I love the service here and the people are always nice and friendly. The ambiance is hippie like and has a lot of gluten free items you can purchase like teas, bread, and etc. I have been here plenty of times and never had any issues because Iam allergic to gluten so this place is safe for us. I rated it 4 because they do serve coffee and I DO NOT recommend it , it tasted like milk. I wish they had better coffee but it's only fair because they are known for their bakery.

I brought two dozenfancy beignet work treats for my staff not realizing one colleague maintains a strict gluten-free diet! She suggested this bakery so I placed an order online and drove over. I scored some beautiful treats plus two fancy coffee drinks. Thanks for saving the day! This shop is beautiful, plenty of free parking, and friendly staff! No wait at all! So much to choose from, too!!! All gluten-free!!

Quaint little place with good tasting desserts made with interesting gluten free, flourless, milk free options. Not ALL of their stuff is made like this but most of it is. Quick in and out type place yet ensure you choose wisely.

Gluten free & dairy free Snickerdoodle and brownie, gluten free only zebra cake

We got some normal gluten free & some gluten free & dairy free treats and they were DELICIOUS! The gluten free zebra cake tasted exactly like the boxed kind--absolutely tasty! The dairy free gf brownie had the perfect texture. The bakery has pride flags everywhere and made us feel very welcome! The cashier was happy to answer our questions. We will be back for sure!

If you are looking for some gluten free pastries around the Columbus area, I would recommend to give Bake Me Happy a try. The bakery all started with the gluten intolerance population in mind, as the owner experience the journey with their family member. They do have two locations, one is on the South side of Columbus and the other one is at the Bridge Park in Dublin. The South side location is very open and the shop is also filled with some grocery items. All the pastries are nicely presented in the two large display case, along with a coffee station on the left. I spent a little time to browse through all the options and the staffs are super friendly and patient. My personal favorite would be the Hot Honey scone. It is soft and packed with diced bacon. I love both the savory from the bacon and slightly sweet from the honey. After trying a couple pastry items, I like the flavor is intact and the texture maybe the only differentiate from the regular one.

I love their products and how much gluten free items they have. It can be easy to miss, but it is located on a corner and there is free street parking. They rotate out some of the items they have each week so you can try a bunch of different baked goods. If you come later in the day, they'll most likely sell out of a lot of their popular stuff. I remember coming one Saturday afternoon and there wasn't much left. One of my favorite items is this lemon blueberry cake - ugh so good!! They even sell gluten free freezer items and pre-packaged snacks. The prices are pretty good considering they have to use alternatives for their baked goods. Customer service is alright. Will be coming back for sure!

Bake Me Happy makes me happy. Except for the lack of vegan items, it's good. Lots of freshly made sweets. It also has very good coffee. They also have breakfast sandwiches. I thought the latte was good. It's about $3.50 for the regular. They have non dairy substitutes like almond and coconut milks. All the baked items are gluten free. Some are also dairy free, just pay attention to the labels. Beware they're still made with eggs. They also make bigger items like cakes and pies. It has a good amount of seating inside. There's a reach in for quick take out items. Wifi can be picked up from the bar across the street if you are staying.

I eat gluten but if I couldn't, I would be at Bake Me Happy all the time! This LGBTQ+ owned small business has some of the best gluten free products I've ever tasted. Located south of German Village, the bakery sits on a corner with an entire parking lot directly across the street! Worth a stop, whether you can or can't consume gluten!!

I've heard nothing but great things about this cafe, so my expectations were high - I'm happy to…read morereport that this place is worth the hype! We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

Overpriced and overhyped! Visited with a few friends when it was still chilly out and waited in…read moreline to order a mocha, a ham and cheese croissant and a chocolate macaron. I think the issue is with the chocolate they use for the mocha but it had such an odd flavor that I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. Overall, I think there are a lot of other good coffee shops in Columbus that I don't see myself going out of my way to come back.
