The cake has somehow disassembled itself on the couple's ride up to Hollister. I frantically started calling local bakeries until luckily, I stumbled upon Silvia. She kindly and patiently stayed on the phone with me while I described exactly how the cake was supposed to look like and taste. She was eager to get this done for the lovely couple, even if it meant staying up late or getting up early. She communicated with us the entire time, updating us as the cake (very quickly) came together. Within just a few hours the cake was ready and it looked EXACTLY as I had described- not a detail was off. The next morning the cake was in our fridge and a couple of hours later it was displayed and cut by the bride and groom on their big day. Silvia absolutely saved my best friend's wedding.
