Bailiwick Cheesecake!!! Highly recommend

Sports Bar with a stage for live music, plenty of seating, no wait to be seated at 7 p.m. Our server Mark was very attentive, checking on us at least 5 times while we were there 2 hrs. Met my husband's friend for the first time and had a fun time learning all about are a football and stories from their childhood. I ordered a Blackberry Trail and my husband ordered a Barrel-aged Old Fashioned. Both were decent 3/5 but not impressive. Our main dishes and dessert were another story. He ordered the roast chicken which came green beans and waffle fries (4/5)-- it came out smelling mouth wateringly good with plenty of garlic and the chicken was very tender. Generous portion. I ordered the Bacon burger with cheddar and coleslaw (4/5)--crispy bacon, satisfying burger, awesome coleslaw with pineapple and raisins. But best of all was the cheesecake (5/5), served with berries--as good as my friend's homemade ones, creamy and smooth and just sweet enough! A very enjoyable Sunday evening at this great sports bar!

We stayed at The Orleans and tried The Bailiwick for dinner on Friday night. Really nice setting inside, and even with the FIFA match on, it wasn't crowded at all, so we could actually chat with friends without shouting. We ordered Mai Tais, nachos with carnitas that were so good we finished them in a beat, and some kind of barbecue pork (I forget the exact name and totally forgot to take pictures of the food), but it was also delicious. Overall, great atmosphere, tasty food, and a relaxed pace.

So the family told me about this place. I missed going last year but made it this year. Yippee. This was delicious event with me only having a salad. I wasn't super hungry so had to go with the salad but it was crisp and fresh. The ranch is a fresh garlic ranch, yes. I'm loving it. I tasted a piece of my mom fish and chips. Yummy. And my dad baby back ribs fell off the bone. So I think we can say. We likely! The atmosphere has some spot for playing games and it was kid friendly. Of course sports fans can watch the game and there was a nice bar. I didn't indulge this time. But I'll be back!! Service was great our waiter checked in us at the right frequency and remembers everything we asked for. Oh and my parent swear by that coleslaw. I'm not a coleslaw fan in general so I can't tell you, but they love it. LOL

Hello all Draft beer lovers. If you are looking for beer on tap come check out the Bailiwick at the Orleans hotel and casino. Food menu also great selections. From nacho, tacos to steak and fish. For me... I came in didn't know they have my favorite draft beer from Belching Beaver brewery "peanut butter stout" dark, smooth and yummy. I was looking for this on draft for over 3 years in Las Vegas and here we are! Also ordered garlic fries and surprisingly came in waffle style fries and portion is huge. So delicious. Tuna nachos with avocado also yummy, after those 2 dishes, I was full. I can't wait to try pork belly next time. Service is ok. It's just normal nothing special. Like any other casinos. But food, beers and cheer to you who reading this review!

Good overall, but definitely on the pricier side. The menu leans heavily toward bar-style food, and a lot of it feels a bit overpriced--especially when entrées start climbing into the $30s. The spinach and artichoke dip was a standout: super tasty and surprisingly filling. It came with crostinis, and when we asked for more, we were given two different types of bread. The first batch was soft (not our favorite), but the second batch was crunchy and perfect. Glad we asked, because the crunchy ones made the dish. I ordered the Baja Tacos, which were delicious, but a few things missed the mark. They came with chips, salsa, and guac on the side. The chips were oily, so that was a no. The guac and salsa portions were tiny--basically enough for one scoop--which made the sides feel unnecessary if they weren't going to portion them to match the meal. They also came in to‑go ramekins, which felt a little cheap for the price point and the place. Overall, good food and solid flavors, but the pricing and presentation could use a little refinement.

The Orleans is a very popular casino and hotel for Locals. Parking at the Garage was difficult on a saturday night. I had to go to the last row in order to get a spot. By design, there is a lot of area to cover, from the parking lot to the inside of the Casino. They want you to cover as much ground as possible. There were a ton of people here. My cousins were in town and we got together here last month. Busy place. Billiard tables. People constantly coming in and out. Really popular place. I got a look at the Drinks menu, it was like Strip pricing, with the lowest one being $16. I opted for water. That was crazy. As for the food, I tried a chicken wing, and some shrimp. Both were tasty. But the best thing on the Menu was the Nachos, which were stacked pretty high. $16 was pretty good. I did see a huge Pretzel that was hanging, a lot of people were ordering it. I love a soft pretzel. (I am a baker, and that is on my "To Try" list.) The service was very good. The server was very attentive and very nice too. And there was entertainment. The single singer was very good. He could play some instruments too.

