We were happy that they were able to seat our party of six quickly. The serving staff was very friendly and efficient. We only had one hour to eat because we had a concert to go to afterward. The buffalo wing appetizers were good, but the asparagus bruschetta was just so-so. We were surprised that the Cadillac margaritas, which were not very good, were more expensive than the old fashion, which was remarkably good. Everyone enjoyed their food. Our waiter was quick but not exactly personable. We got Irish nachos to the appy and they were really good no liked how thin the potato's were. They legit are chips. I got the snitzel. It was real good, but I would have liked some more seasoning on the potatoes or brussel sprouts. Or maybe another filet of snitzel and less Brussels or potatoes. Horrible experience. Had a reservation. Hostess never looked up and walked us to our table with zero personality and zero eye contact. A guy brought us water with zero eye contact or words said. Took a group of 30 people to Temecula for mine and my sister's birthday. Started at stampede which was wonderful low cover charge great staff lots of room and great music. Well we wanted to go across the street to Baily's. So as we get to the line, they tell us that it's $40 cover to get in. We told them that that was too expensive and that we were going to go back to stampede mind you everybody in my group was dressed in cowboy attire, and the manager guy of Bailey's came out and told us that we were white supremacist and we should go back to the white supremacist bar. Never mind the fact that there was an array of skin color in our group. The owner of this establishment should be very disappointed. They lost a lot of money by saying that to our group because we will never be back. read more

No one was at the front desk so we had to catch someone's eye to come help us. Our waitress was very nice but the food was nothing special. The menu seems all over the place. Started off with nachos which was nothing crazy and came out in maybe 2 minutes. Next we had the pastas and both seemed very chewy. The bolognese didn't taste like a bolognese and rather like jar sauce and was just missing something. Ended it with a dessert and wasn't impressed. I threw a surprise birthday party at this venue and overall experience, I would definitely not recommend them. The coordinator was not as accommodating as you'd want her to be. I'm a very easy going person when it comes to meeting with people, responding back & just simply communicating the day of. The way they communicate with you, you feel like they're doing you the favor. On top of that, they were slow on providing beverages to our guest of 30 people, until you have to notify them that people are waiting on their drinks, then when you ask to speak with a manager... the manager never once came out the entire day of the event. I had one issue, where one of the securities would not allow two of my relatives back in (they left to drop off my kids before the night life started was not provided a bracelet to get into their night life lounge and made them get back in line. I even reached out to their owners (Chris & Kim Baily) via email- no response or acknowledgment. I can recommend 10 restaurants / lounges in Temecula with better service, simple communication skills & better accommodation- highly do not recommend them or even plan to go back to this establishment. We went here for my friends birthday. The place is nice. Lots of room, white table cloths and inviting atmosphere. The service was very good. From front desk to server to busser. Great job! The food. . .not so much. While the appetizers came out fine, it was dinner that was the let down. Weather it was fish, chicken or steak. Across the board everyone complained their food was dry. And the steaks were cooked passed temp requested. That's really the reason for the rating. If I'm going to spend the food should be the star not the let down. My friend and I went for the $50.00 per person Mother's Day Brunch. We booked our reservation for 3:00pm. Last booking of the day and only one available. We were so disappointed and couldn't get out of there fast enough. It took 17 minutes before a server even approached us. The salad was limp and wilted. Really warm. The crab was cold and rubbery The shrimp was fishy tasting. The desserts had zero sweetness to them. We both took a strawberry cheesecake and we could not even tell it was cheesecake! Tasted NOTHING like cheesecake. Rather it had an almond taste to it. They had blueberry muffins. My favorite. My friend and I each took one. We regretted it instantly. The blueberries were BEYOND sour and disgusting. We couldn't get drinks. We sat with watered down soda and melted ice in our glasses. When I was finally able to chase down someone the guy just refilled into the watered down remains. Added no fresh ice. Then touched the straw while placing it in the glass, at our table, right in front of us. The food was awful. The service was awful! Denny's offers better service! And they don't cost over $100.00!! What a disappointing Mother's Day. Loss of time, gas, money. It was late in the day. Food had been sitting all day. They weren't super busy at 3pm. By 3:20 pm there was only 3 tables with guests. Our table had 2. The table heading out had 4. And the table that came in when we did had about 12 people. Horrible service. Horrible food. We were planning to go to a nearby place but the wait was way too long (and the shaded area looked minimal and it was 98 degrees) so we decided to come here instead because the wait was only 10 mins and their large shaded patio area was great for the pups. Service was ok. Wasn't