Scheduled for October 21 at 11:30ish. I sent a reminder of the appt date and time on Oct 17th. On October 21 two fellows showed up at 1:30 - with the wrong type of faucet. Three weeks back & forth and they still had it wrong. The office called me to say they had contacted the manufacturer & they could order the necessary part. Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

Smoothest, quickest and best experience with Johns sewer…read more My kitchen drain backed up and was recommended by family to reach out to johns sewer. I reached out via yelp messenger and got a response within the hour and they dispatched at technician over within 2 hours. The technician arrived Joey, and was professional and courteous. He identified the blockage and setup some tarps around the sink area to minimize dirt. He snaked the drain very thoroughly and resolved the blockage. Joey was chill whole time, explained some of the possible root causes behind blockage and preventative measures. The flat fee was way cheaper than the ridiculous profit charged by roto rooter last time. Will definitely use john sewes for future plumbing work.
