Stopped by for a quick bite. Fresh Mexican Grill is located in the Plaza Hotel food court. The line was pretty long so I waited about 10 minutes before ordering. Once I got to the front, the worker was so nice and funny. You can tell she enjoys her job. She was heating our tortillas. We ordered the combo plate with 2 Carne Asada Tacos, rice and beans. The Tacos were delicious. I also had the chips and queso. I really enjoyed my meal, especially the chips. Overall, great spot for a quick bite.

Checked out of the plaza and wanted a quick lunch before heading out. Chose this place in the food court. No line. We ordered chips and queso and then we both got quesadillas. I got a large fountain drink and the Mrs didn't get a drink. The bill was 43 dollars. Not too bad. Food is grilled fresh and prepped kinda like a subway. It's not bad! The portion of quesadilla is big.... We didn't need the chips and queso. You could probably get by with 35 dollars. We would come back if ever needed a quick bite at the plaza.

Like Chipotle, but not Chipotle, there is no other fast Mexican food place around that area of downtown. Price is right, food is ok. Place was busy and they have only one girl working there, preparing the plates and doing cashier at the same time.

Beans and rice were warm and not to health department mandated tempatures. How do i know ive worked with health department training in 3 states. When we? Came over they said that they wouldn't be open for another fifteen minutes because they had a problem in the kitchen. Yes burritos wer large but the cold ingredients brought down the temperature of the from the cold ingredients. You can't start out with Luke, warm food and put cold stuff on top of it.Because then the temperature drops below lukewarm and a hundred and forty three degrees is not lukewarm. The attitude of the staff was even worse. One employee kept snapping at the other employee, causing her to snap Beck. And this went on and on and finally. Some woman came from back from the kitchen and everything got quiet. But you could see she wasn't happy by just the look on her face..

Stopped in as there was no wait. I had the carne asada bowl with Spanish rice, beans, cheese and lettuce with a side of guacamole. The steak was a little tough and guacamole was a bit too sour as it had too much lemon for my taste. The staff was nice and I would come back. It's good for a quick bite

Just Rice : didn't see a single customer there during my 5 day stay at the Hotel. You can get a bowl of rice + kimchi for only 25.00!

Skip this hovel. Mostly caters to unsuspecting plaza hotel guests ( such as me) that try it once, and never return. The photos the restaurant posted on yelp does not resemble the food you receive. I don't think they clean the grill, it was just as dirty as the photo that was posted 3 years ago! Ordered the carne asada quesadilla. The small amount of beef was laden with gristle/tendons. I could not chew most of it and had to spit it out ( see gnarly, chewed meat photo) . Some of it and the old tortilla lodged in my throat. I didn't want to choke to death, so I threw the rest in the trash. Meat, cheese and the salsa were heavily salted. Tortilla dry and tough. $21.00 for a Quesadilla (1/3 of which was thrown in the trash) & a soda. A waste of money and time. Such a simple item to make and it was awful. Ambiance? Similar to a run down 3rd rate mall food court. Mostly devoid of customers except for the subway.

it was good!

I chose it because there was no proper store in the food court. Burrito was easy without any special features.

This place was better than what I expected. The staff was friendly and knew exactly how to make authentic Mexican carnitas.

The food was okay but not really worth the prices. The steak and pork was good. The corn was bland. I could have passed on the margaritas.

Ask the Community - Fresh Mexican Grill

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour taquitos that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

The staff and service were personable, friendly, and very accommodating. I ordered the dinner special, which included a shredded beef taco and a comforting bowl of albóndigas soup. We also shared the guacamole, which was delicious and featured a unique, seasonal flavor twist. To finish, we split a slice of tres leches cake, and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. I'll absolutely be returning to Hola to try more of their menu, especially since it's so conveniently close to home.

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!

This place is not worth your money. You can get better quality food and larger portions for one-third of the price at Don Tortaco. Yes, this place is THAT bad. We ordered the carne asada nachos, a chorizo breakfast burrito, a bean and cheese burrito, and two strawberry churros. The breakfast burrito honestly wasn't bad. However, it was $20, and I still felt like I needed another burrito afterward. The carne asada nachos looked were made with a mix of ground beef and carne asada instead of just carne asada. The most disappointing item was the $15 bean and cheese burrito. I included a photo in this review because it was mostly tortilla, and the cheese wasn't even melted. As for the churros, we originally ordered regular churros, but they told us they didn't have plain churros available on a Friday night, so we were pushed into getting the strawberry ones instead. Despite being strawberry flavored, they were drenched in cinnamon and sugar. They were awful.

OMG what an experience at this restaurant. My husband booked it for our anniversary…read more It is located next to the Aria entrance at the Crystal Shops, so do self parking at the Aria Hotel. This is a place that you need to make reservations and come nicely dressed. No flip flops, no shorts for men, no baseball caps. They have a VIP Lounge for their Members, including a Hidden Menu for them. Ambiance is very romantic, low lights, music, performers staring at 8pm every night. Perfect for a romantic date, business dinner or celebrating something. Food is Mexican upscale an very exquisite. They have original drinks and each dish is beautifully decorated. We ordered a Matcha Martini (can't even describe how good it was). For food we had the Crispy Calamari and Chicken Enchiladas. Perfect for sharing, delicate and it is a explosion of flavors in your mouth. Service is so outstanding, Mariah and Jesus were our servers. You get assigned two servers even being a party of two. Since entering the restaurant we were treated like VIP and everyone said Happy Anniversary to us. They had even read our special instructions of dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free). At the end of our dining experience the Chef sent us a Dairy Free, Gluten free and Vegan dessert on the house to celebrate oour special day. It was such the perfect touch to end our dining experience. It was our first time here, we will definitely come back and reserve for a later time since the only thing we missed were the performers because they show up later at night.