**4.5 STARS** Bailiwick is located inside the Orleans Hotel & Casino. We came here after seeing a movie at the Cinemark movie theater in the casino. After doing a quick glance at the menu, we saw enough tasty looking options to give it a try! There was a short wait for a table, though once we sat down I honestly forgot we were in a casino. The vibes inside were chill, but a little loud. There was action around the bar area, with lots of people having lively conversations. There was also live music happening in the mostly empty main dining room area, by a very talented artist by the name of Michael Braun. He was doing covers, and even taking requests (preferably with a tip). DRINKS: They had a good amount of adult beverage options (Vegas, duh), including 8 "Specialty Sips", and a whole section of mules. We ordered a couple different flavors of mules, and both were refreshing and delicious! There is also a solid list of spirits available, sorted by type (whiskey, rum, vodka, tequila, etc.), for custom mixed drinks or enjoying straight up! They also have the standards such as beer, wine, soda, etc. One person in our group ordered and enjoyed the iced tea. FOOD: There is a nice eclectic selection of snacks and meals. Some of the "Munchies" include classic bar foods like Chicken Wings, Artichoke Spinach Dip, a Jumbo Pretzel, and Nachos, with a few elevated options such as Firecracker Shrimp Tempura, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Lettuce Wraps, and Tuna Poke Nachos! They have a section of "Handhelds", which include items such as Smash Burgers, a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Baja Tacos, Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap, a Cuban, and a Roast Beef Dip Sandwich. The "Lite Bites" include a couple different salad options, and a Chicken Tortilla Soup. "Hand Tossed" features a Margherita Pizza, a Meatlovers Italiano Pizza, and the option to build your own from a list of toppings. The "Chef's Features" section has the main attractions. Items like a Blackened Ribeye, Fish & Chips, Blackened Salmon, Roast Prime Rib, Roasted Chicken, and Baby Back Ribs! Don't forget the sides! "A Little Something Extra" highlights favorite sides such as Garlic Fries, Crispy Green Beans, Baked Potato, and French Onion Mac & Cheese. When you get towards the end, make sure you "Save Room For Awesome" if you like a sweet treat. This dessert menu is highlighted by their signature Cheesecake, Beignets, Molten Lava Cake, Peach Cobbler, and a Cookie Skillet! There were so many additional items we wished we could have tried, but really enjoyed the ones we did. The Firecracker shrimp ($17) was definitely a favorite. The sauce was very flavorful (obviously we got an extra side of it for dipping), and they were perfectly breaded. We split a full rack of ribs ($32), and it was a very large serving! We had asked for extra BBQ sauce on the side, though our server had misunderstood and put all the sauce on the side. It ended up being ok, as it gave us a chance to let the grilled taste and let the seasoning shine. It came with corn on the cob, and we upgraded to the (waffle) garlic fries. We also ordered the mac & cheese ($11) on the side, which was super creamy. They also have cute little robots that help deliver food to the floor for the servers to drop at tables! OVERALL: This was a great spot to come grab a meal within the Orleans Casino. It was a nice getaway from the bright lights and noises of the casino itself. The ambiance was enjoyable with the live music, and the food was all delicious. The staff was friendly, and our server was attentive and helped answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend checking out Bailiwick if you are in the area! @bbnem.eats

This bar and grill is located in the Orleans. Nothing too special but nothing the complain about. The service was good and food was so so. We had an array of food but nothing stood out as being the go to or wanting to get it again. For an appetizer we got the big pretzel which comes with a beer cheese and brown mustard (full of horseradish). Would be better with plain nacho cheese. The burger was decent size, the pizza was decent get a side of ranch, but would pass on everything else we had pictures of.

We both ordered the prime rib this time and it did not disappoint again. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Only thing I missed from the last time is the yorkshire pudding, this time it came with a baked potato. I also ordered the barrel aged old fashioned, which complimented the prime rib so well.

