I just love the owners...I think Brewster is very lucky to have them in their town. We have several favorites on their menu but honesty, we haven't found a dud yet. Their hollandaise sauce is scrumptious and addictive!! I could eat it on an apple. The salads are fresh and creative. The specials are always a treat. For the prices, which seem a little high....i don't think they are. They provide fresh food, prepared by a legit professional who has common sense and a great knowledge of flavors and flavor combos.
