Customer service is número uno in my book and her immediate correspondence, courtesy, professionalism got my attention. She accommodated me as soon as she could and even put me on her waiting list if she had a cancellation. Most stylists I have reached out to don't even if they are booked. And Veronica is busy with clients! That too made me feel good about seeing her. And the fact that she asked what I wanted along with photos of my hair so she was prepared. I've lived in the DC area for 14 years now and to date I haven't found anyone who knows color or cut for that matter. Veronica is a ROCK STAR. So I've lived in Vegas around a year and haven't gotten my hair done because I have been so nervous to take on a new hairdresser. That being said Veronica is INCREDIBLE. I actually found her by seeing the advertisement she has on her car. I knew I had been wanting a balayage/ombre type of color done so I looked her up on instagram and her work is AHHMAZING. I was going from brunette to blonde and I was scared of getting it done and it not blending or looking orange or brassy or even being very damaged but my hair is perfect, thanks to Veronica taking her time and giving my hair the proper treatments needed for a lightening process and also educating me on what I can do to maintain it without trying to sell me a thousand things. Not only is she one of the best colorists I have been to but she is also super friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to about anything..it's no fun sitting in a chair for a couple hours with awkward silence. She made it fun and exciting and kept me in the loop with everything she was doing to my hair which made me less nervous. She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work but she also doesn't keep you in the chair for 5 hours either. I was in and out in about 2 hours which for the length and thickness of my hair was shocking. I seriously cant say enough great things about her.
