Was in the area looking for a nail salon to get my nails done before a trip to Mexico. I searched salons in my area and I was immediately drawn to this one based on the reviews. I walked in at 6 and they closed at 7 but Lynn was super sweet and said no problem! She did an amazing job on my full set, exactly what I wanted! Definitely will be back.

Was in the area and needed my nails done. Looked up reviews near by and Bamboo nails was the highest and I see why now. Lynn is the sweetest and she really knows what she is doing. Her product selection is amazing and I could have not been happier for finding this nail shop. I will be a regular now

Lynn is great at what she does. She's quick yet for as fast as she is, the quality is always on point. If you've never been to her shop, call in advance and book an appt with her. She's the only one in the shop and sometimes booked back to back. Everytime I come in and ask her what I'm thinking as far as nails go, she brings it to life. Her instagram even shows more of her work. I always book in advance with her. You can even text her a few days prior and her schedule is pretty open a day or 2 prior. She's worth it!

It's been a while since I've been to a nail salon. Over 2 years now. Wanted to give it a try and get pampered before the long weekend. Found this place and decided to give it a try. First the parking lot is located on the back side of this building. When you first make a right, keep going until you find an alley. It's a two way alley so don't be afraid to go in. The parking lot is very small but there's also parking on the street right in front of the business. I came around noon and it was very easy to find parking. Then, walking towards the salon there's a patio area, very nice for people that need to wait. My pedicure (forgot to ask her name) was very gentle and offer me a pamphlet with services. Went with number #5 ( basic) and gel french tip. $40 Anna, did my nails and did a beautiful French tip gel as well $65. I love how Anna was personal and friendly. I will come back for my next fill and pedicure. Also like that both ladies weren't pushy with services. I understand that's how business runs but I rather get a basic service and give a better tip as I appreciate their time taken on me.

I hate when you go to a nail place and you want a regular old school manicure and they get mad because you don't want to get Gel, let me tell you something Anna the lady that works there you don't need gel for everything sometimes a girl just wants a regular manicure!!! Dont get mad and give shitty customer service. I will never be back again! read more

I've been coming to this establishment for many years and I've seen the different owners throughout the years. It is under new ownership. I always come in to see Anna. She does my gel pedicure and my gel full set. She always does a great job and I leave satisfied. I love that she remembers who I am because it makes me feel welcomed. There is only street parking or a small parking behind the establishment. I think the pricing is fair also. read more

Ive gotten my nails done here but by a different girl which always comes out good. But this time I walked in and T I got my nails and pedicure done by Anna. All I got to say ladies is be careful coming here because it is not sanitary. (Observe when your getting nails done) She was working on difference clients while she was working with me. Pedicures to manicures to eyebrows on different clients. Was not washing hands and using same gloves. She didn't not switch out the towels , I had to tell her I want a clean one every time. She would get upset when I would tell her I want my cudicles clean and her response was I know what I'm doing it's my job. She is very rough she cut me about 5 times while doing my nails and will continue by being rough even though I told her to chill. I left the nail salon with my nails throbbing and cuts. (The cuts were by the machine she would use to file the nails, and a thick filer she would use on hands and feet) my nails still hurt and I wouldn't be surprise if I got an infection because one nail just doesn't stop throbbing the worst service ever. Please consider before coming in with her. read more

I was in need of an acrylic fill before my trip and most places are closed on Christmas Eve. I was able to find this location since it's near my area of work. A bit skeptical considering they don't have many reviews but thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I had the pleasure of getting my nails by Lynn. She was very friendly and consistently checked up to make sure everything was to my liking. Super detailed and organized. I would definitely come back again! read more

I made an appointment the night before. It was for 10:00 a m the following day. When I arrived, there were only two unfriendly women working on one woman. I told them I had an appointment. They asked me to sit down. 29 minutes later, and no one there? I was still waiting. Don't schedule appointments you cannot handle. That is a lack of respect for clients who rely on schedule timing. I walked out after 25 minutes. Big waste of time. Ery unfriendly and unprofessional environment. There are too many nail places in the area, who will give the client the respect we need. Bambooz? I come here specifically for Anna. She's honestly the best in the game! Every time I have a design idea for my nails, she goes above and beyond. She actually forms relationships with her clients and always texts me for holidays and to check in. All of the other staff are very nice and attentive. First time here. Had to find a place closer to work since I'm off a bit late and can't get to my usual one on time. So many nail salons in the area but this one, although it doesn't have very many reviews, it does have the best ones. My nails turned out great! Love the shape, color design...everything!! Walked in this Saturday AM based on the fact that they offered dip manicure. The owner took her time to explain the process and answered all of my questions (and I had lots). For those looking for an alternative to a gel manicure, try dip powder. She is Very thorough and meticulous. I prefer a square round and she shaped my nail exactly how I wanted. I also had a pedicure done, but by a different lady. She also was very thorough and I didn't have to point out or mention an ingrown nail. She was on it. I say this because some nail places will ignore the ingrown unless you mention it. Not here. I was beyond satisfied with both the dip mani and pedicure. Total for dip mani and pedi with callous remover $62. I'm glad I found a great new nail spot in Pico. read more

