This is the second time hubby and I have stopped in for lunch/dinner. I must say it's very clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is on point, with impeccable flavors and freshness. And the beers were ice cold and served with a frosted glass. The pricing is great for the portions. We'll be back~and am looking forward to it.

Visiting Phoenix. Where I live has terrible Chinese food, so I like crave it. Bamboo Asian Kitchen was so spot on. Spacious, bright and clean restaurant. Quick and friendly service. Went straightforward and classic: Crab Puffs (crab rangoons) Orange Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. They give you SO MUCH FOOD! Was so bummed we were traveling and couldn't take our leftovers. Everything was so good. Hot, crispy and flavors were spot on. Some great comfort food.

Kung Pao combo - shrimp & chicken. A great special here with Spring roll, crab, puff and choice of hot and sour. Or egg drop soup.

The food has been consistently, always great! Great place to come with family and friends. Plenty of seating for everyone. It's always very clean here. Just had the new server here, Kaylee and Nick The Great LOL The service has always been top notcher on the ball and always good with suggestions, Just see the photos.

The server? Owner? Was super sweet!! I overheard him mention what goes well with what, what item overpowers what, you really don't get that at any other restaurant. When entering the place we were seated right away. From the looks of it, the place looked super clean! The food I'd give 7/10. The walnut shrimp had more of a lemon-y taste to it compared to other places I've tried. The orange chicken was good. The egg fried rice lacked a bit of flavor but it wasn't bad. I really enjoyed the hot & sour soup, the egg drop soup & the crab puffs. Portions were really decent too, enough to share with 2 other people.

Phoenix has many "Asian" places to eat, and I happened to be at Spectrum Mall, and I gave this place a try. A gentleman asked me if it was my first time here when i walked in, and was seated very quickly. He recommended Chicken or Beef dish. I ordered a cup of Hot and Sour soup and Steamed Dumplings. The soup came out first, at first it was very under whelming but the heat kicked in. Over all good soup. The dumplings cane out next, they are huge, much bigger than many other places in town. The filling was good, the dipping sauce paired well. Their menu is extensive and has a wide variety of asian food. The place is clean, and decor isn't over the top asian either. I will be coming back.

Was visiting from out of town and in search of some quick take-out Chinese food in the zip code of our Airbnb. We ordered our food while in downtown Phoenix and was told it would be about 20 min. We were 25 min away. We got hunan beef, orange chicken, chicken fried rice and their house pan-fried noodles. The food was ready upon our arrival and freshly made. The hunan beef was just okay, but everything else was pretty good. Got it to go so we didn't experience the inside.

Wonderful food & service. The owner truly cares! I drive out of my way to go there and have tried several dishes. The hot and sour soup is always yummy. If you go there, you will not be disappointed. From a loyal patron.

9-25-24 Update I never had egg foo young beef before. I've always picked other dishes and wanted to try something new. Egg foo young is an omelette with onions and choice of meat or veggies with brown sauce gravy. Comes with steamed rice. It's very filling and worth to try out. This is a true workmen's food to keep them going. I had 3 pieces of the omelette with beef. You might need to add a bit of salt and pepper for your liking. I love mine as is because I love dipping it in brown sauce gravy. I have leftovers for dinner or breakfast. Worth it.

The Hot & Sour Soup is consistently deeelish as is their House Fried Rice. They offer an onion free version as my Dog loves egg fried rice. The soup has just the right ratio of veg/meat to liquid. The owners / cashier is always pleasant, friendly, always forgives my terrible Chinese. The place is spotless every time I've gone in. A tasty, clean, friendly nosh, every time.

I saw a call for help Reel on Instagram for Bamboo Asian Kitchen by their shop neighbor Naughty Taco this weekend. It was a heartfelt message by a representative of Naughty Taco urging people to stop in and help a business in need to avoid them from going under. I have not been to either restaurant, but have started with Bamboo Asian Kitchen. I placed an order of Beef Fried Rice to go with Gina at the counter. The dining area is sparse, beautifully lit and most important very clean. There is also a little waiting area if you order at the counter and takeout. My order comes out pretty quickly and piping hot! I get back to my desk and the fried rice is still super hot. Excuse the takeout presentation. I am sure it is much prettier when dinning in. I am happy that i ran into the Instagram Reel, this place has very delicious food. I will for sure be back, but will be dinning in next time. I hope that the call for help gets answered to keep them afloat! I am now a fan of Bamboo Asian Kitchen!!!

Every dish was prepared beautifully and packed with flavor, but the lobster was truly divine. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and infused with the aromatic flavors of fresh ginger and green onions, it was one of those dishes that leaves a lasting impression long after the meal is over. The beef and shrimp lo mein were equally delicious, with rich savory flavors and generous portions, while the walnut shrimp was perfectly crisp with a delicate sweetness that balanced the dish beautifully. The fried rice was the perfect complement to everything on the table. We also enjoyed a few sake bombers, which are hands down the best we've had anywhere. They are always perfectly prepared and have become a must-order whenever we visit. They pair wonderfully with the food and add an extra touch of fun to an already fantastic dining experience. It's probably the fanciest Chinese restaurant I've been to in AZ. The lunch menu is excellent and quite impressive! There are 8 entrees to choose along with a side for only $20. What's crazy is that a full size seafood and wagyu beef belly jjampong is a side! They're regularly $24 so it's a crazy deal to get an additional entree!! We ordered seafood jjampong and wagyu beef jjampong as sides and genghis khan beef and chili garlic fried chicken as mains. The jjampong had that great umami taste without the oiliness that's unavoidable at other restaurants. The ingredients felt very premium and fresh. Ghengis khan beef pieces were very generous and tender with a savory sauce. Chili garlic chicken was a tad salty for me but had great crisp. To be clear, I am a New Yorker and know good fast Chinese food. The ambiance was promising. It looked like I was finally going to find what I've been looking for in Phoenix for years. For whatever reason, Chinese restaurants in Arizona serve egg hockey pucks and cover it with various items and call it egg foo young. I even asked about it before I ordered it. Alas when I got home and saw what I had, I was disappointed. It's faster to make it this way but the egg hockey puck had no taste - zero. They could have at least added oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, maybe nam plah, and perhaps sesame oil. It was tasteless. A complete miss. I also ordered something simple, shrimp spring rolls. They were delicious! I inhaled them and will order them again. I'd go again just for the spring rolls. Maybe they have other dishes that are good and I may not entirely give up but the egg foo young is a no go.

Gotta support local when you can I say! The menu is pretty basic and has all your typical options for Americanized Chinese food. Wanting to get something that had noodles in it, I opted for the combination #1 which has chow mein crispy noodles, pork fried rice, and two tempura shrimp. Quite a lot of food and for a very reasonable price! I think the combo was around $10. If you are a fan of bean sprouts, this is your place. The chow mein had a massive pile of beansprouts on top. The noodles were indeed crispy but they was such a meager portion compared to the beansprouts. The fried rice was pretty basic but also a generous portion and the two tempura shrimp had a nice crispy batter. I tried some of the eggroll too which is one of the most unique versions I've had since the super crispy outer layer was either a different preparation or different wrap material than I'm used to. The interior was made primarily of beansprouts too. Service was good. Our food was prepared fairly quickly.
