I was told they have an allergen protocol in place whenever a customer informs them they have celiac to minimize the risk of cross contamination, which was great to hear. Plus, the person who took my order was very nice. All in all I definitely recommend baked & boiled (they're also at tower grove farmers market on saturdays but I haven't yet checked in with them to see if they have gluten free bagels available there as well).

The case was barely filled except for a few pastries: chocolate croissant, blueberry muffin, butter croissant, and almond croissant. Luckily for us, that is our typical order! He was so apologetic but we knew to not expect a lot so close to their end of business. It smelled so wonderful inside! There was no area for sitting down so we took our pastries to go.