2nd visit I was short on time and explained I had one hour.. they assure me no problem.. pedi and one nail repair.. unfortunately I have to do two acrylic nails on my big toes.. They've been nice and I have been happy with the gel manicure I've gotten but the last time I visited this salon I feel I was mislead into getting a "gel-x" set because my manicurist told me it looks more natural as it grows out, less damaging to my nails and to just soak in acetone for 10 min to remove. All 3 selling points completely false. Never have my nails been this damaged even by acrylics. They did not look natural as they grew out, they looked like acrylics and it was not as easy to remove. Never coming back here. read more

Nancy did my nails. It was my first time getting a full set. She was very fast. My nails came out OK. Did not think just one week later my nails would be lifting and falling off. Super disappointed and will not go back For my nails. She also did my pedicure and did a good job. I will likely go back to her for that only. read more

I got my nails done here a few days ago and I wanted to wait a few days before writing my review. Am I 100% in love with my nails? No but do I 100% hate them no. Víctor did my nails. What I really liked is that he took his time and effort to do the job but it just wasn't what I hopped it would be. After reading a few articles on dip nails I decided that's what I wanted since they didn't require UV Ray's from the light that is usually used for gel nails. So I was really confused when Víctor used clear gel polish and UV light to top off my dipped nails. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back. Lynn does such an amazing job making sure that your nails are poppin! She's really good at shaping your nails and making sure they're all even and perfectly shaped. I followed her from a different shop because I just couldn't find anyone else that does nails the way she does. She's also really good at creating designs. She's an artist! First time trying this place and Lynn is amazing ! She's keenly meticulous in her work and knows what she's doing. I loved that she immediately understood the design I wanted after showing her several pics - and it turned out amazing ! Im glad I was able to beat the crowd on a Saturday so I highly recommend making an appointment first. Bonus points for Lynn being able to work fast while ensuring my nails are perfection ! Love the new place! Came in to have my nail fixed, it had a horrible split, absolutely enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and friendly workers! Lynn is the owner that worked on my nails and I also got my brows cleaned up while I was there too, very relaxing experience and also enjoyed the massage chair! This place deserves all the attention it can possibly get! I went there tonight for my first visit, walked in without an appointment at 6:30pm when their closing time is at 7pm. Luckily for me, i was assisted by Lynn, the owner of the shop and i was soo impressed by all the nail designs, and gel color selections they had! The shop is fairly new but so on top of their nail game. I've tried almost all the other shops in Pico, from Top line nails to TJ nails and none compare to this one! Lynn had an actual conversation with me and made sure i was fully satisfied. Its so rare to sit and get quality work done from someone that actually cares about the business. My mom and I had the deluxe pedicure and we loved it! We have definitely found thee place! My mom always gets a little nervous when she has a pedicure because everywhere we have gone you either snip her when you do her cuticles or they hurt her during massage. It was so nice these ladies took their time and was very gentle and sweet! The salon is nicely decorated and clean! I can't wait to come back for fill! read more

I showed her a reference photo and she made them EXACTLY the same. Place was easy to find, parking in the back or on the street (residential area). Prices are also very good. Well let me start by saying all the Reviews, seem really great, unfortunately I did not get Lynn, I got a Older lady..I picked up on some bad Vibes from her.. When they start speaking in their language..its not good..people a Manicure usually is 20.O0..unless you live in High end City like Beverly Hills..she charged 27.00..I thought she said 17.00.. she then said with a Hungry tone 27.00!!! Geez I never received such ugliness in quite some time....Well never return read more

Got basic gel, decently priced but the polish was too thin. Went through four coats and there was definitely still some patches and scuffs. Chose a pastel color, but I think the brand of polish was not the best. Payment through Zelle only. Environment was clean and workers were very friendly! read more

What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

I wish to give this 5 stars but Yelp will remove it either way. Dont know why but it surprised me when all 5* got buried in "not recommended" and just 1* left. This place is a good place when the owner actually cared for customers and she is willing to explain to you if you have questions.