This was a gem!!! Definitely a slave pub feel. They even have a band that plays and you can cue up and play pool as you wait! The ambiance is very modern pub and our server (Eric) was awesome! We love that people still take pride in their customer service skills! The pub was very spacious and the air circulation was great. We couldn't smell any cigarette smoke! We were not very hungry but wanted something COMFORTING. We ordered their steak French dip and their meat filled pizza along with an adult sodas! The pizza was fresh and tasted like it was stone fired! The crust was light and crispy on the outside and soft and warm in the inside! The sauce was flavorful and plentiful! They didn't skimp on the meat either! (BTW-SBARRO Pizza at the food court was selling two slices for $19.99 and our whole pizza was $17.50). The steak french dip was yummylicious! Steak was tender and flavorful. The French roll was fresh!!! The shitsje mushrooms added oomph! Again, the meat was plentiful! The crosscut fries were fresh and crispy with seasoning salt! Definitely got what we asked for! Great comfort food! The adult sodas must have been good, because the husbinator took his time sipping to actually enjoy it. We would definitely come back again!

The Orleans is a favorite for us, we were on the strip most of the day to see the Van Gough show. See that review on Yelp too. Seated in a booth with a first row seat to see the Dodgers play Philly was perfect. Our server Nick was great, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I had some fun giving him old server jargon. M wanted to have some tastes tonight, she ordered... Poke Nachos, Onion & Mac & cheese, and Artichoke Dip. Alright then, I was in favor to give 'em a go and I ordered the Smash Burger. They were all good, hot, and brought out as soon as they hit the window...all right. Artichoke dip was flavorful and I especially note good size of artichoke pieces. not the pure one would so often find, The Mac and Onion and cheese, hot and tasty and not with pasty cheese, it was a tid bit runny yet covered the pasta well. The Nacho's looked good, M said the tortilla chips were crunchy and good. My smashed burger was good but somehow how the smash never happened, I got a burger(s) with two slices of cheese...hum. We had a good meal, certainly a few other items to sample on the menu but all in good time. The Dodgers lost the game, we won some at the slots but the really the house always wins, overall it was a fun evening. foodguy-martin

If you like bar food like I like bar foods this is a great place to hang and try amazing beers. Our server was nick who helped us select the best beers on the menu idk what the heck nick was doing there because he would make a better looking Superman. Dude should be an actor or model. Seriously he is better looking than the current Superman. I wish I took a pic of nick so you could see but that'd be creepy so I digress. They change the menu all the time it seems because I couldn't find Reuben egg-rolls, mini grilled cheese w soup, corn dogs, etc. I wish they would add fried pickles or a dynamite chicken with garlic aioli or something or at least make the former stuff a special. Still I was okay with what I ordered. It's bar food.

Was visiting the Orleans Hotel and Casino with my family. It was around 9:15pm and not that many restaurants were open. We stumbled across Bailiwick which closed at 10pm. We were seated immediately and server, Mark assisted us. My cousin and I and ordered build your own pizza (pepperoni, onion, and mushroom) to share, while my mom opted for a club sandwich. The food was good, and the ambiance was pleasant. The service was also solid throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was Wall-E, their computer-on-wheels! Wall-E (unsure of his name but that's what I named him) delivers food to tables and clears dirty dishes, adding a fun and futuristic touch to the dining experience. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see him in action during our meal, as he was on a break when our food arrived. We enjoyed the food so much that we ordered takeout from Balliwick's the next day to eat in our hotel room. Unfortunately, they don't deliver to the rooms so I had to get it. Overall, Balliwick's at the Orleans Hotel offers good food, great service, and a unique atmosphere that's worth checking out!

