain, onion, dill, tzatziki, and strawberry from memory. They may have one or two more that we are forgetting. Salmon salad: delicious and absolutely would pick up again! Split pea soup: Our one true miss. This was watery and the flavors were weak. Would not order or ask for in a bag again. The shop/restaurant itself is so cute and a great spot to grab lunch with friends. We're so excited to come back with friends when they visit and we have more time for a sit-down meal. The major downside here is parking! The lot is small and, while there is lots of street parking, the whole area fills up with parked cars for healthcare and other services operating in the attached building. Carpool if you're bringing a group!