great but wasn't bad. I think they were a bit short staffed. We ordered from the brunch menu. The two items I highly recommend is the filet mignon and the lobster Mac and cheese. Yes the price for the filet is a bit high up their for lunch but it was worth it! The entire dish was perfectly cooked and the meat was so tender and well seasoned. I was so pleasantly surprised. I loved it so much!! Their covered patio area is huge and great. Shaded and cool. TL;DR Baily's OTT is great place to host a special lunch or dinner event in Temecula with very good food and drinks and friendly service. Every one of our guests loved it and raved about the food afterward. I booked the South dining room for a wedding rehearsal lunch in March. Their website had a lot of clear information about the group dining options including the menus and prices, along with instructions on how to book a group event. Savannah the event coordinator got back to me about the group dining options very quickly and was friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking process. The dining options were plentiful and at various price points to accommodate many types of tastes and budgets. We went with the Business Elegance option, which was a 3 course plated meal: salad, entree (pork, salmon, or chicken plus unwritten vegetarian option), and dessert. We asked to replace the dessert (chocolate cake) with creme brulee and they made it happen for a nominal fee. The meal comes with unlimited non alcoholic drinks, but we opted to cover a drink for our guests, which they made easy to do by giving our guess each a drink ticket to redeem. They even printed a short custom message on top of our menu for the day. Nice touch. Everything tasted wonderful. The bread especially was addicting with the herb butter. My salmon dish was so tasty, nicely seasoned and cooked. The pork cutlets surprised everyone with how large each piece was. I heard the chicken schnitzel was also real good. Cocktails ($12 ea) were unique, beautiful, and tasty. The wines came from their winery and were flavorful. Pours were a good size. Creme brulee came out in huge ramekins that most couldn't even finish! In terms of taste, they were super rich and more on the eggy side - could have used more half & half and sugar but still made everyone pretty happy. The restaurant is beautiful with a little rustic design. The workers are friendly and really attentive. My husband and I with another couple met for early dinner at Baileys front St. Temecula on 12-22-2025 and what a Disappointment!! Upon entering server, bartender greeted telling us Happy hour was till closing all night. I ordered a Baileys Cabernet wine of which looked like prune juice! UGH! terrible-tasted like bottle had been opened for weeks and gave me instant headache! My husband asked politely if indeed it was Cabernet and in reply the server, bartender replaced it with Bailey's reserve Cab. That new glass was worse!! almost carbonated. Come to find out that only beer on Happy hour! This IS a wine establishment!! Why only beer? The clencher to my upset was that we were the only customers inside the dining room and received our meal 2 (TWO) hours after placing order! When we received our meals all dishes were ice COLD however plates were hot. My pesto pizza was just dough that was uncooked!-Not acceptable, Never again! No excuse for this! Baily's is a really interesting spot. This review is for their nightlife. Temecula is a popular Southern California bachelorette spot, so you'll often see bridal parties going through Old Town. Baily's isn't the most popular spot for them though. It feels like a slightly older, mixed crowd. They have a patio area with music bumping and drinks available from the inside or outside bar. The vibe was a little off and security definitely has a heavy presence. I don't see that as a bad thing, but it's something to note. It seems people come here looking to get a little rowdy, but it just wasn't quite my cup of tea. read more

Delicious !!! For dinner, my husband got the shrimp pasta and grandma Baily's chicken schnitzel and it was AMAZING ! I also had a glass of red wine (prosecco) & ended the evening with creme brulee. It was honestly one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Apart from that, our server was excellent too. If you are ever in the area, go here ! The worst of the worst. Ruined my Easter Sunday. We are an 80 year old couple that enjoys eating out. Needless to say, we have eaten at a lot restaurants. Most I have enjoyed some not so much. Baily's is the only one I can say I hated. The worst management and service i have ever had. The entire experience was horrible. After being chased to the parking lot and yeld at and embarrassed by someone from the staff, we were forced to pay $119 for a piece of toast and a sip of warm champagne. The warm champagne was only the final straw in a miserable experience. Dear July would you pay $119 for a piece of toast and a sip of WARM so called champagne? My dear what you heard about what happened that day and what really happened are very far away from your truth. It boarded on harassment. When your place owns up to the lack of service and stars to make the necessary changes you will be far better off. I wish I could give this restaurant more starts but unfortunately our group didn't have a good experience here. The location is good as it's a the start of the Old Town Temecula. This place serves as both restaurant and a night club. I think they should choose one of the two and just be good at one thing. They played live music during late breakfast/early lunch time and the music was way too loud! We had to speak very loudly to hear each