Here for Christmas Eve dinner with family, they accommodated our large family and even put us in a private room, which was great for our family with 4 young kids. Food was delicious, with generous portions. Drinks great. Serious was friendly. Food served by robots. Would come back for prime rib dinner alone and extensive beer on tap. read more

This place had a bit of a wait (40-45 min wait time), I was put on the list and was told I would be texted when my table was ready. It turns out I didn't have to wait too long. The hostess was nice and led me to my table with my menus. They had quite a variety of drink and food to choose from. I can tell the staff tries to work as a team because I've had different people serve me. The first contact delivered water, I tried to order my beer from her but was told my server will come and take my order. So, water is here and I waited for my server. After a bit of wait, she came to greet me and I was able to order all that I wanted at one time. I knew this place was busy and would be expecting a delayed service. Drinks came and shortly after my Reuben egg rolls arrived. The egg rolls were ok, I was curious to how they were going to be, it was a little too salty for me with the 1,000 island dressing, but what I really liked was the creamy coleslaw. I ordered the ribeye steak and vegetables with fries. It was delivered by another person. At one point during all this, I saw a robotic serving cart go by with food on it, delivering another tables meal. How high tech! The steak was good and nicely flavored until I reached the mid portion of it. It was undercooked. I like my steak medium rare-but this was pretty raw. I showed it to the gentleman who delivered it and he was kind enough to get it flash cooked. The Golden Knights game was playing and all the bars and restaurants were pretty loud, of course that was to be expected! Over all, the experience was ok, the food was ok. The service was pretty nice, everyone was friendly. If you're looking for some drinks and food with a diverse menu to enjoy with some friends, this may be the choice for you other than the other food offerings in this hotel. Bailiwick is a pretty cool place to go eat at. When you step inside the bright yet somehow dim area of the entrance, you are greeted and you sit down in a comfy chair. Meanwhile depending on what day you visit, a live band plays while you enjoy your food. The short and sweet, Bailiwick has excellent burgers, starter items and desserts like the cheesecake, fitting of its pub-like atmosphere. The prime rib itself was not bad, but not worth $29. We ordered garlic parmesan chicken wings, prime rib, and cheesecakes for dessert. Our server wasn't particularily the happy type but she did take our order efficiently. Our busboy on the other hand was amazing. Every time our water even started being half-full, he would come by and fill up the rest with water. As soon as we finished eating, he immediately took almost all our plates and asked us if it was good, which is what the server is supposed to do. Service wise, our busboy made us feel more welcome than the server, which was surprising. The garlic parmesan chicken wings were....ok. Imagine wingstop garlic parmesan chicken wings but dry. Theres not much to say about the wings besides they were $13 and not worth it. We both ordered the prime rib medium rare, with a side of french fries for one, and mashed potatoes for the other. The prime rib itself was certainly flavorful, yet feels like it needs to be of better quality somehow. If you've ever been to the Ellis Island cafe and had their prime rib, this prime rib is similar to that, but more flavorful. In comparison though, a double prime rib totalling 32oz at Ellis Island is $29.99, and the prime rib at Bailiwick is $29 for 12 oz. You will get much better value heading to Ellis Island strictly for prime rib, just add a bit of salt if you need to. I believe that the steaks and prime rib here is what Prime Rib Loft used to server before they closed. The mashed potatoes and brocollini that came on the side for the prime rib on the other hand was absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes were actually seasoned, buttery, and so good it didn't even need gravy. The brocollini was cooked in a butter sauce and tasted amazing as well. Finally, the cheesecake with berries we ordered for dessert was another highlight of our meal. This cheesecake is freaking amazing. The fresh tasting berry sauce drizzled on the creamy, lucious cheesecake is a match made in heaven. The cookie crust on the bottom is somehow buttery, soft and crispy at the same time. I cannot explain this texture well enough, but what I can say is definitely try the cheesecake! Overall, Bailiwick is a great place to come if you want to enjoy pub-style food such as Buffalo Chicken Sliders, burgers, a big pretzel, and feel comfy while eating. If you want a good value prime rib that is tasty, I would go eat somewhere else. read more

