I L-O-V-E this place. I wish it was closer to my house but I'll take the drive anytime to see my kids having this much fun. This place is big enough to fit all the lively creatures the show up to have a blast. I love their infant and toddler area and the fact they have monitors around making sure kids are playing freely but not too crazy. I love how the kids can run and be wild. That's the kind of kids I have, this is the kind of place I need. On top, food is very good and they have a great variety. I really like that there are separate areas for babies, toddlers and big kids and that their staff actually enforces the height and weight limit. It's pretty clean (much cleaner than adventure playland) and they are on top of any issues. The only negative is that I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they charge for babies over the age of 6 months and also don't let you bring your stroller in the cafe portion. Very clean and nice fun place ! Staff was friendly for the most part but DO NOT help in situations regarding the children. I would hope they would encourage parents to be a tad bit more hands on than they are. I saw many small children being pushed down or bumped off balance by larger children . This place is awesome! We bring the kids a few times a year especially when the weather keeps us inside. When you first enter the play area there is a baby and toddler gated area. Across from that is a giant open floor with pedal powered tractors and cars! There is also a room with air powered nerf ball cannons, where was this place when I was a kid! Finally towards the back is the most massive indoor jungle gym and slide that I have ever seen. Lots of ladders, tubes, slides and hideouts to explore. They also have a cafe so if your kids are old enough to look after themselves you can get some work done while wearing out the kids. read more

This place is geeat! My son is having a blast! The slide is huge. Double the size of other indoor playgrounds. They also have a tractor area. One suggestion.. the back areas where the building blocks and legos are need some kind of lighting. No one wants to play in the dark. It always seem like we're in an area we're not suppose to be in. My son had a blast here. We spent 4 hours bored but my son had the biggest smile. It was extremely packed on a Saturday afternoon so get there early to enjoy the play area with your kids. As I pulled up in the parking lot I noticed a bus full of kindergartens entering the building. Oh dear, what am I getting myself into is all I could think! Needless to say my son had an absolute blast. The facility is large so it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. I got no complaints on this place. Took my niece and nephew here 4 & 9 and both were entertained . We stayed an hour and a half. It's a little pricy though and socks are 2.50 so make sure you bring socks. Overall this spot is a hit. Reminds me of a place I used to go to when I was a kid called leaps and bounds. This place is open till 9 on Sats so it's a great way to tire the kids out before bed. read more

Took a three and eight year old here -- both had fun for a couple hours. Pros: - Super, super clean (including the bathrooms). The staff were constantly cleaning. - Adults and teens get in free. - The cafe was reasonably priced and offered healthy options. - At least when we were there, it was not too crowded. Cons: - There was a big room with a bunch of guns/cannons that shoot soft balls. However, almost all the guns were jammed and broken. I was there in the middle of the week right when it opened and it was immediately insanely crowded. The first kid there gets in for free, so there are were plenty of vultures ready to run people down in order to be the first ones in. The play area is very dimly lit--to the point where you can barely see. Older children (I'm talking like 12 years old) who apparently don't have to go to school were running wild and out of control including in the toddler area. I won't be back. read more

A little too far from my place but my little one enjoyed a lott, not too crowded lots of place for kids to enjoy and learn, I'm not sure if this happened to all the kids or just mine but the other covered blue slide wasn't for such space as my daughter each time had fall unexpected inside the slide, her neck is a little fragile, we have been having physiotherapy for her, but when it was there i thought its for the kids but i realized that isn't safe for anybody, as the curves inside are too high for kids to balance themselves.. Also, the socks doesn't look like $2 socks, cut down the price to $1. Accident waiting to happen! Went 1/3/19 with my 2.5 yr old grandson. The accident I refer to occurred when my grandson was climbing up the padded stairs leading to the play area. Near the very top the protective netting was not connected to the stairs. My grandson fell through to the ground below, a distance of 12'. That's the equivalent of falling off a roof. After an emergency Dr. visit we found out his only injury was a bad scrape on his back from the netting. He (and we) were so lucky it wasn't worse! One of the workers was kind and brought me ice. We were told the owner would be coming, he never came. We instead asked for him. My husband showed him the unprotected area. He said he would fix it right away. Unfortunately that was not soon enough to protect our grandson. A manager approached me asking for my contact information. As I was filling it out instead of expressing concern he asked me if I signed a waiver. Update: The owner called the next day to check on my grandson. She was kind and expressed genuine concern. They have fixed the problem and hopefully will be more diligent in the future. Not sure if we'll return, but we feel much better after speaking to her. read more

This place is amazing. I'm so happy We came here. It is clean, has lots to do and the food is good too. I have an 11 month old and he was in the clean infant area. They have it closed off, so there was never any big kids in there. My hyper 5 year old also had a blast. Burned so much energy climbing, building, riding on the tractors and blasting the balls in the pit! And lastly the staff have been so amazing!!! I didn't meet a single member that wasn't super nice. When I come back to visit my Dad again, I'll be sure to come here. read more

