There are plenty of seating options, including indoor tables, booths, and a spacious outdoor terrace, making it easy to find a place to enjoy your meal. Even with the constant flow of customers, the service was incredibly fast. We ordered, and within minutes our food was ready. The staff was friendly, hardworking, and constantly walking through the restaurant cleaning tables, picking up trash, and keeping everything looking spotless despite how busy it was. As always, the burgers, fries, and fresh ingredients did not disappoint. In-N-Out continues to deliver the same quality and consistency it's known for. We're from California, so it's nice to see a little taste of home right on the Las Vegas Strip. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this location is absolutely worth stopping by. More like In-N-Stay: The Blvd Las Vegas In-N-Out Burger opened a few weeks ago on June 9, 2026. It is the largest In-N-Out in Nevada and a flagship location. To give you an idea of how large it is, where this location is 10,500 square feet, the Linq Promenade location is 5,023 square feet. That is double the size. When it opened on June 9th, it was around the same time as the brand new The Blvd. At the time of this review, it is one of the few businesses that are open. When I first visited the newest In N Out, it was in conjunction with exploring a very new outdoor mall. It resides on level three which is The Overlook view. This level is an attraction with spectacular views of The South Strip with The Aria and City Center, the Eiffel Tower, and more. Essentially In-N-Out is incorporated into an attraction. At In-N-Out high tier fast food burgers and fries with commendable service is an attraction in itself. Right away when I walked into this expansive brightly lit eatery, I felt the welcoming vibe. Despite how busy it was on all five of my visits, there was zero line because there were several Employees at the registers. As soon as I approached the counter, real humans instead of kiosks welcomed me. For how busy the restaurant is, the orders were ready in a satisfactory time. Throughout my meals I would see employees constantly cleaning and busing tables. My go-to is the number #2 which is a cheeseburger with fries and a medium beverage. At $10.78 after taxes this is a solid deal for the Las Vegas Strip where prices could be so exorbitant that a casino food court Johnny Rockets cheeseburger combo costs around $30. The food quality is commendable. The staff makes the food in the open kitchen upon placing the order. The upshot is a hot and fresh cheeseburger and fries. The upshot is that it is busy. As expected there will be the possibility of bottlenecks. From my experience, the one Coca-cola beverage station with three fountains has been one. There are times that the guests will flock to the beverage station causing a wait. Taking into consideration that the cups are medium size, there will be several guests like myself returning to the vicinity for a refill. The two condiment stations could be a slight bottleneck. In preparation for their flagship business they made them wide where each condiment station has duplicate sections. Now I'll discuss the seating capacity. There is an expansive amount of seating, which is a mix of bar table stools and tables. Due to the restaurant's popularity, the tables fill up quickly. On the other hand I have had zero problem finding a bar table stool. When a table has opened up, with the exception of my first visit, I have left it available for a group of people. This paragraph is why I entitled this review "In-N-Stay." Located on The Overlook level of The Blvd, the patio tables are an attraction. They overlook a close-up grand vista of The Aria with the City Center skyline. This is a prime eye-catching spot to enjoy a fast food meal. In my opinion, this would've made for a prime spot for an elegant restaurant. A few steps away is The Overlook Attraction where bleachers take in a photogenic view of The South Strip and City Center. Being that hitherto this review that my five visits were in the Las Vegas summer, I preferred being in the air conditioning. I could see myself dining in the scenic patio when the weather cools down and when the sun comes down early where I could witness the Aria with City Center change from dawn to nighttime illumination. But facts are facts, Arizona has multiple In-N-Out locations and this one isn't anything special. Sure, it's the largest location in the nation but the menu and prices are all the same. Am I going to tell you that you have to stop by if you already have a In-N-Out where you live? Of course not. Considering it was initially alleged to be multistoried, this was a bit of a let down. It's not the easiest to get to from the other side of the strip (you have to go find a pedestrian bridge and In N Out is kind of in between two so you have to walk either way), and it's honestly not as big as I thought it would be. Bigger than your typical neighborhood In N Out, but not massive. You have to go up two escalators to get there, and there is a merch company store next door, which is cool. We were originally going to get some merch, but decided against it after feeling underwhelmed. The t-shirts they offer all have Vegas labelling on them on the other side, I believe. There are a lot of options. It's packed, no seating inside at all hours of the day. Quality is standard In N Out quality. The view is probably the best part about this location and it's a good thing that there are now two on the strip. Hope the hype will die down a bit - at least enough to get a table - before my next trip. read more