Stayed at Orleans for the 2nd time this year. I examined the casino's dining options by checking the websites of all the restaurants. I liked Bailiwick, especially for their Happy Hour offerings since I was hungry at 4:30 pm. I asked about the food and she said there's no such thing. I mentioned the website and she inquired with her manager and returned saying they do not have Happy Hour food items. I told her the website is promoting it and they refused to honor it or acknowledge it. I'm from a State where if something is advertised, the company has to honor it. I was shocked at the unprofessional way they handled this. I showed the waitress their website on my phone and she thanked me, then took my order off the regular menu. I ordered smashed sliders, and when they delivered the food she left without offering me any condiments at all. There was no Salt and Pepper on the table. No ketchup, hot sauce, nothing. Once again, I'm reminded how wonderful and service and food are at this restaurant. My bartender, Tee, who was also my food server, was friendly, fast, efficient, and didn't make me feel rushed. She was very attentive to my needs and often proactive in getting me whatever I needed. Sumi, another bartender, was also friendly and attentive to my needs. She made an effort to say hello. The food was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and came out quick. I love the selection available to choose from the menu. read more

40 different beers on tap! Robot servers! Live music on the weekends. This place is great before a movie and knocks the pants off TGI Fri-Nays!! The burger was delicious but the poke nachos were our favorite. read more

What happened to this place ? First up the menu has changed and not for the better. No longer have any pasta. Next the service was incredibly slow if not completely non existent We waited and waited for food and during this wait no one checked on us refilled drinks came by at all. After a 40 minute wait for soup and grilled cheese it was cold. The burger was cold. The shrimp was ok The Mac and cheese had a full bay leaf in the middle. Quite the unpleasant surprise, The garlic fries and beef sandwich were only part of our meals that that were decent Two stars because 2 of our party of 7 were satisfied. read more

MOOD: Gamble Stopped by the Orleans for the first time in years. Originally came to gamble a bit and got hungry. We decided to stop here and ordered EGG ROLLS: Corn beef egg rolls weren't very tasty to me (and I love corn beef) a friend of mine finished them but said it wasn't any thing they'd order again. Ribeye: Cooked a little more than requested but it was still tasty. The truffle garlic fries were great. Jambalaya was also pretty good. The ambience is pretty relaxing although they do have a stage that looks like they may have a live band some days so I'm sure that's fun. Overall, I wasn't blown away by the food but it wasn't horrible either. read more

Janet our server was smiling and happy and awesome! Emily also came in and was so helpful and attentive. John the manager was so helpful with a salad order and we ended up with a steak special. Food was sooo good and actually hot and so delicious. We ate at another venue in Las Vegas that served cold baked potatoes. Not here! So good. The steak cooked to perfection and green beans also cooked perfectly! Beer selection was awesome and they offer a beer flight that also was fantastic! Located inside the Orlean's Casino Bailiwick has been around for a few years now, but our first time to finally try. A nice place for a late dinner or just drinks. They offer some nice appetizers which we just ordered Chicken wings, Reuben egg roll, a wedge salad, and Boston Clam chowder. Chicken wings were average. Wedge salad also average. Reuben egg rolls were very good, but a bit salty, so the thousand island dressing for dipping was a great balancer. Boston clam chowder was my favorite of everything we ordered. Very creamy and nice chunks of clam. Our service was great. Antonina was very attentive even though she was spread out thin due to the many tables she had to wait on. Last thing is, Bailiwick is the perfect place for watching sports while eating or drinking. Especially because they have a variety of draft beer choices. read more

The service here was horrible! Our server was very absent minded and the restaurant wasn't even busy. There were 2 tables in her section and she still didn't provide good service. To start, it took her about 20 mins to realize the host had sat us in her section. We ordered the lettuce wraps as a starter and when she brought the starter out, she didn't provide us plates or silverware. We sat for about 10 mins without anything to eat the food with. I had to get up and go to the bartender at the bar to ask for plates and silverware. As for the starter, the lettuce wraps were brown in the middle, which wasn't very appetizing. We had to trim the lettuce to avoid the brown. We eventually ordered our main course. We got the shredded beef nachos and the bbq pork belly burger. The burger was pretty tasty, I would recommend it. The nachos were ok, but not something I would recommend. When the food was being delivered by our server, we asked for hot sauce. She literally disappeared and never came back. I had to get up and go to the bar again to ask for hot sauce from the bartender. If we end up coming back here, we'll be sitting at the bar. The bartender was great! We will never sit at the tables again, the service was horrible. read more

