Great place to stop by before the Warriors game for food and drinks. Lots of great selections here, but you won't find the entire classic Ballast Point beers or experimental menu items at this location. Good happy hour for food and drinks. The burger was delicious and they were able to cut it in half for us in the kitchen. The garlic Parmesan fries are tasty with a huge portion and plenty of garlic. Don't expect to kiss anyone after having the garlic Parmesan fries haha. Lots of seating, but not enough servers. Hard to track someone down sometimes to place more orders, but it's much easier from the bar seating.

My group walked over here after a game of mini golf, it was a lightly packed night as the warriors were playing, but we had already had seats reserved, so when we walked in, we were quickly seated. I started with a Hazy beer that I forgot to take a photo of, but of course, it was great. I ordered a Smash Burger with fries, and it was just as I expected: great-tasting, had all the fixings you'd want, and the fries were crispy. The vibes were fun and great for those who are looking for a local brewery for beer and food!

Good food, good beer, good fun with trivia nights! The ambiance is a little basic and the service is a little untraditional but it works well for what it is. Beer prices are good but the food is a little pricer than I'd expect. Still very good for after work with friends.

A solid spot for beers and food. We also did trivia and it was a lot of fun. The competition is FIERCE! We got the fish tacos and cheese curds and a few beers. Everything tasted great! Definitely a good spot to meet up with friends.

Great brewery if you want to eat before the warriors game. The food is delicious and affordable. Happy hour had a lot of options. The serving size of the fries were also huge. Fries were crispy, fresh and flavorful with lots of garlic and parm. I will definitely be back for burger, fries and a beer.

such a solid spot for a group happy hour, some sport watching, and/or some grub! staff is always so accommodating and there always seems to be room, even with a party of 12... impressive! i especially enjoy the qr code ordering system as it's efficient and allows people to order and pay individually. drinks are reasonable and so is food, especially if you hit happy hour. the wings were a bit small but still juicy and flavorful! definitely will be going back.

This brewery was fantastic! I love to check out as many local breweries as I can while traveling so I had to make my way over. The food was delicious and the beers were just as tasty. I wish I had taken pictures of all my food. We had pretzel bites with cheese, cheese curds, kale Ceaser salad, and the bbq bacon burger. All of the food was so good, and the staff very nice. We were there midday on a Monday so it was rather empty but it was a beautiful space! I'll be stopping on back next time I'm in town

Great location next to Chase and medical buildings, super friendly staff and most importantly delicious beer.

Expectations were high, given that I've been here before. The ambiance is nice, but the food was a miss. While I did enjoy the beet salad, the side of chicken breast that I added for $7 was lacking. It was about 6 small chunks of chicken and burnt. The lemon pepper chicken wings were small and dry. No sauce was offered, and no sauce came in the to-go bag. Ranch would have helped the dryness. A disappointing dinner which cost over $40. :(

We went early so it wasn't too busy yet. Very spacious place, great for people that need the extra room for accessibility. Travis was great! Service was quick and the food was nice for a quick bite. Pretzel bites were delicious but for the price more bites would be much appreciated. Lots of options for beers on tap or cans if you prefer. They don't just offer beer and have a variety of wines, a couple hard seltzers and a cider. Menu also offers kids meals and non- alcoholic drinks. Definitely recommend stopping by if your in the area, great for larger groups, families or even just by yourself.

Great place to get drinks before any Chase Center event! Food is great, staff is nice, beers on tap 10/10

Pros: - huge space - not too loud - food and drinks come out quickly - toast tab ordering system makes it convenient to pay in group settings - EXCELLENT seasoned french fries. I don't know what batter they use, but my god is it good Cons: - the pumpkin spice churro lacks pumpkin spice flavor and is more reminiscent of taco bell cinnamon twists than an actual churro. The apple butter it is served with is cold and tasty on its own, but makes for an unsuccessful pairing imo - only one puny container of ketchup is served with the fries, and we couldn't flag down a waiter to ask for more - the bathrooms were a little messy. Not gross, but not clean either. One of the soap dispensers was broken and there was tp on the ground - unsure if the water area with pitchers was self-serve, but no one will stop by your table unless they're dropping off your order

The concept of battle of the decades is great too! Each hour is a different decade of music, starting with the 60's. I spent a few hours dancing from 60's-80's music until about 8pm (perfect for an old millennial like me) until the place filled up. Totally great night at Monroe. Cheap drink specials, great music, and I was able to get in bed by 8:30pm. I'll definitely be back again.

The highest and newest reviews are rarely genuine, as Monroe employees actively try to bury honest negative feedback by offering customers a free entree in exchange for positive reviews. You can verify this by filtering the reviews to "newest first"; you will see multiple high reviews posted immediately after an honest, low rating is left. Also believe what's said about the bearded man at the door (Payam)... He is terrible and he is only nice if it'll benefit his club.