This was the first thing i looked for when i got off the plane, and man! Was i disappointed!! The service was incredible, which is why they received one star. The food was inedible. The fries were stale, which is weird. they were also cold. The food took a while because it was pretty busy. But, If they're making the food fresh, why did it taste old? The fries were cold and hard. I ordered my fries animal style expecting greatness, and all i got was disappointment. The burger also... the bun was hard and cold. (Which is weird because the bun was toasted). The burger itself wasn't the best either. I ordered the burger animal style too and for some reason, it looked good, but the taste just wasn't what i remembered it to be. Since i live on the east coast, we don't have this. I also bragged to people that i came with that this place wasn't just hype and actually really good. The largest In-N-Out Burger opened its doors just (2) short weeks ago and business has been booming. The dining area is very spacious with plenty of seating. Although it was busy it wasn't as bad as I'd imagined. The wait time to order and receive my food was minimal. I visited during the week, so I can't speak to the weekend crowds. However, I would imagine it would be busier with limited seating. There is parking in the rear, which is in close proximity to the escalators leading to the front doors. A little underwhelming given it was hyped as a big location at the Strip. Went during lunch time and you'd have to wait for a group to leave in order to have a table. There's seating outside, but not enough shade for the Vegas heat unless you're looking to get a tan It's good seats that overlooks neighboring casinos. There's a small gift shop next door selling their merch. The menu is the same and they have a lot more cashiers. Food came out fairly quick and there's staff keeping the area clean at all times. There's a parking lot right behind BLVD that's paid hourly by QR code. There's an escalator and an elevator available to take you upstairs to in-n-out. If you're staying nearby, it's a good stop but idk if it's worth going to if you're a local and have to pay parking. read more

Can't say enough about the staff- so very pleasant, and constantly cleaning/ working. Being from the Midwest, getting in-n-out is a great treat! We visited the new In-N-Out on the Las Vegas Strip while staying across the street at Aria, and overall it was a great experience. The restaurant itself is huge, clean, and modern, and the food was exactly what you'd expect from In-N-Out, fresh, delicious, and consistently good. The staff was friendly, efficient, and our food was delivered surprisingly quickly considering how busy it was. My only complaints have more to do with the location than the restaurant itself. Even though we were staying directly across the street, getting there wasn't as simple as it sounds. With temperatures reaching 115°F, having to walk a block north or south to find a pedestrian bridge, cross the street, and then walk another block to the restaurant felt like quite a trek. Hopefully there will eventually be a more convenient way for pedestrians to access it. The other challenge was finding seating. The restaurant was absolutely packed, and indoor tables were hard to come by. There is outdoor seating available, but in the middle of a Las Vegas summer, very few people are willing to sit outside. Despite those minor inconveniences, I'd definitely return. The food was great, the staff was excellent, and it's a welcome addition to this part of the Strip. read more

Wow, wow, wow! An In-N-Out in the middle of Sin City is what dreams are made of. This location is spectacular and has enough seating indoor and outdoor for maybe a hundred people. Ordering was smooth and not a long wait at all. The staff were quick and super friendly. I visited on early Saturday morning for opening weekend. I know everyone has their order so I always think it's fun to share. Mine is: number 2, well done, grilled onions, chopped chilies, mustard fried, no pickles, no lettuce, no tomato, bun extra toasted. This location is special because you have a phenomenal view of Las Vegas Boulevard AND there's also a variety of cool merch you can purchase. As crowded as it was the line moved quickly to take your order and waiting for pick up was a different story 15-20min est. I was reluctant to go here bc I was afraid the line would be ridiculous bc the locations in the neighborhood usually are. It wasn't! I swear it was faster to get our food here vs other locations. Party of 8. Line went super fast. The only problem was finding seats for all 8 of us but we got lucky and found seats 2 minutes after ordering. Plenty of employees to keep the food coming out quick. Clean environment. Clean bathrooms. Staff super nice. They do charge $2 more than other locations but $12 is still a good price for a double double cheeseburger with fries and drink. Great atmosphere at the new location. Came on Monday about 130pm with about 6 people in line, it moved quick & friendly service. Was able to find a table for 4 inside & food took less than 10mins (we were #131 & they were calling #95 when we seated). They do call out of sequence for one item orders. I can appreciate all the workers going around wiping tables down & helping take trash away, kept the place looking clean after one month of opening. Too bad it was so hot or we would have enjoyed the outside terrace more. And don't miss the small company store next door! read more

I had never had this bad experience before and I'm very disappointed this place. Only thing that was good was the service. Go to the other location. Avoid this place and thank me later. Avoid this NEW In-N-Out during June, July and hot summer weekends when it is hot. If you must try it, go at night. The location is poorly designed for the amount of traffic it gets. There isn't enough indoor seating, so many customers end up sitting outside in 100°F+ Las Vegas heat. They put seats close to each other inside, but they won't do that outside. They could put more seats outdoors in the shade, but they didn't. This location is near the Polo Towers. Another inconvenience is that there is no direct pedestrian connection from Aria to the location. If you're staying at Aria, you'll need to walk over to the Cosmopolitan walk bridge. Once you cross it is another 7-10 min walk. The food was kind of salty. On a busy day the employees are rushing things so you might not get a good burger. The setup makes the experience less enjoyable during the summer months. My assumption is that so many people walked in the hot sun to get here that when they actually sit and eat it is an additional 20 mins to rest which leaves no seats indoors. read more