other. We mentioned this to the waitress and the restaurant manager. They apologised and said that other guests complained too. The manager's efforts to lover the bands volume down didn't help much. The food was okay. It was very oily and heavy on the palate. I couldn't finish it. The best part of the dining at this establishment was the service. It was a Saturday night of a holiday weekend post COVID. We were not sure what to expect for crowds in old town at 7 pm for dinner. This place is spacious enough to easily accommodate us. The hostess was not only exceptionally friendly, she had an air about her that made me happy to be there. Our server was nice, knowledge of the menu, and not pushy on the timing of things. She also was honest, which I appreciated. I asked about the lobster macaroni and she shared that it is a relatively new dish so she hadn't had it yet; however, she went on to describe it and her description was accurate. Food. First off, excellent variety in menu with reasonable prices to match. Second, timely arrival of food. Third, we had the lobster Mac and enchiladas. The enchiladas were ok. We were clearly not at a Mexican restaurant. But the lobster Mac had luscious amounts of lobster, good noodles, and the sauce was delicious. The only off side is it said it came with asparagus. Correction. It literally came with ONE piece of asparagus over the top. Had to laugh at that. What made this experience a 5 for me was the setting of it all. We hosted lunch for 200 foreign tourists over the course of three days at this restaurant. Due to a highway accident, our lunch schedule was significantly shortened. Despite this, everything went smoothly, and I was relieved to see our guests enjoying themselves. The lunch included Caesar salad and penne Bolognese. I was pleasantly surprised by the satisfactory service provided to those with allergies. Although we had to make some adjustments to the variety of drinks available, the staff accepted our changes and managed to satisfy our guests while adhering to the tight schedule. I especially want to thank Noah, Kaitlyn, and Kayla. They did an excellent job. Bravo!!! This restaurant has three rooms on the second floor, making it ideal for hosting large groups. They are ON TOP OF IT! literally, standing on top of the platforms to see what's going on. There was a guy making me uncomfortable and without having to say anything, security noticed his weird behavior and removed him. They were not lackadaisical in any way, they were constantly monitoring. They have a great attitude, are kind, and can have fun...but they are on it. This review is a long time coming. I brought my wife here Mother's Day Weekend and the exact date was Saturday May 11th 2024. We decided to go out to Baileys that night and reserve a table with some Bottle Service just like we've done 2 times prior and previously we had a great experience. We were sat down at our table and our bottle we chose (Ciroc) was brought out and the seal was broken which really didn't bother us much until we tasted the alcohol and realized it wasn't Ciroc. It's our drink of choice and the taste is very consistent. Whatever was in that bottle tasted terrible and it definitely wasn't Ciroc. In the prior times we ordered the same thing the seal was in tact and they opened it right in front of us once the bottle was brought out by the waitress. I proceeded to ask for the manager that night, i forgot his name but it was a white male in his 30s with blondeish hair and a combover. I told him what was going on and he proceeded to say "are you accusing us of putting a different liquor in the Ciroc bottle" and I said not necessarily but I wanted to Address it with management so they can figure something out. He proceeded to rudely ask if we wanted him to bring out a "sealed" bottle and I said of course. Upon him bringing the sealed Ciroc Bottle I opened it myself and poured a small shot, the taste was night and day, it was actually Ciroc not whatever was in the previous bottle. I even had 2 other people try the liquor and it was very obvious they weren't close to the same alcohol. Mind you this was our first drinks of the night so there was no confusion. To top it off it took us asking the waitress for our change 5 different times ($60 after paying for our bottle, Tax and Gratuity) and it took a total of maybe 30 minutes for them to finally bring it to us. Unfortunately we haven't been back since. The only reason I gave two stars is because all of the previous times we came to Baileys for Bottle Service or just to have a drink and hang out it was a great experience. That being said our last experience at Baileys was terrible and management handled it very unprofessionally, it was almost unbelievable. I'm posting this because one of the reasons we like to go out and patronize local businesses is to spend our money within the community. In turn we expect to be treated fairly and get exactly what we pay for. This should be standard for any business to provide their customers and it should be known when those basic expectations aren't met. read more

This is a cute little spot to eat at in Temecula, CA. There was street parking and also a parking lot behind the restaurant. I came here for a special occasion as my cousin chose this as the restaurant to eat at for her wedding lunch rehearsal. I enjoyed the filling of the Butternut Squash Ravioli. However, the ends of the ravioli pasta was hard. The dessert was way too sweet and the mousse was actually grainy instead of being smooth. For a Saturday evening, out wait for a table was less than 5 minutes. Wonderful service, great waiter, and delicious food made this a place we'll visit again.
