Bagels are good. Service was quick. Compliments stop there. Amount of cream cheese is comically small, but absolutely not funny when hungry. It is missing 70-80% of the normal amount of cream cheese vs something like Dunkin, and 150% the normal Amount of cream cheese for a normal bagel place in Massachusetts. Next, it wasn't until 10minutes after ordering, paying, tipping 20%+ that I was told they were out of one of the three ingredients to a BLT at 8am on a Saturday.... Before I started my order I asked if they had tomato. They said yes. I paid an extra $1 for extra tomato; they took a normal tomato slice, cut it into three paper thin slices, and gave me two of them. They are making a fortune saving on produce, and under-smearing the cc bagels, but they're the only ones winning here. Everyone else is better off eating somewhere that puts customers or at least some kind of self respect regarding making a bagel better than Dunkin first. Bagels themselves were good though. I assumed the bagel would've been cut in half I guess you need to ask The vegetable cream cheese did not taste like a homemade mix of fresh veggies, rather more like a bulk restaurant blend product - the veggie cream cheese had the same taste as the veggie cream cheese at Dunkin' Donuts that comes in the small packages I didn't particularly care for it. My onion bagel I would say was probably undercooked, doughy and chewy. probably could've been cooked a little longer. Maybe this was a one off visit for me when I'm back in the area, I will give them another try. To help move the wait time along they should consider while the eggs and sausages for breakfast sandwiches are cooking on the grill to start working on the orders that don't need as much assembly-like a bagel and cream cheese. Feels more like a regular bagel with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. The bacon rosemary cream cheese with pumpernickel bagel was perfect. Well, we picked this place because there was not many cars in the parking lot and we were hungry. Upon arrival, the menu looked great. The bagels and muffins looked great so we ordered a breakfast sandwich. After reading the other reviews, I might mention that the AC was working or at least it was comfortable in there. The girl at the register seemed somewhat bothered as she was taking your order while she sipped on her drink and chewed on something she had stashed behind the counter. While waiting for the breakfast sandwich we noticed how disgustingly dirty the entire place was I would not have put my worst enemies dog in the highchair that was in the dining area. it was just plain gross. I have never written a review before, but my experiences here have been so incredible that I felt the need to. I truly believe if the Bureau of Better Labor were to visit, this location would be shut down in an instant. I have come multiple times over the summer, and each time, the temperature has been well over 95 degrees inside. The workers look completely miserable, and I don't blame them in the slightest. I have seen managers yell at workers multiple times for petty things, and even a manger throw heavy boxes at the feet of workers. The place is never open on time, and feels like every time I come, they are out of bagels or something is broken. The food is good, nothing to complain about mostly, but has definitely gotten progressively worse over time. When you pair lackluster management with a poor quality location, this is the outcome that you get. read more

This was at the two seater table by the window & front door. I used the brown napkins to clear away the mess. I mean, these are lessons we learn in preschool. I was there about a month ago and we enjoyed the bagels that we purchased for breakfast. They were definitely fresh and nicely toasted with the right amount of cream cheese. The staff was very nice and helpful. We tried four different muffins and the best was the cranberry orange that day. I will stay away from the oatmeal and coffee cake muffins they were a little bit on the dry side.. I really love the very well stock refrigerators with a big variety of juices and other drinks. Have visited a few times as a vacationer and now lucky enough to own a home that is close by. These are the softest bagels!!! Just love them. Wonderful selection of cream cheeses. My favorite is an Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese. The cinnamon rolls are also delicious, we got two to go! Coffee is good and I enjoy the fact they have a variety of sweeteners. Since I use raw sugar and my significant other uses honey, we were pleased to see both. Maybe add a squeeze bottle of simple syrup for the cold brew? (Maybe?) I've been coming here for years in the summer time. It used to be awesome with pretty floral arrangements around their signage, fresh service, great staff, fully stocked beverage fridges, a/c, atmosphere, delicious bagels, etc. Nowadays, it's not as good as what once was. Today I ordered a toasted blueberry bagel with eggs over hard and Cheddar cheese (on a side note: I asked for muenster cheese, but the girl at the register didn't comprehend me, so I asked her what cheeses they do have, and she said only two kinds; American cheese and Cheddar cheese ) with grilled tomato. When my order was ready, I had to reach over someone else's table to get it. The bagel looked alien like. The bagel was not hot. The cheese was not cheddar. The eggs were over easy. I got a totally wrong order. I tasted it and I hated every bite of the American cheese, but I didn't want to make a fuss because I was eager to go there again after not having visited the cape in over two years! I can't believe Bagels & beyond went to sh't. My boo didn't complain about his food. I think he was content with his order. I'm hoping management fixes up this bagel joint.
