My phone was broken, so I looked for a Groupon to get my screen repaired; I found a great deal to get it done at Baillio's. I live in Santa Fe, and so I was bummed to learn that the store here closed. I made an appointment, but it wasn't for another month. When I made the appointment online, I explained that I lived in Santa Fe and that I already had been without my phone for about two (2) weeks. I mentioned some days I would be in Albuquerque, and I asked that if they had ANY openings or cancellations to please contact me. The next day, Baillio's electronic technician, Brian, called me and said he would squeeze me in, no matter what, the next time I was in Albuquerque. I went to Albuquerque today, dropped my phone off, and in about an hour and a half I went to pick my phone up -- it was as good as new! Not only did Brian repair my screen, but since he had an extra back he replaced the back of my phone as well. Brian went out of his way to help me, especially since he had a booked schedule. Brian did a phenomenal job repairing my phone, and he has some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen. This was the first time I had ever stepped into this store, and it was an amazing experience. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and exceptional. From now on, I will go to Baillio's - whether it be to have something repaired or to buy new products (i.e. appliances, furniture, stereo systems or other electronics)! I would recommend them over any other business; and this is coming from someone that always went to well-known chains. Go to Baillio's - you won't regret it!!! read more

We purchased a dishwasher and washing machine from here within the last six months. The entire staff is so kind right up until they have your money. Cassandra the "customer service" person who answers the phone on the repairs and warranty side is a nightmare. We have to be the ones to follow up, because even when she gives a follow up date, she doesn't follow through. Refuses to answer questions or offer to transfer to anyone who can. Yes, within six months our dishwasher is now a useless drying rack. "No worries! It's under warranty!" One would think. It has been broken for a month while Cassandra continues to repeat, "All I can tell you is the part's not here." I called back AFTER the date we were given that the part would be in and I am given the same answer! No new estimated timeframe. No acknowledgement that it keeps getting prolonged or offer to look into it further to even TRY to find the new date it would arrive. Nothing. Cassandra just repeats, "All I can tell you is the part's not here." Extremely frustrating experience. I left a message with who she said was her supervisor, David, with all of my information. That was Monday. Today is Thursday with no response from David about my call. TLDR: "customer service" should be telling people they handle issues if and when they please and don't care how their customers feel after purchasing. I am incredibly disappointed. read more