The building was a printing press back in the day, so it's a bit of a maze but that's part of the charm. I've discovered some amazing local businesses. I recently went to their February artisan food fairs, and bought some delicious food products. They had a variety of food vendors: hot sauces, honey, dips, cookies, teas, and more. As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more. There are so many fairs in the city, but the vendors here are ones that I haven't seen anywhere else. So check out their insta or their website for dates to their upcoming fairs.

I never heard of this place until a fellow Yelper brought this up to me and I said SFBox? I never heard or been in this location before and I am sure most of you never heard of this place either unless you search for history of the William Randolph Hearst printing press building so many years ago. The building was built in 1926 as a printing plant for the San Francisco Examiner. It is a nice mixed use building like a nice cozy maze to explore the nice layout and architecture of the old print shop. So upstairs about 2 floors and vendors are scattered so it's like a hunt for them, almost like a needle in haystack. Lol Well it's not that hard as you won't miss anyone. Too floor that where you will satisfy your sweet tooth . Yummy. The vendors that were there were a nice mix from tea, cheese, spices, India coffee , Turkish spreads, ice cream, giant cookies, healthy drinks, spreads, and I am sure you will find something you will enjoy. I don't normally buy stuff, but the honey , red beet, 2004 sweet land Bingdao $95 brick tea that is aged 21 years that can make 175 tea servings for $95, Il Fiorello basalmic vinegar was thick and smooth great texture and syrupy taste very captivating and Taste of Levant tahini and their chocolate jar of molasses was excellent and I had to buy them. Yummy in my tummy! Not sure if same vendors will be there again, so catch them the at your farmers market, festivals or next Eats event!

I've attended multiple events at Dominic's Catering over the years--from intimate gatherings of around 40 people to large events with over 200 guests, including parties, funerals, holiday celebrations, and family events. Every experience has been outstanding. The food is consistently delicious. I've enjoyed everything from simple buffet-style meals to elegant prime rib dinners complete with sorbet palate cleansers between courses. They truly offer options for every budget, and you definitely get what you pay for. One of my favorite memories was a New Year's Eve party. After an incredible prime rib dinner and a night of dancing, they surprised everyone just after midnight with a complimentary sandwich-making station to help soak up the alcohol before guests headed home. It was such a thoughtful touch that everyone appreciated. Their Mother's Day and Father's Day brunches are also fantastic. The food is always excellent, and they have plenty of seating for large groups. Even when we've made last-minute plans, they've been incredibly accommodating. The venue itself is another huge plus. The space can be transformed to fit almost any theme. I've attended everything from elegant quinceañeras to fun jungle-themed celebrations, and each event felt completely unique. Their room rental fees are also much more reasonable than many other venues, allowing you to spend more of your budget on decorations--or simply save the money. Parking is free and plentiful, which is a huge convenience for guests. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive, making every event feel special. I will absolutely continue hosting my family's celebrations at Dominic's Catering and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, and an affordable, versatile event venue. If you'd like, I can also make it sound a little more personal and conversational, which tends to do very well on Google Reviews.

There was a huge line for the coffee when I arrived that didn't let up until halfway through the show. They are doing this again in September and I would recommend if you are in the area. The only thing that would have made it better would have been less people given the amount of chatter and distraction of people walking by. I'm curious as to what this venue looks like in other set ups and at different times of the day because it is beautiful, what a nice spot in San Francisco.

A Lifesaver for Our Wedding -- Exceptional Service and Stunning Space!…read more If I could give Carlos and Marigold more than five stars, I would. We were scheduled to have a small outdoor wedding ceremony at Mission Dolores Park, but when the San Francisco weather forecast turned "rough" just days before our April 1st date, we were in a total panic. I reached out to Carlos at the last minute, and the level of service we received was nothing short of extraordinary. Here is why you should book your next event here: Incredible Responsiveness: Carlos responded to my inquiry almost immediately and hopped on a call with me the same day to iron out the details. He made a high-stress situation feel completely manageable. Accommodating & Flexible: Even with our last-minute request, he was so generous with the timing. He allowed us to come in early at 2:00 PM to set up flowers and told us there was "no rush" to leave, letting our group stay and enjoy a drink before our dinner reservation. The Space is Stunning: We held our ceremony upstairs in a beautiful, dry, and welcoming space featuring a gorgeous mural. It was the perfect backdrop for our 10-person group--intimate, stylish, and full of character. Personal Touch: Carlos even provided his personal cell number for day-of coordination to ensure everything went smoothly. That level of care is rare.
