Their chai tea is very fresh and delicious. I asked the barista what she recommends for scones. Try the blueberry lemon one she said. It was yummy. I just wish it was bigger because I ate in like 2 seconds. There is a bar seating area and low music average noise level. You could work on your laptop here. I love local coffee shops and Hutto definitely lacks in them, so I was very excited to try this place! I was even more excited when I saw that there was quiche, paninis, and other yummy stuff! So the coffee is the bomb: it has a good strong flavor & very delicious, scones are ok, and the quiche was less than sub-par... super rubbery and re-heated. I ordered their spinach, bacon, and goat cheese scone and I was expecting a delicious colorful and flavorful breakfast only to be given a rubbery- tofu textured- quiche with stingy amount of bacon and literally Zero spinach. I guess with a Menu like they have I was expecting better. The restaurant all together is not awful, and the staff are kind, I'll go back for coffee but most likely not food. read more

We discovered Baked 'n Sconed before we even moved into Hutto. It saddens me that we have to get our scone fix via the drive-thru window. What's wrong with the drive-thru? You can't stare at the case of goods and linger until you decide to just buy one of everything. Every scone offering is great. I love to bake scones, especially in winter, but you cannot bake a half-dozen flavors all at once. Not single bad scone flavor, and we've tried them - several times. Brownies? Cookies? Good, too. Pair a brownie with a dark-roast coffee. Try a scone with an Italian soda. I cannot wait to just sit inside and nibble once again... and then leave with more treats for later. read more

This place was very nice. We went through the drive through but our food came out quick and the package of the food was just AMAZING! This is a great little place to start your day, take a break from the day, or just hang out and enjoy something delightful. The ambiance is great. There are paintings for sale on the wall from local artists, a book exchange, and cute tables. You can also sit at the bar or on the couch. The service is excellent as well. There are lots of great reasons to stop by. In my case, it was lunch with my husband a few days ago. I had the Hippo BLT on croissant with a Lava Flow (strawberry, coconut, and banana) smoothie and an oatmeal pecan cookie. My husband had the Italian Job sandwich on ciabatta with an Italian soda and a peanut butter cookie. We also had chips with our meal, but those weren't made in house. Both sandwiches were grilled and delicious. The drinks and cookies were equally tasty. We will be back! read more