This joint was recommended for a very good Cuban Sandwich. My Son loves Cubans... and their sandwiches. The two of us tried them and they were as good as advertised. Our dinner companions were also very happy with their meals and agreed to eat with us again... a big honor considering how well they function as wives (their taste in men is questionable however). We went to celebrate a birthday with happy hour. Lei Lei was our server again and so sweet. Their happy hour has no discounted food and $2 off drinks. The food was good . The robot delivered our food, but the sound wasn't working, so sad. This was the reason we came here. We asked if they do anything for birthdays and she said only if you pay, so do not do birthdays here. There are so many other places that do special things for people's birthdays! I wasn't feeling all that famished since the slots were paying and I was eager to keep the ball rolling. I was happy to find a nice variety of items on the menu that fit the bill. Whether you're looking for steak, a burger, or just some apps, I'm sure you'll find something to satisfy you. Prices are reasonable considering how much things have gone up during this Covid crisis. Petite filet and lobster for $56. 16 oz. ribeye for $41. 12 oz. prime rib for $36. I would have ordered one of those if I had a been really hungry. I settled for the Japanese fish tacos which came with 3 mini miso-seared tuna tacos with sesame slaw and a creamy sriracha sauce. Just enough to hit the spot. The tuna was fresh and seared ever so slightly. My wife ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which unfortunately weren't a hit with her. I had a taste and found it to be rather bland. I did start off with a Hendrick's gin and tonic so I was already content. The bartender did a nice job mixing it just the way I like it. I like the vibe of the room. We're planning a family reunion this summer and thought we could have one of our gatherings here but the max they could accommodate is 20 so we'll have play it by ear depending on how many people fly in from Hawaii the night before we actually start. I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I come to The Orleans pretty often for movies or gambling, and it's caught my eye but I'd never actually been in before. I'd tried making reservations thru OpenTable in the past, but they were booked out for weeks supposedly. Which is weird cause this place doesn't usually look SUPER packed. But according to a sign inside they've switched to a first-come-first-serve system. Which was totally fine. We came here on a Friday night around 9 and were seated right away. The food we ordered was good, but nothing was mind blowing. Everything LOOKED beautiful tho. The flavors were just kinda so-so. Pretzel was a little overdone, drummies were a little under-done, and the au jus needed more flavor (or maybe just more salt). Highlights were the butter pickles (I could have eaten a bucket of those), and the fries. I will say, the portion size to value was really good! Other than the sandwich, our meal was all "small plates" but any one of them would have been filling on its own. We're in the casino enough that I'll probably give it another try, because their menu looks fun, and it seems like they have specials they switch up. read more

I always like going to bailiwick when I'm playing poker at Orleans. I usually sit in the bar and on Sunday they had a really good singer. They have all the sports games in the bar and food portions are always good. The nachos have lots of toppings and I love the poke nachos. Normal nachos are good as well, it's a great option in this hotel. read more

This is a way better choice than the copper whisk! Service and food are both better here. Besides being very noisy during sporting events you can't go wrong here. We've never been disappointed by our orders here. The hot dog is huge and prolly the best I've ever had! I'd pass on the sticky ribs tho. Located in the Orleans Casino, it's a non gambling establishment. Emphasis is on their variety of beers and super special bottle beers. $30 and higher special edition and sizes of celebratory beer can be had here. Lots of food, ranging from pizzas, sliders and salad. Friendly servers. Just don't bring any drinks from casino floor into the place. Weekends seem to have a variety of musical groups. read more

Where to start? The beer selection is amazing.. over 40 beers on tap from domestic to craft!! Make sure to visit Thursday afternoon/evenings for their raffles as well during the Thursday night football game. I tried a small bite of the beef and it was very tender and tasty. Our server was very attentive and very helpful. I would rate 4.5 only because both proteins were very thin. Yelp will not allow a 4.5 rating so I rounded up because of spectacular service and some way out there spectacular flavors.

Unfortunately, the restaurant charged his card three separate charges totaling $250 ($100, $100, and $50). He contacted the restaurant and was initially told the refund would be processed within 3 days. After following up again 3 days later, he was told the employee who handles refunds was out of the country and that he should not have been told 3 days. He then received an email from Thaddeus confirming the cancellation fee was only $25 per person and stating he could use the $100 as credit toward a future visit if he showed the email at the restaurant. However, the additional $150 in charges was never addressed. My son replied to the email asking about the extra charges and still has not received a response 3 days later. At this point, he is handling the matter through his bank's fraud department. Very disappointing experience, especially with the lack of communication and accountability. I would not recommend this place.

Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

This place is aesthetically gorgeous from the waterfall to the decor and luxury both seating. I noticed the hostess was also serving tables and the bartender (red flag). Service was extremely slow. My fried chicken wings arrived after and extended wait time, while my vegetable fried rice took even longer. My friends short rib were excellent she said but her mashed potatoes were actually cold. It felt as though part of the plate had been prepared and left sitting while the rest of the meal was finished. She declined to share the feedback because she didn't want to wait even longer. The restaurant was also out of plenty menu items as well as an ingredient needed for one of their signature cocktails. I ordered the wings but they were heavily seasoned with what tasted like additional seasoning added after frying. I literally coughed after taking a bite and my friend coughed as well trying to eat one due to all the seasoning. The kimchi Brussels sprouts had potential but they were tough and overly salty. The biggest disappointment was the vegetable fried rice. It was overwhelmed with soy sauce to the point that it was difficult to eat. My friend tasted it and immediately noticed the difference between my rice and her oxtail fried rice. I eventually walked to the bar and asked for it to be removed from the bill. The restroom had toilet paper scattered across the floor the trash can was overflowing there was no soap available and the sink area needed attention. Like this was at opening which means that restroom was dirty from the night before. The lack of organization was very noticeable. Employees seemed to be pulled in multiple directions and at one point I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to get assistance. Even the cook brought out food and commented that he should not have been serving which made the staffing challenges even more obvious. I genuinely wanted to love this place but with a $146 boll for two people the experience did not match the price point. I understand that staffing issues happen but this place is a hot mess. Customers should not have to absorb the impact through slow service inconsistent food quality and cleanliness concerns.

At one of the bars we randomly stopped at on the property before the show, one of the bartenders gave us a buy one get one free cocktail for VooDoo Lounge if we went. And there was no cover charge to get in! Sold! We decided to head up there after the show. This spot is locaed on the 51st (I believe) floor of the hotel but you enter on the second floor and take an elevator up. After a quick check our IDs and search of our bags and whatnot, we were able to take the elevators upstairs. As soon as we got there, I booked it for the outside patio. I mean, come on, you have to! This is really what sold me. WOW! It's STUNNING up there! Amazing views on the Strip unlike anything I've ever seen before. There was also a DJ up there and he was playing great music. For a Friday night, it wasn't super busy, but still really nice. We were able to sit wherever we wanted, as the tables and lounge seating was totally open for everyone to enjoy. We took in the beautiful views and each had a cocktail. Our server was outstanding and did a great job waiting on us. Sadly, we were getting a Vegas thunderstorm underway so the DJ had to stop and security all ushered us inside. Still, nonetheless, this was such a cool experience and one I'll continue to talk about. Definitely go if you can!

I've eaten here several times and have been pleased with Bailiwick. I've never posted any comments or reviews in my life, however this past dinner (1/19/22) was absolutely terrible. I ordered a wedge salad and a medium rare ribeye with baked potato. Salad was great (how can you mess up a wedge of iceberg lettuce, toss in some bacon bits and diced red onions). Steak came out and presentation was on par with Bailiwick. Potato and broccolini were tasty. Now the "ribeye" ,,,, nice first impression but as I touch with my fork and knife I thought it was more of a med to med-well. It was not easy to cut as all ribeye should be. Upon first cut, appeared steak was not juicy at all, I noticed it had no fat content. Very chewy. Tried a second bite and then it dawned to me that this seems more like a sirloin. Cut several areas of the steak and saw no fat marble on any part of this steak. Server asked hows my meal. I told her this is not a ribeye. No apology from her but states she can call her manager. Female manager comes and says she "pretty sure" it's a ribeye. No apology and says she will bring out the chef to speak to me. For what ... a crash course on cuts of meat?! Not sure even if he's the one that cooked it. I assured her this is not the first time I've had a ribeye! But this is the worst ribeye (if it is) I've ever had. Chef (as he is dressed as, he never introduces himself) comes out with a tray with 2 cuts of meat and tries to educate me but I point out to him that one is a NY strip steak and the other is a ribeye ( I know my cuts of meat) and continue to show him that the cuts I made throughout my steak has no fat content, it's dry, and very chewy. He tells me that each cut of ribeye can be different in its fat content. I tell (and show him) that the cut I have and the cut he has is no where the same. He nods his head and continues to tell me that he stands by it and does not offer fire up a new one. I end up just enjoying my broccolini and eat a little more of my baked potato. I sent a picture of the steak before and after I cut into it to a friend of mine that's a chef at a large hotel chain to get his opinion. He said that it's definitely not a ribeye. There's absolutely no marbling of fat that he could see. Although I felt like just leaving without tipping there are other workers that work very hard to make sure your water glass is full and tables are bussed and reset promptly, so I did leave a small gratuity that I wish could just go to them. Spend your $50 for a steak dinner elsewhere! read more