I purchased a very large screen TV, receiver, controllers, wall mount and associated equipment from Baillio's. It required lots of questions getting answered. Anthony Marquez not only answered all my questions but optimized the entire purchase for my needs and unique requirements. His expertise was remarkable and necessary for this sale. He was the expert I needed to design the exact system for which I was looking. He and the entire staff made this a very productive and instructive experience. Then came the installation. The installers, Cade and Max, were completely on top of not only the parts ordered from Baillio's, but also the special system location and my existing equipment and how to optimize their integration. This was not simple or easy as it also required significant programming on site with the control software and extra real physical installation effort. Some issues arose with the existing equipment and other requirements which were all immediately resolved with grace and speed. The entire staff at Baillo's was a real pleasure to deal with and concerned that I got exactly what I wanted/needed. Just purchased a 75" TV with sound bar and full installation. The sales department was great and most importantly KNOWLEDGABLE about their products. No ding on Best Buy, I've made many purchases them in the past and will again in the future, but for my specific needs Baillio's was obviously the best decision. Kudos to James and Jason who ensured I purchased the set-up I wanted. They were not interested in selling me the most expensive, only what I wanted at the price I wanted. But the highlight had to be the installation. Me attempting the wall mount and hidden wires would have been the biggest mistake since John Travolta agreed to do Battlefield Earth. Both Jason and Jody were on time and professional, even assisting with a last minute change to ensure I got everything I wanted. I needed a washer ASAP.  I checked out places in town but either no one was available to help me or there were no prices posted on machines. Went to Baillio's. Andy Weston knew exactly what my old washer looked like and what it measured (before I told him)!  And the price on the washer was so good that I decided to get the matching dryer.  I was extremely impressed with the help and knowledge and customer service that I received at Baillio's. And delivery of my appliances was conveniently scheduled for the next day. Kudos also go to James who delivered--on time--and was careful of doors and walls when removing the old ones and installing the new washer/dryer.  The big box stores just can't compete with a company where customer service is superb! Our 60" HDTV died, so it was off to Baillos for a new one. Since moving to Albuquerque ten years ago, we have bought from this large independent dealer because of their lowest price guarantee. When the new set arrived we learned the 3D would not function with our Directv. Our technology was not listed on the Directv website as compatible. Baillos Sales Rep, Dan Pitts, came to our home at no charge, and called Directv, He had it up and running in no time. If you are in the market for a new flat screen, check out the sound bars for enhanced viewing. We went with the five years warranty across the board. If we don't use it we get half the cost back store credit back after the five years. Baillos will continue to have our electronics and appliance business. I just got my new TV from Baillo's today. First of all the salesman, Jason, was extremely professional and helpful and helped me select the best TV for my needs. I am an elderly widow and had an old ( huge) TV that needed to be carried away. He arranged for my TV to be delivered, professionally installed and for my old TV to be carried away. The crew who installed the TV (Cody) and his assistant spent two hours making sure that everything was properly installed and that my TV and DVD player were working perfectly and that I understood how to use everything. Cody and Jason both gave me their Cards with their cell phone numbers in case I needed help. I had to pay extra for this service, but I would never have been able to do it myself. Been shopping at Baillio's now for 6 years. I will never buy appliances outside of Baillio's. They are the lowest in town and will always beat their competition. Their service has been well above par. After buying from places like best buy and Lowes for appliances and getting such crapy service, like late delivery or just not showing up at all, I went to Baillio's and yeah I had to wait 3 days, but they delivered and I paid the 50 fee to have them set up the Fridge and washer and dryer. So glad I did because something ended up being wrong with the fridge( was not their fault, whoever mad it messed something up) So baillio's got me a new fridge in two days, and delivered and set it up. I was unable to actually go into Baillio's as I have a broken ankle and was unable to drive....However, after doing my research as to the appliance I wanted to purchase I spoke with Andy Weston in the sales department. He was very professional and helpful in making corrections to the original order, refunding my credit card and making arrangements for delivery. Couldn't have been more pleased. Then to top it off the delivery personnel, Manuel and Mike were just exceptional in removing my old appliance, allowing us to clean behind the applicance, installing the new machine and instructing me as to the use. Went in looking for a fridge my wife wanted. Found Andy Weston, great sales person knows what he is talking about and told us the difference between all products. Long story short, after speaking with Andy, the wife and I ended up buying the Frigidaire Gallery freezer, fridge, stove and microwave. Andy told us about the extended warranty and explained it to us and how it works. We took it home that day, 3 weeks later spoke with Andy again and gave me a great price on the Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher to complete our kitchen appliances. I have been so impressed with my Baillo's repair service! Delores, the scheduler was so prompt in calling me when parts were in and scheduling my appointments. Jared, the parts manager was able to find all of the parts that I needed and was curteous and helpful and prompt in returning phone calls. I always can depend on exceptional service when I do business with Baillio's. Comcast installed the new box for my TV on Monday morning but I had to have my Univerasal remote reprogrammed. I called Baillios and spoke to Jody Yesville and he sent Mr. Jason Weisberg out to my home that afternoon. Jason knew exactly what to do and completed the job with knowledge and professionalism. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Baillio's. I placed an order online and received WRITTEN confirmation from BOTH Baillio's and PayPal, yet the store claimed they couldn't process my payment DURING pick-up. I was given conflicting information, asked to retry the purchase multiple times, and ultimately had to jump through hoops for immediate purchase and clarity. Poor communication, lack of accountability from Management, and unnecessary delays created a terrible customer experience. I wouldn't trust their sales process or Management. read more

I usually don't bother with reviews, but felt compelled to here. Awesome Computer Serivce! Don't let the abundance of TV's and appliances fool you - these guys know computer service. They have Apple certified and PC Techs and they concentrate on repair only as they are not salesman. I recently had an issue with my Mac and had a hard time finding service (don't like Apple store's appointment runaround). Suggested an affordable but super high quality Speed Queen washer and dryer set (delivered quickly) that is just as good if not better than what I'd been using for the past 20 years. He knew the inventory and answered all my questions easily and without any "salesman pressure."
