My new favorite bánh mì spot without a doubt and I am a bánh mì snob originally from California :P The bánh mì is fragrant, texture is the perfect softness inside and light baked crunch on the outside. The fillings- we ordered the Đặc Biệt (Combo), thịt nướng (grilled bbq pork), xíu mại (Vietnamese meatball), and heo quay (roasted pork), and not a single complaint on the amount of meat, veggies, or flavor. Everything was spot on. Carrots and daikon were julienned to perfection, the amount of butter was just right, we loved every bite of every sandwich ordered. The flavorful meat to veggie ratio was the best we've ever had in Oregon- hopefully they keep this up. For now, skip all of the other banh mi joints that are 1000% overpriced that fill your sandwiches with more carrots than protein- save yourself from the disappointment and just make the trip to Baguette Bros! The baguette is so fresh and clearly baked that day, I can't resist buying an extra one to eat later, tearing into it with my bare hands and possibly not even butter. Don't skip the BBQ pork but try one of everything. Sweet chili chicken could be improved. Iced coffee is strong and sweet as it should be. Very good food at a very reasonable price. I ordered a chicken and a tofu banh mi. I thought the tofu was better, actually. It appears to be a family-run business run by mom, dad, son, and daughter. They gave me a free baguette when I was there just because I asked if they sold them. Great views of water fowl beyond the building if you have to wait for a sandwich on a nice day. Pleasantly surprised at how lovely and modern the restaurant is inside! The service started the second we were greeted upon entering. We came around lunch rush on a Monday. I ordered the 1A to compare with other banh mi restaurants in the greater Portland area. It came out with a crispy baguette. They filled it to the brim with a mix of different meats and vegetables. I loved the amount they provided. I did think they put in a little less pate and butter that I usually prefer, as it took a few bites to taste. You can also taste the soy sauce in there (which can be a hit or miss for some folks)! The boba was good (though I wouldn't come back for it). Overall a great new go-to spot! read more

It was super clean inside and there are lots of tables to sit at. They took my order right away and my food and sandwich were done very promptly. Great service and the sandwich was so fresh. If you are looking for a good Vietnamese Banh Mi then look no further than Baguette Bros, I totally recommend it! My son and I are fans of Banh Mi Sandwiches, and this place is new to our area in Tualatin. We ordered the Baguette Bros Special Sandwich and the Lemongrass Pork Sandwich, in which we added Pâté to them. They were so delicious! Better than Lee's Sandwiches. Everything was fresh to order and they even make their own Baguette bread! We also tried the Beef Bao Taco. Whatever they marinated the meat with, absolutely delicious! The lemongrass banh mi was well balanced, flavorful, and the bread was everything you'd want in a banh mi- Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The thai tea boba was so yummy and the bobas were fresh and perfect, not bad quality tasting or goopy. The combo bun's dough was soft and so good, but there was way more dough than meat ratio. Excited to find a banh mi shop that is delicious and conveniently located near me! I usually drive in to Portland for yummy banh mi but so happy to find this spot. Located right off I-5 ramp with ample parking. Great sized space for a quick lunch or dinner! I ordered the combo sandwich (extra jalapeño) and bbq pork and both were delicious. The bread was super fresh and had the perfect texture and flakiness. Very seasoned delicious pate and fillings! Also had the combo buns and those do not disappoint! The lemongrass pork baguette was good, nicely flavored and lots of good fresh veggies. But surprisingly, the lemongrass chicken baguette was NOT good! There was barely any chicken in the sandwich and the chicken pieces were small little chunks (almost like canned tuna fish texture) and not flavorful. I don't understand how they can prepare the pork well but totally mess up on the chicken?! All they have to do is take the chicken and prepare it exactly like the pork! Perplexing. Ordered the Lemongrass Pork Sandwich for my wife, Sweet Chili Chicken Sandwich for myself, and we split a Pork Bun- way too much food for a great price. BBQ Pork Bun tasted delicious with tender pork. The Sweet Chili Chicken isn't something I would have normally ordered but really surprised me- not too sweet and just enough spice. I tried my wife's Lemongrass Pork and that was probably my favorite. The bread tastes like it's made fresh too. Service was great- I think they might be working out some kinks since they opened only a few days ago but they seem to be more than willing to make everything right. As far as ambiance goes there isn't much to talk about- it's basically a deli. The tables were clean and condiments were stocked up, music selection was decent. I don't think you need to ask for more. We will absolutely be coming back! Great price for a sandwich (~$8) and bbq pork bun (~$4). read more

To get a fresh vietnamese baguette sandwich of this quality in this part of town is unheard of. We had the vietnamese cold cut and lemongrass chicken sandwiches and they were huge and delicious. Usually you have to go to east portland or beaverton to get these sandwiches. Even if you're not an asian sandwich fan, you should come just to get a fresh house made baguette. Their steamed buns looked good too but i'll have to try it next time. read more

Me and my husband (Vietnamese) tried the banh mi and coffee. The bread itself was so delicious you can tell it was homeade. He had the dac biet and I had the daily special roasted pork. My daughters and I were visiting town and were so excited to try Baguette Bros--and it did not disappoint! The baguettes were light, airy, and absolutely delicious. We were especially happy to find multiple vegan options, which can be hard to come by. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to make sure everything we ordered was vegan. We really appreciated their knowledge and attention to detail, which made the experience even better. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, and we loved every bite. If you see one of their chocolate filled croissants, grab it quick; They're the best I've ever had! The crispiest exterior and a delicious soft dark chocolate center. This place is so awesome and super affordable so far we have tried teriyaki, meatball, bacon, and sweet chili chicken. Only baguette I've had outside of Vietnam that was like the ones you get in Vietnam. Super light and fluffy with perfect crispy outside. There's a really good place in Hillsboro, Vivi's I think but even they don't have baguettes like the real thing. I'm guessing they must make them in house because most places just use normal baguettes, which are not the same. If you know, you know. Staff super nice, super clean space. I was supposed to save half for the next day and it didn't make it.