$16 for weekend playtime is insane. We brought our 3 year old and 3 month old. Our 3 month old was napping in his car seat attached to our stroller and we were told we couldn't bring our stroller in. The blonde haired women working (I think manager or owner) was pretty cold and could care less. We had already driven 30 minutes to check this place out, so we just brought the car seat in and it woke our son up. The fact that you can't bring your stroller in is ridiculous, especially due to the fact that there is plenty of open space. Not worth the $16 based on what there is to do. I really like that you only have to pay for the kids and not the parents. My son is a toddler and the staff don't seem to do much in terms of enforcing nice play amongst the children. We visited today with two almost 3 year-old girls and two 8 year-old boys. All 4 kids had a fantastic time. There are lots of different activities and the climbing structure is fantastic with lots of different options and paths. This is truly a place where you can bring a toddler and an older kid and both will have fun. In addition to the large climbing structure/maze with a huge two story slide, there are a number of other areas as well: there is an open space with pedal tractors and small cars. It is a bit free-for-all in this area, but I did see an employee step in several times to correct children who were getting too wild or unsafe. That being said there were a lot of crashes and run over toes. The girls both got knocked down by bigger kids on the tractors, but we (as parents) were able to stay right next to the kids, so we could prevent most of the accidents. There is also an area for crawlers which is completely gated off. It had a nice variety of activities for littles with a ball pit and soft blocks. There was also a large gated area for toddlers (which they described as under 48"). There were 2 ball pits, 2 small slides, a tunnel, a rock wall, soft blocks to build with and a variety of other climbing challenges. Under the climbing structure there was an area with a swinging log and also an area with large foam blocks. They was also an enclosed area with large balls. In one room they had a number of air blaster guns which you loaded with foam balls. It was constant confusion in that room, but everyone seemed happy and I didn't see any tears. The play area was very clean. It could be because this place is pretty new, but I was impressed by the cleanliness of the play area. The staff were all helpful and professional and attentive. We did not eat here, but they had a nice sized menu and the prices were reasonable and appropriate from what we saw. So why the low rating? Several reasons: 1) the women's room was quite dirty. It was surprising given how clean the playfloor was. They have two little potties, 1 of which was filthy and unusable. They have 3 (or maybe just 2) large potties and 1 was completely out of toilet paper and the other had toilet paper all over it. There were also 2 changing tables, both of which had trash on them. 2) there are a lot of tables and chairs. But every single one had coats or bags on them. No people sitting there, but they were being "saved". Other than those tables and chairs there is no place to sit. It would be helpful if they had a "no saving" policy as they have a large coatroom for coats and shoes, and then people trying to feed toddlers snacks or enjoy a meal would have a place to sit. 3) it was ridiculously crowded. Granted we went during spring break, but it was crowded to the point where it felt very unsafe, and they kept letting more people in. It was difficult to even maneuver through certain areas as it was literally wall to wall people. Parents who weren't "watching" their children were standing in the middle of the play area, which made it extremely difficult to move from one space to another or keep sight of kids in different areas. This led to ill-supervised children and some of the worst behavior I have seen at a place space. I saw 2 different children at 2 totally different times rip down pieces of the climbing structure and carry them to other parts of the play floor and start swinging them around hitting other kids in the process. I saw kids climbing the wrong way up the giant slide repeatedly, despite the efforts of the young employee who kept attempting to stop them. I saw kids push smaller kids off the tractors and then run them over. I saw countless small children knocked down or trampled by older kids. Wild behavior is to be expected a play spaces like this, but this was an extreme that I have never seen before. The lack of parental supervision, either because they were literally unable to get to their children due to the crowds or because they just didn't care was really surprising. The employees who were working on the floor were very kind and were doing a good job attempting to maintain control, but it was a loosing battle because there were just way too many kids. We were there from 10:15am till 1pm and although the crowds did decrease slightly around 12:15, it was still quite crowded when we left. We will try the Ball Factory again on a weekday NOT during school vacation, as all 4 kids really loved it, but I will definitely make sure I have a 1 to 1 ratio of adults to smaller kids in case it is crowded again. read more

My kids LOVE it here! Definitely a great place for them to run off some energy. As a parent its ok. Seating area with tables for parents fills up quickly. I agree with other reviews that many tables are "taken" with clothing, coats, shoes but no people at table. That should change. Unless you are actually sitting at a table you shouldn't be able to use it as a closet. Also, it's a higher admission fee on the weekends, which seems price gouging to me. read more

This use to be my favorite place to take my daughter until I decided to throw her birthday party there. The staff was not very helpful during the party. They brought pizza inside the room, placed it on the table by the adults and forgot about the kids. I had to go ask them if they are going to take care of the kids first... Mind you this is a kids party, duh! Rooms were too small, mind you I booked the double room. They gave me the smaller double rooms out of the 4 rooms when I was told I would get the larger of the 4 rooms. Paid over $900 for 2 double rooms. They offered me a 10% discount and my total bill was over $1,000.00. This discount was applied after I was told it was $100 for an hour extension in the double room. Prices changed apparently and it went up to $300 in less than a month after I booked the party. I was never informed about this. Staff is very unorganized and childish. Tables were not laid out properly inside the rooms, had to rearrange myself. This place is completely over priced and needs to provide better customer service and not trick people. All of my guests complained about the service, none of which will be coming back to the ball factory. Completely unsatisfied. Save your money and throw your child's next birthday some place else. Don't be fooled by this place. Very unhappy. read more
