Fast casual place inside Excalibur. It is located next to Dicks Last Resort. Reasonably priced. They have combo meals and ala cart items which is nice if you are only a little hungry. All entrees (including ala cart tacos) come with chips. I had a carnita taco. There was a good selection of toppings and a nice salsa bar. Plenty of seating and I believe it is open 24/7. I think it is a better option than any of the places in the Excalibur food court. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I had read the reviews before staying here. I didn't plan on eating here but at 3am we didn't have much choice. The steak tacos were quite good. I ordered 2 and could only eat one. You can pick your toppings. I recommend the steak with cilantro and onions, pico de gallo, guacamole, on corn tortillas. We liked it so much we came back the next day and it was still good! It is reasonably priced. Kids ordered the nachos. It's enough to share. I currently have FOOD POISONING from the steak nachos I ordered last night. All 3 of us have been throwing up all night. The worst.

Anyone that has been to Las Vegas (or any destination really) knows how hard it is to find something that doesn't have an inflated price just because "you're on vacation". This restaurant was located in our hotel and was open 24/7. Twice during my recent stay I NEEDED a snack but was not willing to pay an inflated price for a bag of chips. I discovered this place on my way up to my room and decided to take a chance and see just what they offered. I was very pleased to discover that for the low price of just 3.39 I could get chips and salsa to go. The chips were placed in a cardboard tray (it was a LOT of chips) and then they were put in a bag. I was also given a container to fill with salsa from the salsa bar. Both times I visited this place I got their fresh pico and added some extra cilantro. I didn't pay real close attention to the other selections they had at the bar, but I did notice that they had some salsa verde and jalepenos. This place also serves breakfast and I was planning on getting a steak breakfast taco on our last day, but I didn't discover that part of their menu until right before we left and my son had other plans for our last breakfast. This place seriously has the best bargain in town! To top it all off their staff was awesomely friendly. read more

Reviewer # 35. I am someone who primarily eats protein and veggies; therefore, Baja Fresh is an excellent choice. I ate there twice while staying at Excalibur Hotel and Casino, which made it very convenient-- open 24 hours, too as it is located right inside the hotel doors near the Resort Tower entrance near the pool area. The first night I didn't go there, food was brought up to me by my boyfriend. It was chicken fajitas and they were of good quality, taste and flavor, and a great temperature. It is Vegas, and this location is located in a hotel on the strip, therefore the prices are high, but that's to be expected. The next night I went down late night and visited the location personally. There were a few transients there asking me for money, which again-- it's Vegas, and many drunk people passing out while they eat (people watching is fun)... I rather enjoyed the ambiance of the place. The people were friendly and the service was quick and good quality as well. I became the duke while I was there with only two check-ins. I thought that was kinda cool. I wish my home location in Boise, Idaho was as friendly and superior quality as this home. read more

I would like to share my experience my wife and I had today at your location inside the Excalibur Casino in Las Vegas, NV. We traveled from Alaska this morning and were both really excited to have some steak Baja Burritos since there are no locations in AK. Baja Fresh was our first stop and we ordered $21.63 worth of burritos. My wife is pregnant and does not drink any soft drinks, so we asked for a cup of water. Miguel at the register told us they were out of water cups. Sort of odd, but okay. Part way into our meal my wife got sick (early in her pregnancy) and went to the restroom and vomited for 10 minutes. Upon her return she really wanted some water. Seeing a stack of paper cups behind the register, I went back to the counter and again asked to have one of the cups so we could get some water. Miguel declined my request and brought forward his manager, Lilly. I explained our situation to Lilly and she offered to sell me a cup of water for $2.70 and suggested if I didn't want to pay her I could go across the lobby and get a cup from a neighboring restaurant. I'm appalled by Lilly's lack of customer service. A $0.10 paper cup could have changed our entire dining experience. Instead she left us both angry and resentful towards Baja Fresh. Sad because we both really loved your burritos, but now we will no longer patronize your establishment(s). My wife ended up using one of the small sauce containers from the salsa bar to fill with water. read more

Both of my Ultimo Burritos were scrawny; is there a rice shortage in Nevada? To add insult to injury, they would not accept my Baja Fresh gift card. We're from Texas, so we only got to try this place once while on vacation. It was worth the long walk, Baja Fresh didn't disappoint us. It's almost like Bullritos and Subway put together. You choose from a taco, burrito or salad. Everything is homegrown and cooked...well, fresh. The staff seemed efficient and friendly while making your order in front of you. Just finished ordering 4 burritos and a salad and all the staff starting from the man who warms up the tortillas to the "manager" Lili to the cashiers had the worse customer service I have ever experienced in Baja Fresh History. It is a shame that my my family and I had to come from The Delano Hotel to come get food her because it's my kids favorite place. It was ruined by these unhappy employees. It is so sad that on my vacation when I am supposed to be relaxing and enjoying my 5 day stay in Las Vegas It is ruined by bad customer service. I understand all humans have the right to one bad day but in this case 3 bad employees is to much to handle. It doesn't excuse there attitude and bad service. I really really liked the burrito I got here! I got the chicken burrito and it was huge and very flavorful! I can be quite picky when it comes to burritos, but this place was not a disappointment to me. A great cheap place to eat in Vegas! But be careful, my friend took the first bite of his burrito and it completely fell apart! Either he didn't know how to hold a burrito, or it's the way they made it. Baja Fresh is probably the best place to grab a cheap, good bite to eat inside the Excalibur. While staying for a week, we ate here twice and probably would have more if we had known it was this good. It's also conveniently located near the Tower II elevators, so if you're staying there it's a good bet. The first trip, I had the Ultimo Burrito which was very filling and delicious. Not too spicy, but flavorful all the same. Each dish comes with a healthy serving of tortilla chips and you get to choose your own dipping sauce at a little bar at the back of the restaurant. On our second trip, I had the Cheese Quesadillas and we ordered a plate of Cheese and Bean Nachos to split. We were both filled to the brim with cheesy and bean goodness. If you walk away from this place hungry, it's your own fault. With drinks, our total came out to be around $21. Staying at the Excalibur, are on a budget and don't want to eat at McDonald's every day and night? Eat at Baja Fresh, I'm willing to bet you won't be disappointed. read more
