Delicious Bahn mi. Fast service, especially for a busy spot at the airport. Loved the added touch of receiving a red envelope on Lunar New Year!

Located inside PDX Southwest Airlines terminal. I've passed this place many times and decided to give it a try. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and tofu. The grilled chicken was very flavorful. The tofu is fried. Service was fast and I appreciated that as I was running late for my flight. Good service. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.

A bit over priced but good fresh food for being in an airport. Flavor and efficiency make it worth a visit, especially for those long layovers (or delayed flights).

The E concourse at PDX has so many delicious options to choose from that it felt like I took forever to make a choice. I'm happy I picked Bambuza. The service was polite and fast. There is seating all over the place and not the type of seating you see at most airports. I found a nice cushy chair by the windows to enjoy my pho. I love that they gave me plenty pieces of chicken and so much noodles --It was filling! And the broth stood on its own very well. If you stop by be sure to order the mango juice to go with your meal. It has the perfect level of sweetness.

Great price for amount of food. I got the Lemongrass Tofu grill bowl. Hefty amount of tofu sautéed to perfection. All my veggies were crispy & crunchy. Great airport option of fresh & protein. I added hoisin mixed with sriracha provided. I would get again at this airport.

I had tofu bang mi vegan. It was yummy and was just right for a quick lunch. The staff was fast and kind.

In a pinch, having take out salad rolls and rocket shrimp (shrimp wrapped in a spring roll wrapper and fried) is so good!

Grabbed a chicken bahn mi and iced coffee for my flight and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Doesn't compare to the San Gabriel Valley where I'm from, but for airport food, was much better than expected.

Grabbed a pork bánh mì at Bambuza while waiting for my flight at PDX. It hit the spot--crispy baguette, savory pork, and fresh pickled veggies. No complaints about the flavor, but $15 for a bánh mì still feels steep, even for airport food. I get that airport prices are always inflated, but I couldn't help thinking about the amazing $6 bánh mìs I've had around Portland. This one was tasty, just not mind-blowing. Service was quick and the space is clean, so it's a solid option if you're in a rush and want something fresher than the usual fast food. Decent food, airport pricing--manage your expectations and you'll be fine.

Grabbed a bite after I landed. Service was friendly, with an airport food court atmosphere. Banh Mi Sandwich with grilled pork, sweet & tangy pickled carrots, fresh cucumbers, cilantro, and a zesty garlic-sriracha spread on a delicious toasted baguette. I also had a bag of onion soup potato chips. The food was good and I would eat here again but the sandwich skimpy with the pork.

Good food, decent prices. Do yourself a favor and don't add the tiny spring roll for 2$

Had the tofu banh mi. I was starving, Pretty standard banh mi, but they didn't have all the pickled veggies.

Special shout out to the kitchen staff for big multitasking energy: watching the game, closing out the place, and firing out some amazing food. Wilder's near-close happy hour offerings were both tasty and generous. Cocktails featured offerings from local distillers that yielded complex flavors but nothing that was "trying too hard" to be artisanal. Also Made my date's night that they were using polenta as a bun.

We walked in at about 6:30pm on a Wednesday night and was kind of greeted by one of the servers. She wasn't too friendly and seemed to be irritated that we said we'd wait for a table as opposed to sitting at the bar. Once seated, that same server came over to try to take our orders and once again seemed irritated that we weren't ready to order. Luckily, another server took over from there and we had a pleasant anniversary meal the rest of the time! Here's everything we tried: Devilish Eggs - This came with 4 deviled eggs and was just okay. The crispy bacon pieces was the best part of this dish! Steak Tartare - This was the main reason we chose this restaurant and we were definitely not disappointed! We spent our first anniversary together in Europe and had so much tartare and this really brought back some wonderful memories for us. The tartare was rich and mustardy, beef flavor was great, and it sort of just melted in your mouth. The crispy chips paired well with the tartare and I can't wait to come back and have this again! Mussels - This was a big bowl of mussels in a white wine garlic sauce with toasted baguettes. Mussels tasted fresh and garlicky with just a bit of funk from whatever cheese they grated on top. The toasted baguettes were so good dipped into that white wine broth. I wish this dish came with skinny fries but it was also so good as is. Would definitely order this again! Field Greens - I asked for this to come out with my meal but it came out about 10 minutes before the entrees came out. It was very light and refreshing. I saved half to have with my meal but most of it was wilted already by the time our mains came out. But it's okay! The fried chicken actually had a small portion of this salad on its plate. I wouldn't have ordered this had I known, so next time will skip the side salad altogether! Fried chicken - I really wanted to like this dish but alas, fried chicken breast is very hard to make juicy. I definitely prefer dark meat because that's harder to mess up. My partner enjoyed it but he doesn't mind dry chicken. The sauces were phenomenal! That mustard sauce was great and the sweet glaze was delicious! The potatoes would have been a lot better if they were smaller to get more of that crust to creamy potato ratio but still okay the way it was. My fiance cleaned this plate up! Brown Butter Cake - This cake was phenomenal! It's hard to mess anything with Brown Butter up so I had really high expectations for this and they certainly did not disappoint. The server was nice enough to throw candles on it since we were celebrating and it really ended our meal on the sweetest note! The restaurant itself is small and cozy. A bit dark and romantic. It really reminded me of the small bistros in France that we frequented while we were out there. We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu!

I got in with my Priority Pass, you can also get in with certain premium credit cards, or you can pay for access, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It's a beautiful space. Lots of room, comfortable, and plenty of USB ports and plugs to charge your gear. They also have at least one private working room, where you can get your business done if you need to. For planespotters, on one end of the lounge, you have a good view of the ramp and gates, on the other end of the lounge, you have a nice view of the runway, with an absolutely gorgeous view of Mount Hood. The food was overall , very good. Several hot choices including soup, they also had premade sandwiches, make your own sandwiches, salads, desserts, etc.... My absolute favorite was the pulled pork. A Tangy BBQ sauce, and the pork was just so tender... I thought the pasta was OK, nothing spectacular, the vegetarian beans were very good, I couldn't taste the difference, and the "spicy potatoes" had just a little bit of a "kick" to them . I didn't try the little corn in the cob "nubs", because I just don't care for them There is also a full bar available. The lounge also has showers on a first come first serve basis. The shower is handicapped accessible, with a handheld showerhead, and a "bath bench". The shower rooms are very clean, and it is an absolutely fantastic way to freshen up before, after, or even between your flights. I felt like a new man. I was just as ugly as before, but at least I felt refreshed... :). Thank you for a fantastic way to relax before my flight.
