The sandwich was very good and chicken was crispy. I also got a maple cream iced coffee. It was a different set up than I'm normally used to because the coffee was already in the cups that you could choose from in the fridge. There were about 10 different flavors to choose from. I was then given ice and could make my coffee at the counter. I wouldn't come here for the coffee though I brought home a French toast bagel with cannoli cream cheese. It was very good, not too sweet. The bagel itself was crispy and with crunchy cinnamon sugar on the outside and dusted with powdered sugar.

There was a blonde lady working constantly complaining about her job and other workers in the store. I understand that food service is not an easy job but it was disrupting the restaurant environment. I made me uncomfortable because I think she may have been drunk on the job. she was constantly talking about drinking mentioning to other people I believe were customers or friends. Regardless, I don't think my daughters will be coming inside with me anymore if the workers are going to be intoxicated.

We were informed about Eunice, the owner of this business, and without having met her, she is the MVP of the year in our neck of the woods. She insisted on slicing all twenty bagel without even being asked. This saved us from breaking twenty plastic knives in attempt to cut these thicc, bad boys. These bagels were generously portioned that were nice and fluffy on the inside with a great crisp after being toasted. Half of a slice was plenty for a morning like this. You can tell it was freshly baked. We also got a habanero bacon cheddar bagel with spicy cheddar bacon ranch spread. I also got a French toast muffin, which tasted exactly like French toast! I did get the lucky charm March special, however, they ran out of cold brew coffee and it was being brewed overnight. I was able to substitute a regular coffee with an espresso shot. The coffee is OK, it tasted like iced tea mixed with coffee.

I lived in the Bronx at that time and on the main shopping street near me was a bagel bakery-you walked in and saw the vats where they boiled them and then put them on a conveyor to bake. I started bringing home bagels for her and soon my whole family started asking me to bring some for them - next thing you know, I was bringing 12 - 13 dozen bagels whenever I drove home (I have a big family)! The bagel bakery began giving me a discount for such huge orders. The only kind I refused to bring were garlic - my car (and I) would smell like garlic long after I arrived. As wonderful as those bagels were, Blue House makes the best bagels I've ever had. And the whole Vibe there is so welcoming -always friendly and helpful staff, so many great products, and a lovely area to sit and enjoy my chai and bagel. My only "complaint" is not being able to buy their fresh bagels on Monday or Tuesday!

For coffee, I got the nitro cold brew with their seasonal cold foam, which was blackberry flavored. It was tasty but the ratio of coffee to foam was a bit off, with only about half the cup filled with coffee and the rest foam. You can either order at the counter and seat yourself in the little cafe area, or sit in the restaurant for full service. I'd definitely return if I was in the area.
