This was my first time ever visiting this coffee shop and I don't think I've ever been more disappointed. To anyone that thinks about showing up on the last hour of closing, DONT. I walked in during that time and not only did I get dirty looks but no one even engaged with me. I pretty much stood there and had to give an awkward hello? Even though the cashier/barista was staring right at me. Once I received my coffee and got home I took a sip of my coffee only to find all they did was just pour milk and mocha syrup. There was absolutely no coffee in it. To top it all off the lids don't even fit the plastic cup and when I went in for a sip, it spilled all over my shirt. First time eating at Baguette Cafe. Yesterday my mom and I went and were greeted by Alex who took her time to go over the menu with us. She was very cheerful and professional. The food was out of this world. My taste buds and stomach can still taste the egg and blue cheese omelet. There was a relaxed atmosphere and patrons were able to bring in their dogs. There's an outside patio with tables and chairs. I would totally recommend this cafe to everyone. read more

Stumbled upon this cafe by mistake and it was the best mistake I've made in a while. I have never had a fresh croissant before. I had a croissant sandwich with fluffy egg, tomato pesto (which was such a concentrated delish flavor explosion) and cheese. Served with a GIANT cup of perfect coffee and a chocolate vanilla pastry to finish it off. They serve a crisp salad on the side and It was everything I could have wanted in my breakfast. The service was warm and efficient and I can't wait to go back and try more things! You know its good when you think about it for days to come. My husband and I were looking for a place to grab a bite before shopping at Costco and found this gem. He got an eggplant sandwich with added chicken and enjoyed every bite. It came with a small side salad with delicious vinaigrette dressing. I had quiche Lorraine that was to die for. Light and fluffy with a flaky crust, it also came with a side salad. I also had a Cafe Americano that was one of the best I've ever had. We can't wait to go back, although we actually live closer to the west side location, so we'll try that one next. read more

I have been patiently waiting for Baguette Cafe to open on this side of town, and it was worth the wait. The owner in his soothing French accent and the rest of the staff greeted me warmly, and asked if I needed guidance with the menu. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu, but my personal favorites are the Brie or Eggplant sandwiches. The price may deter some, but for the quality of sandwiches they make it's worth every penny. I recommend getting one of everything from their display case. If that's not doable, the berry tart, cheesecakes or croissant are always delicious. Outdoor seating is available and spaced out, but since it's located on a busy corner the noise might be an issue if you're looking for a quiet place to dine out. read more

The food may have tasted better if I wasn't too annoyed while eating it. After 40 minutes since we've placed our order, we still haven't gotten our drinks. We noticed that the people seated at the table next to us have already gotten their drinks. So when our food was finally placed on our table a few minutes later, we told the server that we still don't have our drinks. She went up to the bar and got us waters and told us they only have one barista, that's why it's taking a while. Mmmm, ok. When we were about to finish our food, my husband walked up to the "barista" to try and tell him we still had no drinks, but 1 server (a different one) walked up to my husband to ask what the problem was... She looked at a screen that was 10 ft away from her and said it'll be another 3 to 5 minutes... ok. Then, when we finally finished eating our food, hubby went up to the barista to tell him to just make them to-go... The barista looked at his screen and asked us if we're sure our order number was correct... we showed it to him. He said, "I've made those drinks a while back... someone else must have taken them. " Really?? So he made the drinks and didn't even compensate us for the inconvenience, which is the usual practice at reputable restaurants, but that's not a big deal. My biggest concern about all this is that we asked 2 servers from the beginning, and neither one of them asked him directly... Is this lack of common sense from a lot of the staff, or were they too afraid to ask their boss anything? Did I mention they gave us silverware that was covered in greens to eat with?
