I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue, but regardless, the yelling was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong musty smell, which suggested poor ventilation. After paying, I asked to use the restroom and was rushed to the back where I was shown what can barely be called a bathroom: a toilet and sink in an open space with no door. Instead, there was a thin sheer cloth (about the length of my arm) hanging from the ceiling offering zero privacy. After that, I was quickly ushered into another room and rushed to lay down for the massage. When it was time to leave, one lady aggressively demanded a tip while another woman physically blocked the exit door until we tipped. When we asked if there was an extra $2.00 charge for using a card, the staff member told us, "$2.00 is not too much for you," which was extremely rude and inappropriate -- you should never tell customers what they can or cannot afford. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We never got a massage with the masseuse's hands the whole time we were just getting tortured with the elbow randomly and I kept telling my masseuse as well as my husband saying "hey can you use your hands instead of your elbow" and they wouldn't understand they would start a little bit with the hands and then go back to the elbow 60 minutes of this I left feeling worse than when I arrived our backs and neck were hurting for the next two days. I have gotten many massages and many places that are Swedish and they use a certain technique right here. We never even got anything close to that. It was a total waste of money. Please don't go here. There are better places for the same price. Also, I did not take cash to tip the masseuse which in my opinion should've not even have to the person in charge. Amen said there would be a dollar fee for using the credit card to tip and he ended up charging three dollars instead of a dollar and so I told him why are you charging me three dollars when you said a dollar and then he said oh I'm sorry here's your two dollars back and he gave me two dollars cash. This place is horrible.
