Worst customer service ever. Ordered at 4:01pm and my order was barely coming out at 4:37pm. The biggest line came after we placed our order yet somehow everyone got their order before we did. When I asked for a refund , Sandra was less than helpful or friendly saying she doesn't see what the cooks are handing out yet she was the one calling out orders ...? Sandra packed up our food to go when we ordered to eat "for here", then proceeded to unpack our order without gloves. Literally touching our food with her bare hands. Baja Fresh is just overall good food, I have always just liked the quality, decent price, and convenience. but WOW! they are SO SO SO RUDE at this location. I brought in my reusable cup that they always try to upsell you, and I PAID at the register for the refill policy, and ordered $20+ on food with my boyfriend, and the MANAGER (yes, MANAGER) accused me of stealing soda saying "You know the soda isn't free here." When I told her I paid for my refill, she asked to see my receipt, INSTEAD of asking her employee. Of course my boyfriend was already sitting down and he had the receipt, so I gave her attitude and walked away, and she chased me down and expected me to pay for my STOLEN soda. really, I will never go back to this location because of her IGNORANCE. Rarely have issues here, but today was an exception. I'm here right now and the whole place smells like a restroom. Also, the cashier was very rude. (David V). I ordered my meal, then my wife proceeded to tell him her order. When she was done, I asked him if he can make my order enchilado style. David then began to lecture me about ordering it all at the same time because he has to void the order. Sorry for wasting your time David, I've never worked in a restaurant setting so my knowledge on ordering processes isn't the greatest. Like I said, usually it's a great place, but right now it's horrible. Hopefully the manager (Irene Rojero) makes some changes here soon. read more

Don't eat here! They are not clean and they don't use gloves. They are rude and racist and treat people of color (non Hispanic) and speak to people in a nasty way that is derogatory. I know it's Los Angels filled with a lot of different cultures but just because one culture is represented in an establishment doesn't mean you get to treat people that do not look or sound like you like crap. I placed an order online I got something saying error call the store. I called them. I asked if they had my order. Nobody seemed to know anything. I told them they charged my card twice but they assured me I was wrong they had nothing for me and took my order over the phone. When I got there I even showed them it was showing up as charged to my account because they told me I needed to pay for my order and I told them I already had and they said it was pending and would not actually go through my account because they showed it nowhere on their system. Then they made me pay again for the food. The third time I paid cash. The cahrges did sit in pending but finally came out of my account. If you don't want this corporation stealing your money do not pay with a credit card use cash only. I would have, but they did not have the option to pay when I got there when I placed the order online. Now I am going to have to try to convince them to refund me my $16.00 and I am sure it is not worth the time and effort it is going to take. read more

Outstanding staff! I went in with my toddler for lunch and realized, the nice lady behind the counter noticed I had my hands full, brought my food to me (a kind and thoughtful gesture) I enjoyed my food feeding my baby boy and when we finished I was trying to clean up the huge mess he made on the floor as babies do. The 2 girls came up and said don't worry sir we will clean that. I was embarrassed because my son had made such a mess, but they were kind and had such a good attitude towards customers. It really made my day and this place sure stands out to me and made me and my baby boy feel welcome and appreciated as customers. Had the Mexicano Steak Burrito and it stunk, no flavor what's so ever I would stick with Chipotle or Nachos any day.

Unsanitary. Unprofessional. Disgusting. These are the words my Grandma spoke to me after coming home one night from this place. Patrons left their leftovers and half-eaten chips on their tables with no possibility of a cleanup. The salsa bar was in disarray. The ice in the soda fountain smelled funky and her food was cold on pickup. To top it all off, the A+ sign in the window looked like somebody nicked it.
