I got dinner/Nacho's from this BF location yesterday. WTF has happened to this place/company? It use to-be good years ago. After a Google search I learned they sold it (2x) since it's inception. Customer service is great. The cashiers are very nice. The best thing on the menu for me is the roasted veggie fish burrito. So good! They put plenty of cheese and veggies on the inside. Worst Baja Fresh I've ever been to. I placed my order at 7:15pm for a chicken tortilla soup and chips and queso and at 7:30, my food wasn't ready. I asked how much longer and the guy preparing the food starts putting the soup ingredients in the cup...and proceeded to scoop the soup from the giant container into the cup. Something was weird so I checked my food when I got into my car and my soup was extremely cold! Like ice cold. I go back in and tell them and they told me to wait 3 minutes for a new soup. I wait patiently only to receive another cup of cold soup. No one apologized and all just stood there looking dumb. I requested a refund and walked out. Never going back here. First and last time. Came into this Baja on a Saturday, just afternoon. Was not shocked to find the cashier wasn't welcoming nor friendly but I remembered this is Baja fresh and not some restaurant. As far as the food goes my order (Steak baja burrito) was ready pretty quickly. After checking out the nice and organized salsa section I went the the pico de gallo with cilantro (was a little more watery than I would have liked). AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID this location!! This is THE WORST Baja Fresh I have ever been to. I ate here a couple months ago and got carry out and the avocado salsa was expired that it exploded in the container because of the acidity. I tried to give them a second chance today and I will NEVER be back at this location. The manager is the rudest guy and should be fired. I ordered online for pick up at 12:45. I got there right on time and the food was not ready- I waited 20 minutes. I did the BOGO online and the manger came up to me and told me I could not do that on multiple orders, well guess what it let me do it on the website!!! I asked for 6 mango salsas because I got 6 burritos and he tried to throw it in the bag and when I checked he only gave me 3 I told him that is not ok I ordered what I ordered and I need the six. He made a face. I got home and 3/6 burritos were wrong. One of them even had fish instead of chicken. One that was suppose to have no diablo and it did. The fish of the wahoo was RAW!!! You are not allowed to call this a carnitas burrito unless there is some substance of meat inside of it.
