Not today, over medium, so not much runny yolk but a thicker one. This is a gigantic salt bomb, in addition. They serve your water in tiny glasses and every bite led to downing an entire glass of water. It's good they were on top of refilling the glasses, but even then I finished a quarter of this before I couldn't take it any more. I did saunter over to the counter where they have a lot of good looking pastries, so we'll see if the ones I bought end up redeeming this place.