Came in today with 2 friends visiting and I have to say service was outstanding! Everything was perfect our sweet bubbly waitress Wendy greeted us immediately upon arrival and was very knowledgeable about the menu so my wife and I decided to let her choose our meals, I ended up having the steak frites, best garlic butter I've ever tasted in my life! My wife had what I believe is the bailiwick burger and my friends had black bean burger and seafood rolls. No complains at all besides that Wendy didn't know what part of the cow a flat iron steak came from. I'm kidding I'm kidding that's a joke lol there was Monday night football when we dined in but the waitress did mention there is live entertainment Thursday through Saturday so I'll definitely have to come back and check that out. This is a go to spot for some of our friends. We always come on a night when there is live music and it's a chill experience. I like trying their beer specials, having a couple of appetizers and then hanging out at the casino. One of my favorite dishes is the ahi tuna tacos. Pretty small portions but tasty. There are pool tables in the back and couches in the corner. It's easy to get comfortable and a relaxing experience for locals and big groups. Actually we just met with 12 friends the other night and there was a table that accommodated all of us, not too loud and great view of the band. We've seen the dueling pianos, and also extremely talented musicians on guitar and keyboard. They take requests, so that always fun. Great hang out. read more

We were told by my brother-in-law that we had to come here, so since the hubby and I don't cook for Thanksgiving anymore I figured why not since they were the only ones open. I ordered the brussels sprouts salad with the white balsamic vinaigrette to start and it was absolutely delicious. Hubby started with the bacon & eggs. My husband's main dish was the fish and chips and I had the hot turkey pastrami. I figured why not have turkey today. lol Ashley, our server, was very knowledgeable about all menu items because we sure asked about tons of stuff before we made our decision and once we did she was extremely attentive. After rudely being denied service with 9 guests an Ondori Asian Noodles, we went to Bailiwick. Not only did they give us a fun room by ourselves, they treated us with kindness, amazing customer service and the food was great! The food & drinks came fast and they didn't miss a beat! Later, there was live entertainment and it was fun to listen to. Mari I believe was our server and she went above and beyond! The manager even came in and checked on us! I had the smash burger and fried green beans with the NO YOU DIDN'T drink to remember my bad experience from ONDORI. We had a wonderful time and will be back in the future! read more

Came here last week with my girlfriend we shared the brisket fries and a pasta. Although the fries weren't actual fries but instead chips they were delicious! Sweet because of the BBQ but the horseradish sauce balanced it out! My wife had a picante Rita she loved it. Im not a fav of jalapeño so didn't try it lol but service was up top! Our server Wendy was very kind and kept checking back with us gave outstanding service. She's the one that recommended the picante Rita and the brisket fries. DJ named Sheela is racist. Do not come here. She kept calling my friend "Jackie Chan" just because he's Asian. He was offended by this and complained to the useless management, and they've done nothing besides say that she's gotten that complaint before. Uh so fire her?!? She embarrassed and offended him and obviously has done it before. And the management should get replaced too but since higher ups don't truly care about customers, they won't. read more

Went in for happy hour. Got the wings, garlic parm and they were good. Got a pretzel, it was ok even though it was hard in the skinny parts and the cheese sauce tasted watered down. Got 2 low range draft beers, with the $2 off each for happy hour and they were still $8 each, for a basic domestic draft. WTF Total for all was $34 The place is only open 6 hours a day.
